Mon appartement de luxe de 2 chambres est situĂ© sur le parcours exceptionnel de 27 trous de La Quinta. Puerto Banus et Marbella est une courte distance en voiture de l'appartement oĂč vous trouverez des plages magnifiques, des boutiques, restaurants et bars. La grande piscine offre une vue imprenable sur la montagne de La Concha, les paisibles jardins environnants sont pleins de fleurs et d'arbres traditionnels. Sur la grande terrasse, vous pourrez profiter de la vue magnifique sur les montagnes et la mer. Mon appartement est extrĂȘmement confortable et bien Ă©quipĂ©, vous assurant un sĂ©jour agrĂ©able et sans stress, ne laissant rien au hasard. Nous sommes en mesure d'offrir des services de blanchisserie supplĂ©mentaires etc, si nĂ©cessaire. Les enfants sont les bienvenus et apprĂ©cieraient certainement la piscine sĂ©curisĂ©e.

Nice apartment in beautiful area

Jason's property is a spacious and very clean apartment to stay. Its location is in the prestigious area of Benahavis. It is located in a beautiful, green and very quiet area, close to golf courses. The apartment is practically furnished and fully equipped, such as an induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The communal swimming pool is set in a beautiful tropical garden. An excellent apartment for a wonderful holiday on the Costa de Sol.

Lovely Apartment in Quiet Location

Really enjoyed our stay. Great location on La Quinta. Very short walk to the pool. We had a couple of minor issues when we were there (iron broken and we needed an extra set of keys) and both were resolved really quickly after messaging the owner. Definitely recommend!

Perfectly placed apartment with everything needed

A beautiful apartment with speedy WiFi and services. The apartment itself was spaceous with generously sized rooms. Shutters that guard the doors/balcony so that you feel secure if and when you leave the apartment but also brilliant to nurse those hangovers to stay in a dark room. The balcony has a fantastic view of the hills to watch the sunrise and sunset! Well maintained and kept grounds too. You are only about 10 minutes drive from Marbella/puerto banus which suited us. you can drive further into the hills or get a taxi to experience the local towns/villages which are so pretty and the food is amazing. Perfect holiday. Looking forward to rebooking.

A little taste of luxury

Our family of 4 (2adults and 2kids)stayed in Jason's apartment for 10 days. The apartment was amazing. Exceptionally clean and plenty of space. The apartment itself caters for all your needs whilst on holiday. Having sky TV and the playstation was a bonus for our young children. Car hire is essential, but we loved the freedom this gave us. San Pedro , Marbella and Puerto Banus are only a short drive away. The views from the apartment and the poolside were amazing! The kids had hours of fun in the pool and if course if you a a golf lover you will be in heaven. Loved this holiday so much we haves booked for next year already. Jason has been very helpful to answer any of my questions as has Colin next door. It's a must!

Great Place To Stay

We visited this apartment for 12 days and found it a great place to stay. The apartment was well equipped with everything you need for a self-catering holiday. It was very clean, modern and spacious. My teenage children enjoyed the sky movie channels along with the easy access to the swimming pool and perfectly kept gardens. Ideal place for relaxing family holiday. Close to numerous places to visit, picturesque village called Benahavis, small town San Pedro and the more bustling larger towns of Marbella and Puerto Banus. We found several excellent places to eat, an Indian called Curry Leaves which is located only a few miles away from the apartment, also the Irish Bar which is located at one of the entrances to La Quinta, a good Italian on the outskirts of San Pedro called Fantasia Ristorante Pizzeria and a bar / restaurant in Benahavis. See Trip-advisor for details. Jason the owner has been easy to deal with and efficient with any responses / queries.

Superb - do not miss this one!

My family and I stayed at Jason's apartment in March 2014, we had a superb week. Accommodation is immaculate well stocked with all home requirements for easy living, The surroundings / buildings and large pool are very well maintained. Quiet, but not to far from the beaches, bars and restaurants of Puerto Banus. Easy access to supermarkets / and local eateries. The owner is easy to deal with and professional. Top tip - take a drive out into the mountains, there are three main roads snaking into rural Spain - Rhonda Road, Istan Road and Ojen Road - beautiful walks and stunning mountain scenery. Highly recommended.

We fell in love with the area because there is something for everyone. Whether we go out with our young family or go way with friends. We can be at the apartment in about 40 mins from Malaga airport and around 4 1/2 hours in total from home in Surrey to Apartment door to door.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The Apartment is equipped to 5star standards and we regularly invest back into property. We have just replaced Sofa and Terrace furniture. We want the apartment to be a home from home and only use superior bedding and towels etc. I am very lucky to have a couple who look after the property and are alway available to help with and advise on your trip.
