Questa bella proprietà ha una grande terrazza con vista sul mare. Si trova a pochi metri dalla spiaggia sabbiosa di Port de Soller, a pochi passi da ristoranti, caffetterie e servizi. Dispone di 3 camere matrimoniali, una cucina completamente attrezzata, un soggiorno con zona pranzo, 2 bagni, una lavanderia e una splendida terrazza con vista sulla baia e sulla spiaggia. Ci sono 2 lettini e sedie da giardino all'esterno per mangiare all'aperto.
La struttura è stata rinnovata nel 2019. Nuovi bagni e cucina aggiornati.

Sehr netter Kontakt bei Schlüsselübergabe. Die Wohnung hat eine wunderschöne Lage. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Lovely apartment

This is a lovely place to spend a holiday the view is gorgeous. The apartment is very well stocked with everything you could need. We were met by Michaela who gave us the tour and showed us how everything worked. There is air conditioning, dishwasher and fridge freezer, as well as a washing machine and electric cooker . There is also a hairdryer. The apartment is on the opposite side of the bay to the marina, close to Soller Bay Hotel, so a little quieter. There are lots of nice restaurants along this stretch as well as bars for evening drinks. The resort is very Spanish, no English pubs or McDonalds etc. The little orange train to Soller stops a few minutes walk away from the apartment. The slope of the road up to the entrance may be slightly difficult if using a pushchair or wheelchair. One other word of caution the railings on the the balcony are pretty but the design of them would invite a small child to climb them as there are lots of footholes, so that may be something to consider. All in all we had a splendid time in Porto Soller and the apartment is super.

Good location

The apartment is clean and spacious. The terrace is huge with great views across the bay. The location is ideal, only a short walk from the beach and restaurants.

Beautiful apartment

The apartment is lovely and clearly parts of it have been refurbished as they look so new. There is a slope to walk up but not for very long and once there, the views are well worth the effort. Great location with the beach, restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. The same with the trams and trains going to Soller and Palma. Taxi driver was perfect arriving punctually both times. Lovely stay, thank you. The only problem we encountered was that the key had not been left where the cleaner was told to leave it and so we had more than an hour's wait to gain access. The Home Away Rep was apologetic and we went for a drink in one of the nearby bars.

Poorly maintained . In need of major refurbishment . Very Disappointing

The property whilst well located is very very poorly maintained with both bathrooms so delapadated we opted to showering at the beach as luckily the weather was excellent . The toilet in one bathroom had no enamel at all on the inner base of the toilet and was black and rusted and very off putting Both showers where badly damaged due to black mold and excessive fungus on the concrete shower slab and tiles . The hand held shower was rusted and leaked excessively . The kitchen area was also in need of attention this being mainly a hygene issue . No photographs of the bathrooms where displayed on the website . I have taken photographs and will be requesting home and away to show them in order for people to make an informed decision on this property , it is very unfair for people to arrive and find this standard . We spent money and time cleaning both areas s which was unacceptable as a cleaning fee was charged as an extra . On a positive note the agent for the property Michaela was very responsive and professional to our situation on our first day as upon arrival the prior evening we found we had no hot water or fan heating which was due she found to the boilers not being switched on or connected prior to our visit . We did not contact her re the bathrooms or cleaning during our stay as she was not the owner and we felt a solution for our stay was probably unachievable .

Ljus och trevlig lägenhet med bra läge.

Ljus och trevlig lägenhet med bra läge. Dock behöver ett flertal saker åtgärdas. Problem med avloppen i duschutrymmen. Tråkigt med naggat och skadat porslin och köksutrustning. Även en del av utemöblerna behövde ses över.

The Apartment is idealt located near beach, harbour and restaurants and generally we we’re quite happy with our stay. The view from the balcony was fine. However We were less satisfied with the cleanliness of the apparatment that had NOT been thouroughly cleaned. The bathrooms are rather old and in need of a thorough up-date. Fantastic location.

We had a great time in Port de Soller. Lovely resort with lots of choice of restaurants and beautiful clean beach. Never overly busy and the sea was warm and crystal clear. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable - the best balcony with amazing views of the beach and the mountains. Just a short walk to the beach and the shops. We would love to return.

Gute Lage- leider abgewohnter Zustand und eklige Bäder

Tolle Lage mit schönem Blick, grosses Appartment. Leider in einem zum Teil inakzeptablen Zustand. Besonders die Bäder sind uralt und zum Teil eklig, alles scheint original aus den 60er Jahren zu sein. Die Waschtische und Toilettenbrillen bekommt man wohl auch nicht mehr sauber. Einfachverglaste, schlecht zu öffnende und schliessende einfachverglaste (!)Fenster in allem Räumen.Klimaanlagen in 2 Zimmern waren nicht zum Leben zu erwecken.. Waschmaschine aussen in einer absolut mülligen Ecke, es stinkt nach Abwasserkanal, alles voll Spinnenweben und Unrat. Man mag nichts anfassen. Ebenso der Abstell Seitenraum der Küche. Voll mit Sperrmüll. Unmöglich, zudem für den aufgerufen Preis, der für diese Leistung absolut inakzeptabel ist. Das macht auch der Blick nicht wett.

Gut, aber zu hellhörig

Die Wohnung war sauber und gut eingerichtet. Allerdings ist sie sehr hellhörig und ab Mittag war die Sonne weg.

Ferienwohnung in wunderschöner Lage mit Meerblick am Rande der Bucht von Port de Soller

Die Lage ist ein Traum, wunderschöner Blick aufs Meer und auch auf die Berge. Morgensonne bis frühen Nachmittag zum ausgiebigen Frühstück. Riesige Terasse mit ausreichender Bestuhlung und Sonnenmarkiese. 2 wunderschön helle Schlafzimmer, das 3. Schlafzimmer ist recht dunkel mit Fenster zum Felsen. Bäder sind etwas älter, doch alles funktioniert gut. Wohnzimmer wunderbar hell mit vielen Fenstern. Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit unheimlich viel Geschirr, Riesenkühl- und Gefrierschrank, Spülmaschine. Alles war top, nur 2 kleine Minuspunkte: Die Küche, bzw. die Schubläden und Schränke waren wohl schon länger nicht mehr benutzt und somit nicht so ganz sauber. An manchen Geschirrteilen klebte noch Speisereste von den Vormietern. Das war nicht so schön. Weniger Geschirr, dafür alles sauber, wäre besser. 2. Minuspunkt: während unseres Urlaubs war es seeehr kalt auf Mallorca. Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn die Wohnung bereits etwas früher beheizt worden wäre. Die neuen Klimaanlagen funktionieren auch zum Heizen sehr gut. Es dauerte bloß recht lange, bis eine gewisse "Grundwärme" im Haus war.
