De lujo de 3 dormitorios, 3 baños con 3000 sq. Ft. De espacio habitable. Un hogar lejos de casa sensación. Decoradas con un tema náutico. Cocina recién amueblada. Dos zonas de vida y de alimentación separadas. Una sala de estar tiene cable 40 "TV, DVD, VCR y estéreo y el otro una zona tranquila para sentarse y relajarse y disfrutar del ritmo de la vida refrigerada en la Florida.

** NUEVA COCINA INSTALADA ** Recientemente tuvimos una nueva cocina instalada (la cocina negro en las fotos) todavía tengo que superarlo y tomar buenas fotos, así que he dejado las imágenes de la antigua cocina y se añade la foto que he recibido de la nueva cocina. La forma / estilo se ha mantenido, pero tenía mejores gabinetes de calidad instalados y un mejor color.

Toda la casa tiene alta velocidad y Wi-fi conexión Ethernet está disponible. Le encantará la villa y la ubicación. La playa está a 10 minutos de distancia y las tiendas y supermercados son 3 minutos de distancia. Múltiples campos de golf en el círculo, uno está a 20 segundos a pie de la villa. Además, el parque privado círculo Rotonda con pistas de tenis es un ciclo de 3 minueto de la casa. Pesca está disponible en la villa desde el jeti. El capitán y habitación doble ambos tienen acceso directo a la zona de la piscina. El sur bellamente decoradas frente a la piscina climatizada con energía solar con vistas a un canal de agua dulce con su propio muelle de pesca. El círculo Rotonda es reserva de vida salvaje llena de pájaros grandes, gatos monteses, jabalíes y lagartos. Lo principal que se ve cuando te quedas es los pájaros y el cocodrilo ocasional o tortuga en el canal. Aire acondicionado y calefacción central, con el beneficio añadido de ventiladores de techo.

Another wonderful vacation

This is our second stay at this vacation home and once again we had a wonderful time. Since some of the beaches are still closed from the hurricane we were so glad that we could enjoy the nice pool. Watching the alligators in the canal was an added entertainment. The house was very clean, had plenty of linens and the beds are comfortable.

April getaway

This house was just what we needed, very spacious and beautifully decorated. Pool area was equipped with lots of sitting area and eating area. Host was very accommodating and nice to talk to. Enjoy our vacation to the fullest

Great stay

We had a great stay in the villa. Everything as described and lots of room. The villa was recently updated with paint and new floors. Enjoyed the pool area viewing the wildlife and canal area. We plan to return.

Lovely villa but needs some updating

We enjoyed our stay and saw plenty of local wildlife. We had a comfortable 2 week stay but would say the villa is in need of some repairs and updating.

Great stay in a lovely villa

We’ve had a lovely stay in a great home. Villa as described, had everything you need to feel at home. Furniture/beds really comfy. Kitchen fully equipped for our needs. Equipment for the beach was a great extra. Peaceful to sit out around the pool, sun all day. Nice quiet area. Would love to stay again. Thank you.

Wonderful Vacation

We had a wonderful time enjoying the view and wildlife. The home was very clean and the spilt layout was perfect. We loved the mastor suite! Everything was very comfortable and the hosts were quick to respond to any of our needs. While we enjoyed the pool, it does need some repair which is the only reason we did not give all 5 stars. We would definitely stay here again.

An Escape into Paradise

Beautiful, spacious home with all the amenities and more. Well stocked with linens, towels of all kinds, Kleenex / TP / cleaning supplies, laundry room and suntan lotions / oils of all kinds. Kitchen had adequate amount of dishes / cookware, etc to readily meet your needs. Even basic cooking oils / spices, and paper products were provided to get you started (until we went shopping). Above all, and not to be minimized, was the glorious patio / private pool and access to the pool from all angles. Direct sunlight was available to patio / pool throughout the entire day! Up-to-date entertainment equipment (TV.s in just about every room, boom box for patio entertainment, and games / books, etc) to keep people of all ages busy and entertained. Pool toys and bikes x4 were also available for our enjoyment. We truly could not have asked for more!! Beaches / local establishments / restaurants short driving distances away. We enjoyed every minute and would return in a heartbeat. Thank you for an excellent vacation experience. Owner attentive and communicated with us throughout our stay--made us feel important and safe. Thank you!!

A very comfortable Villa in a great location

Given that extensive repairs were carried out [due to Hurricane Ian] immediately prior to arrival, the Villa was in good condition and very comfortable [especially the beds!]. It's location is in a quiet neighborhood but all amenities are easily accessible by car, shopping [10mins] & beaches [20mins]. Would consider returning in future.

All Day Sun

The pool and lanai had the sun shining on them from morning to evening. It was very enjoyable to sit in the sun and enjoy the warm weather. The house had lots of space and was very comfortable. The neighborhood was also nice!

Perfect location on Rotonda

The villa was perfectly proportioned and the layout was just right for our needs - 3 adults. Its location on a canal with a jetty was a real plus as this gave us the opportunity to watch the herons, egrets, buzzards, gopher tortoises as well as the resident cruising alligator. The location of the villa meant we had quick access to our favourite Cafe - the Morning Muse, and the South McCall Road to Port Charlotte for the occasional retail therapy, especially on Black Friday! The only disappointment was that with the number of available sun loungers. For a villa of this size, four would have been perfect. The Owner responded to our concerns about the TV programmes and acted without delay with an amazing amount of perseverance to sort out the problem. The Property Manager responded immediately to any enquiries / problems we had and matters were dealt with extremely promptly. All in all, the three of us had a very enjoyable stay at the villa and would book the villa again in the future.

Absolutely wonderful 5*

This is the perfect home from home villa. Very well maintained and equipped. The location is beautiful. We have been holidaying in the US for the past 20 years and this is our favourite villa. Highly recommend in every way. Great for spotting local wildlife too.

Gulf Coast Villa On Rotonda West

A very attractive villa in a quiet semi-rural road. Very well maintained with good rear aspect and relative position to the sun i.e. rear faces south. The interior is spotlessly clean with attractive furniture and soft furnishings A well equipped kitchen meets all requirements. The master bedroom comes complete with a large en-suite with walk-in shower and his and hers wash basins. A walk in wardrobe completes this area. The pool is a good size with convenient handrail for entry and exit from the pool. Good lightweight patio furniture are comfortable for eating on the patio. Nearest supermarket is approximately 10-15 minutes. Nearest beach approximately 20 minutes Good quality shopping Mall is at Port Charlotte approximately 20 minutes. Plenty of average restaurants but good restaurants are few and far between. The property would benefit from the provision of additional information related to the house, area i.e. shops , beaches, places of interest and medical services. In summary, a great place to stay. Highly recommended

Peaceful and relaxing

We’ve stayed at Kelvin and Maria’s beautiful villa on numerous occasions and it never disappoints, it’s so peaceful and we can just totally chill out there, it’s like a home from home. We did have an issue with the WiFi signal for a day or two but with Kelvin’s help back in the UK and the villa manager Mark’s help it was soon rectified. Hope to return next year again.

Great stay

Very comfortable house in beautiful position on canal. Well equipped with bikes, etc. Lots to see in the area. Would certainly recommend for a place to stay to see this part of Florida which is not as commercialized as other parts.

Very nice home and Englewood beaches very close. Highly recommended!

Very nice home layout with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. Swimming pool was enjoyed in the evenings after a day of sight seeing or beach exploring. Englewood beaches are very close and has a fishing pier as well with bait shop across the street. Found many shark teeth and shells at the local beaches and saw dolphins swimming as well. There is a canal behind the house with a small dock that allows for backyard fishing as well but do watch out for the gators if around. Would definitely love to stay here again!

Very spacious home

This is a very spacious home that is perfect for a quiet, relaxing vacation. The pool was perfect when our young grandsons came for a few days and the separate sleeping wings meant everyone spent a restful night. We are looking forward to returning.

Really lovely property in a great location

We had a lovely time in this very spacious property. Couple of small issues when we arrived were sorted instantly by the fab management company. Kids loved alligator watching and playing in the pool. Lots of different beaches in the area all worth a visit and supermarket near by. Many thanks.

Location was excellent, with easy access to great beaches and easy reach of restaurants and amenties

The property is clean and spacious, all the facilities that we needed were available, we had to call the pool people out a couple of times, but they responded quickly and resolved the issue. The location on a canal was great in order to watch the local wild life, best in the evening and first thing in the morning. We saw and swam with Manatee and Dolphin, from the local beaches which was great, had some days out jets ski-ing and a trip on a local pontoon boat, also visited Billy Swamp's for trips through the swamps. Boca Grande provided some great beaches and golf cart hire provided a good way look around would recommend South Beach with its bar and restaurant for a good day at the beach.

Very comfortable!

We had a great time! We loved the house and it's distribution. It was very tidy and clean when we arrived. It has bikes and beach accesories. We asked for a new toaster and we got it the same day we requested it. Everything worked properly and the beds were very comfortable.

I have been in business for 35 years and had 3 hairdressing salons. I have had clients coming to me for 35 years. I have been hairdressing 40 years. I care alot about good service.

Since I was born and lived in America till I was 6 I have always wanted to go back. I married my wife not far from the area I bought the villa. I chose that area since Rotonda Circle is a peaceful nature reserve with beautiful properties.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We just love going there and relaxing, We love eating out at the many restaurants in the area and chilling at our pool. We often plan a few things whilst we are there since we have teenage children but they are nearly ready to leave home and we just hope in the future we can spend more time over there.
