La Pitera is a Mediterranean style villa, situated in El Oasis, beach front and is 3 km away from the center of the city of Denia and Marina, where daily ferries leave to Ibiza and Formentera. Within 100 meters you will find a selection of shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, pharmacy and other services. Alicante and Valencia are located about 1 hour drive.

La Pitéra est magnifique, Entièrement refaite avec goût, elle est très agréable à vivre. On y vient depuis de nombreuses années avec grand plaisir. Peut etre faudrait il mettre des rideaux sur la grande baie vitrée. Merci pour tout, à l'année prochaine Michèle Poulot-Cadet

Très belle villa en front de mer avec toutes commodités à proximité.

Le calme dans la résidence. Très pratique pour les familles avec enfants en bas âge. L’accessibilité à la plage . Manque un peu de vaisselle Climatisation à l étage car la chaleur stagne et ne s évacue pas malgré les ventilateurs au plafond.

la maison, le jardin, la proximité avec la plage Compte tenu de l'augmentation des tarifs peut être qu'un lave vaisselle serait appréciable.
