Wonderful time in Ventura
We absolutely loved to location of Sandy’s rental. It was walking distance to everything we wanted., beach, cafe, restaurants, and a liquor store. The kitchen was well stocked with all kitchen essentials and plenty of extras. The deck was a lovely extension to the living room. We are planning to return in the near future.
So glad everthing work out so well and you were able to Enjoy the home and Ventura with your family.

Fun week in Ventura!
Our family had a great week-long stay over 4th of July weekend! The home is a short walk from the beach. The outdoor deck was a great place to grill and eat dinner. We absolutely loved having access to the garage - how convenient to have downstairs storage for beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes, etc...! The home is across the street from a liquor store and all the interesting types of folks that attracts - but that didn't bother us at all. A very warm welcome and good communication with property manager. Thanks for a pleasant stay :)

Good location but needs a bit of tlc
It was nice but has gotten a bit shabby since the picks were taken. Word of advice, dishes are washed by former tenant so wash before you use. We found everything greasy.
We also did not have wifi and tv was spotty but we were on vacation so didn't really need those.
Location is perfect! So near the beach, quiet with good restaurants within walking distance as well as a grocery store

I was sorry to hear you were unable to get the WIFI and TV to work to your satisfaction.
There is WIFI at the home and I have not had this experience in the past that it was not operating. TV is hooked up to ROKU.

Our family of six just spent a week at this property. It offers all the perks and amenities as described and photographed! The location provides easy access to the beach as well as to the freeway, and the rental office is just a few steps away. The kitchen is more than adequately equipped for making family meals and we were even delighted to find a French press available for making our morning coffee. The beach is literally a short walk down the street and beach towels, beach chairs, and boogie boards are provided in order to make the most of your beach visit. The patio is decked out with lots of comfortable furniture as well as umbrellas and evening lights. Comfortable beds and soft sheets were also a big plus. This was a great place for our family!

You can bike to Marina or Pier along bike routes along the beach. Enjoy taking the trolley into downtown or Marina any Wed-Sunday picks up just steps away.
