Esta "Maison de Village", recientemente restaurada, está ubicada detrás de los muros del casco antiguo de Antibes. Accediendo desde las calles peatonales empedradas, la casa comparte un patio privado con tres propiedades contiguas y está a un corto paseo de las principales atracciones turísticas locales, que incluyen el Museo Picasso, el Marché Provençal, Fort Carré, el puerto deportivo y las playas de arena.

Este maravilloso edificio de tres pisos ha sido cuidadosamente renovado para cumplir con los estándares de hoy en día, pero aún conserva el carácter de la antigua propiedad con su escalera de caracol que conduce a las habitaciones de arriba y su muro de piedra natural. Esta propiedad ofrece un refugio para la relajación y la tranquilidad.

La casa tiene tres habitaciones dobles cada una con aire acondicionado, armario y espacio de almacenamiento.

Hay dos cuartos de baño cada uno con baño.

La cocina de planta abierta en la planta baja es moderna y compacta y tiene todos los electrodomésticos necesarios para unas vacaciones sin comidas. Hay una sala de estar donde podrá relajarse después de un día en la playa y también una mesa de comedor al aire libre en el patio.

Hay aire acondicionado en toda la casa.

Los huéspedes tienen uso completo de toda la casa y el patio privado.

Aunque la propiedad se encuentra en el corazón del casco antiguo, es particularmente tranquila. Está situado en un patio privado compartido desde donde puede pasear por el mercado provenzal para sus productos frescos, caminar hasta las hermosas playas de arena, pasear por los bares y restaurantes cada noche y simplemente disfrutar del sabor de la Riviera francesa. .

Antibes se encuentra a 23 km del aeropuerto de Niza.
La estación de tren y la estación de autobuses están a 15 minutos a pie de la casa y cada una de ellas puede utilizarse para explorar la Costa Azul.

Great Antibes Stay

We had a wonderful stay at the property. It was perfectly located in the old town, right near the marketplace, the Picasso Museum, and only a 5-minute walk to the beach. It has a lovely outdoor courtyard where we enjoyed several glasses of wine and played cards. Marion the property manager made it very easy for us and was great in communicating throughout our stay.

Great location

This property was in a great location for the local daily market and the gorgeous seaside promenade in the old village. The four of us, two couples, had no complaints all. Marion was wonderful, communicating before our arrival and meeting us at the property. Everything is as described and really lovely. No view from this apartment but just outside the gate and around the corner is magnificent. Highly recommend for a clean comfortable well located rental. We loved it!

Lovely property in an amazing location!

The property was perfect for our family of two adults and three teens. The location really could not be bettered - right in the old town, a five minute walk to the beach, and right next to the market. The air conditioning was a god send! We really appreciated the beach mats and parasols provided, the house had everything we needed and was clean and tidy. Thank you very much.

A taste of Cotes d'Azur

This was a perfect introduction to the French Riviera. Antibes is a beautiful town with all the amenities for travel. The apartment was located in the perfect spot! Marion was amazing to deal with. Couldn't ask for anything more! Will have to return soon.

Perfect stay

We have stayed in Antibes many times and this is one of the best places we have stayed in. We had the bedroom on the top floor which was light and airy with a great en-suite. Our teenagers had the middle floor to themselves and we enjoyed the peace and quiet! The courtyard was a beautiful cool place to enjoy a glass of rosé in the evening. The house is in a beautiful quiet area but is minutes from the market. Would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Old Antibes.

Marion who manages the home is wonderful and very helpful. Her delightful husband picked me up at the airport and let me in which was great. They are lovely and very knowledgeable about the area. The house is comfortable and everything works well. It’s in the perfect location in Old Antibes and the charming courtyard is terrific. With very little effort the house could be a bit more stylish, but it is a very good house and I would highly recommend it.

It was amazing

I can't say anything else - only positive impressions. The location, communication with the managers, how quickly all issues were resolved, the amenities of the accommodation and the attention to the details - everything was top notch. If you are thinking about where to stay during your vacation on the French Riviera, look no further and book these apartments as soon as possible. You won't regret it. Highly recommend.

Great Antibes Apartment

We were a group of 5, two grandparents, two parents and one 6-year-old child. The stairs were a bit of a challenge for the grandparents who stayed on the top floor, but no problem if you are careful and take your time and you have a strong son to muscle your luggage up and down. Location is very convenient to the promenade, the Marche, the Picasso, a sandy beach and the harbor of unimaginably expensive yachts. About a 15 minute walk to the train station for RER travel to other cities along the Cote d'Azur. Thankful for the A/C on every floor - it made sleeping in the unit very comfortable.

Absolutely wonderful home in the most perfect and quiet location, in charming Old Town, right near the wonderful Marche Provencal market. The home is storybook cute with the most picturesque shared courtyard, which is gated and only for residents and renters staying in one of the properties that share the courtyard. This is a three-story home with living room and kitchen on the ground level, 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom on the second level and a third bedroom and full bathroom on the third level. The home was spotlessly clean and generally well-appointed, although beach towels and a beach umbrella would be welcomed additions. Wifi connection was excellent! The property manager, Marion, was wonderful with communication, responsive and helpful and we hired her husband to drive us back to the airport at the end of our stay, which made for an easier travel day. My only complaint is that the beds were super firm and 2 (out of 3) of us did not sleep well at all and were quite uncomfortable. Also, be aware that the stairs are narrow and steep. Those with vision or mobility issues should take extra caution. All things considered, this is a quality rental home. With softer mattresses (or added memory foam mattress pads) and some beach gear, this rental would be A perfect and I would most certainly return.

IDEAL vacation property for the Cote D'Azur!

We spent a week in Antibes during our 3 week family vacation in Europe and this home could not have been better for our family. Marion, the host, went above and beyond helping us navigate us to the home's unique location in Old Town Antibes. After 5pm, the area becomes closed to car traffic so Marion helped us with our luggage and guided us for the short walk from the old port of Antibes. Amazing hospitality. The home itself is an absolutely PERFECT location for Antibes. It is literarly next door to the Picasso Museum. When you leave the flat, it is a 10 second walk to the water's edge and then a 10 second walk in the opposite direction to the bustling section of Old Town Antibes. Within 30 seconds, you can be enjoying a coffee at one of many cafes or buying fresh fruit or pastries at a number of street vendors or cafes. the train station is an easy 10 minute walk which we used to take trips to Cannes, VilleFrance Sur Mer, and Saint Paul De Vence. We spent several days enjoying the beaches in Juan Les Pins, generally via a cheap and easily accessible uber ride from Le Zinc restaurant a few seconds away from the apartment (the streets are open to car traffic until 5pm). We loved Paillotte Blanche Beach Club for the luxury beach experience (reasonably priced) and one day enjoyed a day at Cap D'Antibes Beach Club and their incredible restaurant Baba. Antibes itself is the perfect town for a French Riviera vacation. Upscale yet not pretentious andfriendly

A perfect place

Four of us, all adults, spent two weeks at this lovely place in Old Antibes. A quiet location just behind the Picasso Museum and a stone's throw from the sea to one side and the food market to the other, we couldn't have asked for more. The apartment was clean, well equipped, and secure, and questions were promptly answered by the owners. We had a car, which we parked at a wonderful underground car park, a ten-minute walk away. If we ever return to Antibes, we know where to stay.

Right in the middle and yet quiet

We felt very much at home in Antibes, the surroundings and the flat for a fortnight. The house corresponds to the online representations, has enough space on the 3 floors and through the existing air conditioners it is never too hot. All the sights in Antibes are within a few minutes walking distance - nevertheless, our concern that it could be too noisy, especially in the evening/at night, was not confirmed. On the contrary. The small inner courtyard invites you to have breakfast, but you should pay attention to the house rules, as the neighbours - whom you never see - seem to pay close attention ;) Thanks to Pat and her team for the smooth running and the quick availability for small questions.

Perfect location in Antibes

We could not have enjoyed this property any more! First of all Antibes is a lovely town. The apartment was in a perfect location to explore all the city has to offer. Marion the property manager could not have been more responsive or helpful. The courtyard was such an enjoyable place to begin and end our days! Can’t say enough nice things about staying here

Wonderful Stay

Beautiful property in stunning hidden away peaceful location, yet right in the heart of Antibe’s Old Town with all its shops, daily markets, bars and restaurants. The house and it’s shared courtyard were lovely and a perfect base for exciting loving the beaches and Port. The house manager was friendly and helpful ensuring a smooth and stress free check in and check out.

Charme et confort dans le vieil Antibes

Maison avec beaucoup de charme, très bien équipée et climatisée. Nichée dans le calme d'une petite cour, la maison est parfaitement située au cœur du vieil Antibes, à deux pas du marché provençal, du musée Picasso et des animations. Avec mes 4 enfants, nous y avons passé un excellent séjour.

A top Antibes rental

I have been to Antibes on 4 or 5 trips and this is my second stay in this property. I highly recommend it. The location in the old town is great. It is just steps from the city market and the Picasso Museum but it is still quiet and comfortable. It has everything you need as a base for visiting the area from Monaco to St. Tropez. Keep in mind there are lots of steps inside the rental as it is 3 floors plus it is located on a pedestrian only street. It is very clean and the manager was even nice enough to pick me up from the Antibes train station the evening I arrived. Merci.
