Belle villa avec grand jardin et superbe vue panoramique. Luminaires et accessoires de haute qualité partout avec chambres et espaces de vie climatisés. Les jardins s'étendent sur 3 000 mÚtres carrés avec terrasses, zones gazonnées et oliviers. Il y a un accÚs direct au canal de la Siagne par une porte dans le jardin - un bel endroit pour courir et marcher. La piscine privée d'eau salée est chauffée et il y a une grande pétanque avec cuisine d'été dans le jardin - idéal pour passer des aprÚs-midi paresseux à la maison. Il y a un parking privé fermé pour plusieurs voitures. Services de nettoyage: La villa sera nettoyée avant votre arrivée, il y aura un nettoyage léger en milieu de semaine et un nettoyage hebdomadaire complet. Les draps, les serviettes et les serviettes de piscine sont fournis et changés chaque semaine. La propriété profite du soleil toute la journée avec de magnifiques couchers de soleil derriÚre les collines de Grasse.

Fantastic property in the hills behind Cannes! We stayed for a week with family and a small baby and this place was perfect, we especially enjoyed the kitchen and the amazing terrace and pool. We’d definitely consider staying here again if we’re in the area. Michala was a great host, super helpful and easy to reach / communicate with.

A perfect Villa with a perfect property manager

We are six retired Americans who travel together often. We are also experienced VRBO users. I have said to many people, when using VRBO for a vacation rental, the property manager is just as important or maybe even more important than the property. Michala is the most responsive property manager we have dealt with. If messaged at a reasonable hour she respond in minutes. Now add to that a wonderful modernized property in a wonderful location, and you get what we got, a perfect vacation. Michala arranged a driver and a cook and both were outstanding. The property has stunning views and easy access to rail, within walking distance of fine restaurants, and the privacy all renters seek. If you are visiting the south of France and you want to be a short distance from all things and a short train ride to Cannes and Nice, you cannot do better than this property and you will not find a better property manager than Michala. If we could give more than 5 stars we would.

Beautiful house - a real hidden gem in hills of Myan Sartu. Nice located, easy accessible, safe, comfortable and convenient especially for families with children. Mikaela is a very responsible and attentive host. Our slightest problems were solved instantly without ruining our plans for the day. Special mention should be made of the breathtaking view from the terrace and the great opportunities for children's leisure. The house is just overflowing with different toys and board games. Our family was so happy to spend our holidays here and will definitely come back again.

What a wonderful house and great host

We had a super holiday at Michala's wonderful home in Mouans Sartoux. The house was very comfortable, clean and so well equipped. We took advantage of Michala's excellent recommendations for local restaurants, however, the kitchen was so well equipped we could have happily cooked and hosted a dinner party for ten people. Mouans Sartoux was a great location as a base to explore the Cote d'Azure. The train station is only 10 minutes walk from the house and the A8 only 10 minutes by car. We relaxed by the pool during the day, went out to explore and had dinner late afternoon and returned later to enjoy the super night-time view from the terrace over the valley towards Grasse. Last but certainly not least, Michala was a wonderful host. We thought we might not be able to travel at one point and she was accommodating and so helpful - great communication. So pleased we made it!

Wonderful!

We just loved our week at this fabulous home. We are a Canadian family of 8: 5 adults and 3 kids ( ages 13, 10 & 9). After eight days in Paris, this was the perfect place to chill. The setting is fabulous. We had a spectacular view of Grasse and the surroundings, and we enjoyed many glorious sunsets. The patio area really was the winner. Spacious with lots of room for everyone. The house was very well equipped and Michala & Denis we’re very responsive to any little concerns or questions we had. Great pool. Kind hosts. Highly recommended.

most beautiful spot in the south of France!

The house was sensational. The vista is beyond. The kitchen motivated us to cook and eat on the patio every night . Proximity to all the area has to offer and the patisserie and vegetable market and town are all right at the foot of the hill. Ours hosts organized all we needed too - language tutoring for our daughter and extra housekeeping. 6 stars !

Beautiful French Villa in the heart of Provence

Great Villa with an amazing panoramic view. I enjoyed the open space layout of the house, the ample kitchen fully equipped, the modern amenities and the overall functionality of the house. Outside on the large terrace we had many sunset dinners sipping rose wine. We also spent a lot of time in the pool and on the bocce field. Central to beaches, shopping centers, restaurants, historic landmarks, airports etc. Prompt response from the owners for anything you needed. Overall great experience. Highly recommend it

Magical, inviting, soothing, AMAZING!

The villa was truly magical, while also invoking a sense of "home". The community areas are large enough that you never feel crowded and there are several places to "hide" within the property for true soul searching/peace with a magnificent view at every turn. Very well maintained, and quaint restaurants/shops just a short walk away, but not too close(you still feel tucked away). HIGHLY recommend!!

Great holiday

We had a wonderful holiday in Mouans Sartoux. The villa was exactly as described and well equipped. We loved the heated pool and watched many a glorious sunset from the terrace. Michala, the owner, was extremely approachable and helpful all the way and tiny niggles got sorted out very quickly with the help of Mireille, the lovely housekeeper. We will definitely come back.

Fabulous villa with view

Staying at the the property made our vacation unforgettable. We were a group of 8 and the house was plenty big enough for all of us adults. The terrace with the pool was unbelievable. We spent many evenings dining and laughing and enjoying the beautiful view which showed the city of Grasse in the distance sparkling. The house was spotless and decorated beautifully. Every amenity was available. The owners were so helpful with any question. We can't wait to return to the Cote d'Azur and this house.

Absolutely stunning

We visited the house last summer and had an absolutely amazing time. The house is stunning with views over to Grasse and down toward Cannes. As a family of 5 (children 8, 5 and 12 months), it had everything we needed including a god sized pool and the interiors of the house are beautiful. It is a short drive to the local supermarket and amenities of Mouans Sartoux and only 20 minutes drive to the beaches of Cannes and Antibes. Nearby Mougins and Grasse provide an abundance of restaurants. A car is a must as the house is accessed up a steep road but views are spectacular. We can't wait to visit again this summer.

Gorgeous villa with a breathtaking views!

The villa was modern with quality features. The kitchen with an outsized breakfast bar opens up to a comfortable living room that overlooks a spectacular 180° view, which we enjoyed from sunrise to sunset. You can walk to town within 5 mins, although there is a steep portion of the road, which has a large selection of gourmet restaurants and light shopping. We highly recommend this villa.

Amazing Villa, amazing view, stunning accomodatio

We had an amazing 7 days stay. The house is walking distance from the village where a train can take you straight to Cannes, with top interior design and great level of service. The cleaning lady came twice a weeks and the garden and pool was serviced once a week. All that 30mn from Nice airport and top 4 golf courses. We loved it

Terrific house with fabulous views, close to town

Our family of five had a perfect holiday. The house is spacious, filled with light and very well appointed. We enjoyed the outdoor spaces a lot, including the pool, the large terrace with stunning views and summer kitchen. It was easy to get to grocery stores and activities in the region. Our teenagers loved being able to walk to the village and explore the area. We all enjoyed walking or jogging on the path by the canal, accessible from the garden. We highly recommend this property!

We enjoy the local rose while watching the amazing crimson sunsets from the terrace of the house in Mouans Sartoux - the girls call them 'sundowners' - followed by long dinners under the stars before a late night dip in the warm pool. We are very excited about the opportunity to share this magical place with you.

We spent 2 years looking for our perfect place to make our home. We then spent another year renovating and rebuilding the villa. We love the location in between the mountains and the sea and within such easy access of the charming villages of Mouans Sartoux, Valbonne and Mougins.
