This beautiful luminous corner apartment located on the first floor with East-South-West orientation has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 1 double and 2 single beds and all marble floors. It is fully furnished with luxurious modern style furniture and equipped with fully fitted kitchen with BOSCH appliances (oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, toaster), air conditioning (hot/cold), fitted wardrobes, safe, baby cot and high chair, iron and ironing board, TV and WiFi (WiFi also works outside near the pool below the apartment so great for kids with iPads and for adults who want to get some work on their computer done). The furnished terrace is large (45sq m) which is a huge advantage for outdoor living in this climate. Bed linen is included as well as towels, beach towels and hair dryer. The master bathroom has a massage bath/shower. There is a private indoor parking space available. The gated apartment complex has beautiful gardens and 2 swimming pools with sun beds free of charge. Security/Concierge presence during weekends. The gym with high quality machines is accessible to all guests. The exceptional view from the apartment shows Gibraltar, the seaside, Benahavis Golfcourse and North Africa's coastline. The location of the apartment is excellent regardless of whether you're looking for quietness, buzzing cities, beach fun or gastronomy. You can easily combine relaxing, nature, sports, culture, shopping and nightlife in 1 vacation. A supermarket is conveniently located at a 10-min stroll or 1 min by car. It is situated between Marbella (15mins.) and Estepona (15 mins), The airport of Malaga is a 40-min drive away and Gibraltar 50mins. The Mediterranean coast and the beaches of the Costa del Sol are only 3 km away. The luxury yachting harbour Puerto Banus, with its yachts, restaurants, bars and shops, is a 15 min. drive. There are many excellent 18-hole golf courses nearby, (e.g. Benahavis Golf, the Marbella Golf Club, the Montemayor Golf Club). The town of Benahavis itself is known for its gastronomy and cozy atmosphere. The area is also well known for its beauty and culture. Visits to Sevilla, Cadíz, Jerez de le Frontera, Gibraltar, North Africa, roman town of Rhonda, with the oldest bull fighting ring in Spain, Benahavis, Flamenco spectacles, La Sierra de las Nieves and Antequera are but a few of the worthwhile excursions to be planned.

sejour très sympa

Très joli appartement, grand , lumineux et très propre. Très bien outillé également tant dans la cuisine qu'au niveau du mobilier(petit problème avec le canapé du salon qui ne s'ouvrait pas mais nous avons pu l'utiliser comme ca sans souci).Résidence très bien entretenue avec des jolies jardins et une belle piscine).salle de sport avec accès gratuit dans la résidence ce qui a beaucoup plu à mes garçons. seul problème il existe un seul badge par appartement nécessaire pour l'accès à la piscine(entrée et sortie!) et à la salle de sport. quand on est 5 c'est vraiment pas facile. Commerces très proches. Globalement très bel appartement on aimerai retourner.

Good, large apartment. Nice views from outdoor terrace.

Comfortable apartment, well equipped. Great pool. Shanna was very helpful in ensuring access even though we arrived later than planned. Unfortunately the location/map link for the property on the website guided us some distance away, but the instructions in the briefing documents where good enough.

Modern apartment, beautiful location, relaxing stay

This Benahavis apartment had a perfect location and all the modern conveniences of a home away from home. It was clean and comfortably housed four of us, with a lot of space to spare. It had a large, sunny terrace, with couches for lounging and a table where we enjoyed some meals. The kitchen was fully equipped (and the supermarket was a short drive away); parking was convenient; the pool was relaxing, with a great view of the mountains. Benahavis was a good location from which to access the places of Andalucia: Sevilla, Arcos de la Frontera, Tarifa, Nerja and Granada. But it was also a wonderfully exclusive enclave: peaceful and tourist-free. Shanna was very helpful every step of the way, answering any queries we had by email without delay. We recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Andalucia, away from crowds but accessible enough for day trips to the most interesting sights of Southern Spain. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back in the near future.

Relaxing break

Overall we had a great break. Lovely and very quiet pool area. Stunning apartment with beautiful balcony all perfect for a family with children. We could see Gibralter from balcony. There was nearby construction work which was a bit indirect and noisy in the mornings but that was the only negative and they seemed to stop work early so afternoons were peaceful.

Very impressed with the apartment and the complex in general

My family and I had a wonderful holiday at Casa Ayla. The apartment was light, airy and comfortable and very clean - it had all the home comforts you wanted or needed and the kitchen in particular was very well equipped. The views were amazing from the balcony. The complex was very well kept and very secure - we felt safe.

Gorgeous apartment in a picturesque location

The apartment was everything the owner said it would be and lots more. The pictures dnt do it justice. It's is beautifully decorated and provided us with everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable self catering holiday. It's spacious and well furnished to accommodate a family. There was 6 of us staying for a fornight and we never felt like we were in each others way. Our little boys are only 5 and 2 and they loved it, so handy having a travel cot provided to as it was one less thing to travel with. The location of the apartment was perfect with beautiful views over the pool, golf courses and sea beyond. The large terrace was great for outdoor eating. The pool was brilliant and never too busy so there was always sunbeds available. I would recommend a car as it is a little out of the way from all the resorts but this is what we wanted. There is a supermarket only 2 min drive from the apartment which has a huge selection and very cheap too. Estepona, Puerto banus and benahavis village are all only a very short drive away. Shanna the owner of the apartment was so helpful and was always contactable when I needed her. Payment was simple and the security deposit was returned very quickly. I could not fault the apartment in anyway and can't wait to re-book and return to Casa Ayla

Our apartment has been amended for your comfort and has also been our home away from home, since we spend at least 1 week a year in our own property. The apartment is furnished with a big modern touch and carries our daughter's name so we are very proud of it.

You can feel a holiday spirit when visiting the compound.

There are beautiful lush gardens so you can alternate between going to the beach and staying on the compound.

If you're looking for a more "happening" area, you can simply go to Marbella and/or one of the fancy beach locations and many beach clubs.

Many owners spend a lot of time in their own property so the compound does not get the busy and noisy holiday resort experience.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

The apartment is 100sq m but with the outdoor covered terrace this becomes an apartment of 150sq m. With the excellent views and with its South-West orientation you always stay in the holiday spirit and experience peace and quiet.
