Magnificent Villa in private urbanization on the first line of Hoyo Golf Course Nº5. Residential area with private security 24 hours. Very close to the Clubhouse and the HotelSpa. The medieval town of Peralada has an important castle with casino and gardens where important music concerts are held worldwide in the months of July and August. The town also has elegant restaurants and quaint shops. The villa is located very close to the beautiful beaches and coves of the CostaBrava (8km the nearest beach) and also very close to the most important skydiving center in Europe "Skydive Empuriabrava". Peralada is an hour and a half from Barcelona Airport, 10 minutes from the AVE high-speed train station located in Figueres-Vilafant and 20 minutes from the French Border.

Perfect Stay at Peralada

We visited this beautiful house for one week, with two families. It was a perfect vacation. The house is more than complete appointed, with everything you can imagine. A lot of play stuff for the kids. Thanks, for this great experience and we are sure that we come back!

Wonderful villa

We had a fabulous holiday with friends at this beautiful home. The villa was huge, well equipped and spotless when we arrived. Pool was a welcome break in the heat and Marta was incredibly responsive to our questions about what to do in the surrounding area. There was plenty to keep us busy in this wonderful part of Spain. Thank you!

Summer Holiday

This was our first stay in this area of Spain, Peralada is relatively small and beautiful and you do not have far to travel to the larger sea side resorts like Roses. Our holiday was due to happen in 2020 but was delayed twice due to Covid-19 so we eventually got to experience this lovely villa in 2022. Marta and Josep are super hosts and totally flexible when we needed to reschedule the holiday. Our arrival time and plans also changed on the day of arrival so we arrived later in the evening and this was not a problem at all, so accommodating. We enjoyed the tourist information and local knowledge advice upon arrival from Josep. The villa is very large, modern, air conditioned, clean with everything you need to hand and the views of the golf course are fantastic and ideal landscape for your morning coffee. The pool was beautiful and our kids spent a lot of time swimming morning, noon and night (well lit up at dark) as well as playing table tennis, basketball and making use of the wi-fi for some down time. Recommend this villa and area for families of all ages, we had a super stay. Thanks Josep & Marta.

Luxurious villa on a golf course

We were a family of 5 - parents plus a 21, 19 and 16 year old who stayed in July 2024. This villa is really beautiful with plenty of indoor and outdoor space and great facilities for chilling out including table tennis table, bikes, board games, etc. It also has a large and clean pool. The house is very comfortable with excellent air conditioning and WiFi and all necessary cooking and washing facilities with a Webber coal bbq which got great use. The online photos and descriptions are accurate. If we were to have any criticism it is that some of the bedrooms were very child oriented which maybe suits families with smaller kids but a little bit too kids friendly for slightly older guests. Also an added bonus would be to have some pool towels there for when lounging around the pool. For anyone interested in golf, the Perelada golf course that you can see from the garden was very good although it is expensive. A car is definitely required here as the villa is at the far end of the residential area and there was no fob to get access through the closer gate to the village. Perelada village itself is lovely but it is small with limited restaurants and amenities. The larger towns are approx 15 minutes away by car. Marta and Josep were a pleasure to deal with and when we had any issues at the house they were very quick to respond. Overall we would definitely recommend this gorgeous villa for anyone who is looking for a luxury chill out holiday in a peaceful location.

Séjour très agréable

La maison est conforme aux photographies et très propre, située sur le golf, le lotissement est calme et sécurisé. Obligation de prendre la voiture pour se rendre aux commerces les plus proches. Les propriétaires sont très agréables et disponibles, nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

Estupendo alojamiento

Estupendo chalet, bien decorado , espacioso y con vistas al campo de golf. La equipación es completa con más que suficiente vajilla y cristalería así como menaje de cocina. La piscina amplia y bien cuidada. La atención de los dueños fue muy amable y cercana.

Fantastic house on superb and quiet location

Very nice and well equipped villa with great outdoor space & pool. For two families it was a bit short on glasses, plates, etc. But overall we had a great holiday in Peralada!

Stunning, luxurious villa, even better than the photos

We had a wonderful 10 day break at this very beautiful villa. When we were choosing the villa, the photos enticed us to book but it’s even better in person. It’s a really light, large, private home with all amenities catered. We have a 6 and 8 year old, excellent facilities for them, including a magnificent playroom upstairs with plenty of good role play toys and games and a huge garage with bikes, table tennis and other toys to keep the children amused. The pool is wonderful, and very well maintained, as is the entire villa, it’s very well cared for. Marta was always on hand and very responsive whenever we had any questions. Local amenities are great, a 10 minute drive to centre of Peralada, lots of excellent restaurants, very welcoming and friendly locals. Carrefour is around 15 minute drive away and provides everything necessary for cooking at home. This was our first stay in a villa as opposed to a hotel resort and was one of the best holidays we have ever had together and we will be visiting again next year. A huge thank you to Marta and Josep, your are so helpful, friendly and welcoming, your villa is beautiful, very comfortable and our every need was catered for. See you next time!!

Fantastisch gigantisch schön

Ein sehr schönes, luxuriöses und grosses Haus bzw. Villa . Die Vermieter sind wahnsinnig hilfsbereit und sehr herzlich. Wir haben den Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen. Der Golfplatz ist ebenfalls fantastisch. Mit anderen Worten wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Perfect escape for the family

After much searching online we settled upon this wonderful villa for our extended family vacation. It could not have been better in any way. The house is in immaculate condition, modern and spacious. As an added bonus the house is very well set up for young children too, since the home owners have children of their own. The pool is an ideal size with plenty of space to enjoy eating outdoors in the evenings. It's very close to the peaceful village of Perelada and the beautiful surrounding area is well worth exploring. The hosts, Josep and Marta, could not have been more helpful and if you are thinking of booking this villa you will not be disappointed - we would not hesitate to return. Fabulous.
