私たちは、手前のオーシャンフロントで冷たい飲み物を飲みながらリラックスできるフロントデッキで冷ややかな感覚に由来するコンドミニアム「Chillaxing」と名付けました。 このコンドミニアムは完全に改装され、広々とした居間があり、7人用の十分なスペースがあります。 2つのベッドルームのそれぞれは、快適さとクラスを念頭に置いて装飾されています。 各ベッドルームにはデッキがあり、マスターが海に面していて、ゲストのベッドルームには運河の景色が見えます。 コンドミニアムには、各部屋にフラットスクリーンテレビ（Netflixが含まれています）と、新しく更新された家電製品と広葉樹があります。

ビーチフロントになるだけでなく、ビーチで過ごすにはあまりにも暖かい時には、プールで冷やすことができます。

カロライナビーチボードウォークは、夜に聞こえる唯一の音が海の波であるほど十分に遠くまで歩いています。

The property was a great indoor/outdoor space with nice furniture and decor. The location was perfect. Parking was a little tricky but worked out ok. Thankfully we had a small car. The host was very responsive.

We had a great stay at the condo. This was our second time staying here. The location is excellent and steps away from the beach and restaurants. The place was very clean and in a very quiet area. My only complaint was that the washers wasn’t working properly and wouldn’t drain the clothes so we had to manually squeeze clothing out. The kitchen had everything you could need to cook up a tasty dish.

Great location, we rented last year as well, easy access to beach and quick walk to broadwalk and shops. Host was very responsive. Will be renting again next year for sibling / cousin reunion. Added bonus this year was watching air show from balcony / deck.

Nice place and great location

Great location and nice place. Right on the beach and walking distance from boardwalk. Beds were super comfortable, place was clean and had everything we could think of in the kitchen. We will certainly be staying there again.

Overall, we enjoyed our vacation and the location was great, but we were disappointed with the condition of the condo and felt it needs some attention.Several advertised amenities were missing, including a blow dryer and an iron.The primary bathroom was our biggest concern. There was visible mold, and the caulking throughout the entire bathroom—not just around the tub—was in poor condition and needs to be removed and replaced. The walls appeared to need a thorough cleaning and a fresh coat of paint.More concerning was the electrical situation. The bathroom light repeatedly flickered on and off, and an outlet on the opposite side of the bathroom sparked when we plugged something into it. We felt these issues should be addressed promptly.In the primary bedroom, the curtain rod was broken and repeatedly fell down. The curtain also wasn’t wide enough to fully cover the sliding glass door, leaving very little privacy. There was only one small throw blanket provided for the primary bedroom.The kitchen was minimally stocked. There was only one saucepan, and overall the cookware and kitchen supplies were very limited for a vacation rental.This property has a lot of potential, but it would benefit from some basic maintenance, improved cleanliness, and better-equipped amenities. Addressing these issues would make for a much more enjoyable and comfortable stay for future guests.

Somewhere where we'd like to relax with friends and family and rent out to families like ours; people that want to get away from the hustle and bustle of every day life and enjoy all that Carolina Beach has to offer.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

Through our extensive search for a beach property we knew we HAD to have a few simple things: Beach front, canal views, pool, and a walk to the boardwalk. This condo checks all those boxes and so many more! It is close enough to the boardwalk that it only takes a 10 minute to walk, yet far enough away that the noise and lights do not disturb the sound of the waves.
