Charming 4-Bedroom Villa with Pool, a short walk from Gibbs Beach

Welcome to your private tropical retreat in beautiful Barbados! This charming holiday villa is ideally located just across the road (a 2 to 3-minute walk) from the stunning Gibbs Beach, renowned as one of the island's finest and most tranquil beaches.

Surrounded by lush tropical gardens, the villa features a spacious outdoor area complete with a full-size family swimming pool, sun terrace with loungers, and a private garden jacuzzi (please note: jacuzzi is not heated)—perfect for soaking up the Caribbean sun.

The home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests in 4 air-conditioned, en-suite bedrooms. There are three double bedrooms and one twin room, with the flexibility to convert one double into a second twin room if needed. The interior exudes space and comfort with an open-plan living area, a grand entry hall, and a seamless flow into a covered outdoor lounge and dining space. You'll also enjoy a cozy indoor sitting room with a TV and a modern, fully equipped kitchen.

Included Services & Amenities:

Daily housekeeping

Cook service for two consecutive meals per day (breakfast & lunch or lunch & dinner), 6 days a week (excluding Barbados public holidays)

For groups of 4 or fewer, one staff member will act as both housekeeper and cook.

All linens and towels are provided.

There is an outdoor footbath, and guests are encouraged to wash the sand from their feet before entering the villa. There is also an outside shower for use after using the pool or Jacuzzi.

Please note that the cost of groceries is not included in the rental price. However, we are happy to arrange a grocery pre-stocking service so your essentials are ready upon arrival. This service is coordinated through our local house managers and is payable directly to them.

This property rental DOES NOT permit the use of Riemann P20 Sunscreen, as it damages towels and fabrics. It can cause irreparable damage to linens that are not visible until laundered. Guests must check that their sunscreen does not contain P20. Guests will be charged up to USD$50 per damaged towel or up to USD$300 per damaged sheet or coverlet.

Enjoyable Stay

We all had a thoroughly enjoyable stay. We really enjoyed the outdoor patio and pool and garden area of the property, spending most of our time there while in residence. The house ladies were very friendly, efficient, and accommodating. I believe that we didn’t make it too difficult for them, by being too demanding. There is a bit of road noise from one of the bedrooms which takes a bit of getting used to, but we did know about it in advance and it probably highlighted why we thought it is really good value for money - compared to other 4 bedroom villas we looked at that were so close to the beach, this was a bargain! Will definitely recommend to all.

Capri manor great family vacation

Capri manor was a great family vacation. Great house. Beautiful beach. Pool was awesome. And the staff Jan and Annette were wonderful. Couldn't ask fior a more enjoyable time. Great for family with children.

Wonderful Property and Great Location

We had a wonderful holiday at Capri Manor and will be going back next year --which I guess pretty well says it all. Beautiful grounds, pool area and spacious villa --and great location -right across the road from Gibbs Beach. There is traffic noise being so close to the road especially in one of the bedrooms but did not disrupt our holiday or our sleep. The property is under new ownership and new management and they are very proactive --will be doing upgrading of kitchen and grounds over the summer break. Jan and Annette took excellent care of our day to day cooking and housekeeping and Deborah was very responsive to any calls or questions. At the London end Chris was most helpful. And of course the weather--28 degrees every day.

Fantastic Holiday

We had a wonderful two weeks staying in Capri Manor. The best thing is its location to Gibbs Beach, such a stunning beach and amazing sunsets ! We were two families meeting up to spend the holiday period together. Capri Manor is spacious, with a great outdoor space for dining and relaxing. The bedrooms and bathrooms are layed out well, however, from one of the double bedrooms you can really hear the noise from the main road (which can starts quite early in the mornings), however, this would not stop me from rebooking. Lovely pool with plenty of sun loungers. Jan and Annette took care of our housekeeping and catering needs, which makes your holiday very relaxing. Thank you Chris for making the booking process from start to finish so simple and all the extra info you provided us. Would love to return to Capri Manor again.

By far one of the best holidays we’ve ever had!

Wow, what a great trip. From the super organised help and organisation from Chris (huge thanks!), fabulous villa and great service (particularly cooking and daily laundry service), we had a wonderful time. Paired with great sunshine, beaches and lots of rum punch it’s certainly a trip we’ll never forget. The only downside was having to do the shopping. The supermarket is quite big and some of the ingredients were hard to find, so traipsing the aisles of the supermarkets when there was glorious sunshine outside felt like a bit of a waste. We were a group of 4 adults and 4 children (1 year to 6 years old). The two king bedrooms and twin room are upstairs, and the double room is downstairs. The layout worked well for us and the Villa is much more spacious than the pictures make it seem which is the opposite problem usually when booking online. When we walked in there were resounding “wows” at hat the main space. We had cars because of the little ones, but would do this again as the flexibility was great and we got a good deal. Without a doubt we would love to go back and certainly didn’t want to leave. See you next time Capri Manor Villa!

Great Holiday

Had a great stay! A lovely villa with so much space for everyone and a fantastic pool area. Yes there is some road noise but the villa is completely enclosed with a gated entrance and you are so close to Gibbs Beach which worked so well for all of us. We used the buses into Holetown quite a lot which the kids loved and we found was a great way to get around. Overall a great holiday and would recommend.

Great Location - Great Villa

What a fantastic family holiday we had. The villa worked just perfectly for us. Lovely pool and terrace plus it really is only a couple of minutes walk to the stunning Gibbs Beach. A lovely quiet beach and perfect for kids to try swimming in. Just so easy to pop back and forth to the beach and the villa. Staff were lovely and cook some lovely meals for us. We did hire a car for some outings but actually used the bus service to go up and down the west coast and it was so easy, cheap and also fun! Thanks for sorting everything Chris. Will let you know when we sort our dates out for next year.

Great Family Villa

We recently stayed at Capri Manor and had a wonderful time. We hadn't realised quite how close it is to, in our opinion, the best beach on the West Coast - Gibbs Beach. It is literally a 2 minute walk away. When we first arrived we were slightly concerned as it is right on the coast road but once you go through the gates and into the house you completely forget the road is even there. It is a bit of a quirky layout inside as the living space is on different levels but once we got used to that it was fine. The best part and where we spent most of the time was by the pool. The gardens are also deceptively big and perfect for the kids to run around in. Finally a big thank-you to all the staff who looked after us. If you are looking for a 4 bedroom villa for a family, close to the beach then for value for money you will be hard pushed to beat Capri Manor. Not flash but private, relaxing, large and perfect for us. Would definitely recommend it.
