We really enjoyed our stay for the month of January. We found the house to be very spacious and clean. The pool was a huge benefit and we went in nearly every day. It was great to have a garage to park our car in. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Sitting on the back lanai by the pool was surprisingly quiet all hours of the day and night. Communication with the property owner was very good. There were a few issues that needed to be addressed during our stay and the owners were very responsive in taking care of them in a timely fashion. We would like to return in the future.

Overall, we had a nice experience during our stay. The host was very responsive and communicative, which we appreciated.However, we were very disappointed that the pool heater was not working upon our arrival. We had reached out multiple times in advance to ensure the pool would be heated for our children, so this was frustrating. To the host’s credit, he did arrange for someone to come fix it on Saturday, and the pool was finally warm by early evening the day before we checked out—but unfortunately, we weren’t able to enjoy it for most of our stay.A few additional notes for future guests: towels are limited to one towel and washcloth per person, which may not be sufficient for stays longer than one night. You may also want to bring your own laundry detergent, as none is provided. Kitchen supplies are fairly minimal, but there is enough to get by for basic cooking.

When we arrived we had been given the wrong door code and had trouble getting in touch with the owner but fortunately not too long a wait for him to respond. The house claims it is newley built!!??? It’s not! The pool was freezing and the area around the pool was all broken up and even though you could have six adults there are only two sun loungers. There is nowhere to eat outside there are some very tired chairs and a sofa all having seen better days. The kitchen was poorly equipped. The towels were old and thin. On a positive note the family running the maintenance were extremely helpful and the bed was very comfortable.
