Beautiful villa for 6 with large pool in the hills of san jose.Very well located



This spacious airy villa is set in its own grounds on the hillside above the valley of San Agustín, a peaceful part of the country side, Can Sol i pau is only 5 minutes walk from the bohemian village of San José with its shops, banks, bars,...The best beaches, Ibiza town, playa den Bossa and San Antonio are all within a few minutes drive making it extremely well located.

The villa has three twin or double rooms (as required), two bathrooms, one is an on suite showeroom, a large lounge/dining room, a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, large fridge, gas cooker and electric oven, coffee machine, micro-wave, washing a machine. Optional air conditioning, large 4 x12 swimming pool with lights Chill out, barbecue and sun terrace which is directly accessible from the lounge and main double bedroom.
The lounge-dining room has a TV, DVD, Satellite, radio/CD with i-pod connection, and Wifi.
The house is situated in mature gardens, at the end of a quiet cul de sac with great views to the valley of San Agustin and wonderful sunsets over the hills, and the sea in the distance.
A maid comes twice a week. Change of sheets weekly, house towels twice weekly, gardening and pool maintenance (All included in the price). Beach towels not provided.
June to end of September we only accept bookings Starting and ending on Saturday.

Fantastic villa

The villa is perfectly set up for a group holiday. The view form the pool is beautiful. Paul is very accommodating and the location is perfect - very close proximity to San Josep and easy to get around the island by car or taxi. We'd love to come again!

Nice quiet house with a lovely view

We loved the stay in this house. Nice vieuws and nice swimming pool. Especially the view from the master bedroom was lovely. The covered terrace was to hot in the evening, but otherwise very nice. Paul is a very helpfull and friendly ghost!

Had a lovely stay at Con Sol I Pau with 2 adults and two young 'uns (11 and 14). The views from the villa are gorgeous - The window in the villa seeing out to the the pool feels like having a living David Hockney piece of art on the wall. We went in late October when the weather was warm, but the pool was on the chilly side. The villa was clean, comfortable and extremely peaceful. Paul was an excellent host, with good communication throughout and was kind enough to facilitate an early check in. If you hire a car, I would recommend using the company Paul regularly uses, as they were excellent. There is a short, undulating walk to the nearby town, which has good restaurants and mini markets. There is also a local hike up to the highest point in Ibiza, which is highly recommended. Nothing too strenuous for those who are mobile enough. All in all an excellent holiday.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at SoliPau. The house is situated at the end of a quiet road, with a distant view of the sea. The meticulously tended garden and grounds surrounding the house add to its overall charm. The pool exceeded our expectations in size, and the terrace provided a perfect balance of sun and shade. What truly impressed us was the attention to comfort throughout the property. From the cozy chairs to the plush loungers, every seating area was a joy to relax in. With ample space for everyone and an abundance of sunbeds, we never felt crowded. The rooms were also spacious, spotless, and well-maintained, with ample storage and wonderful beds in each. The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking and barbecuing, and the addition of the outdoor kitchen was a delightful touch. Despite its secluded location, the house is conveniently situated for exploring the island, offering both privacy and accessibility. Meeting Paul, the owner, who clearly holds a deep love for Ibiza, added a personal touch to our stay. Thanks again, Paul, for having us!

Tolles Haus mit großartigem Ausblick

Wir haben den Aufenthalt absolut genossen. Im Haus haben wir alles wie beschrieben vorgefunden. Die Ausstattung war top. Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer war vor und während unseres Urlaubs sehr gut. Super war auch, dass wir bereits sehr früh (mittags) einchecken konnten, weil unser Flieger bereits morgens gelandet ist. Wir können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen.

Prachtige vakantiewoning

Wij verbleven recent 1 week in dit mooie huis. De lokatie is top: op loopafstand van het dorp met winkels en restaurants, en er is genoeg te beleven in de nabije omgeving. Het huis ligt aan een doodlopend weggetje, dus heerlijk rustig. Mooie loungeplek buiten, heerlijk zwembad en prachtig uitzicht. De zonsondergangen zijn spectaculair!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit großem Pool

Haus in top Zustand und schönen Blick über die Hügel bis rüber zum Meer. Der große Pool läßt auch wirkliches Schwimmen zu. Für uns ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub auch Dank der immer erfolgten Unterstützung durch den Vermieter Paul. Lediglich einige Fotos im hinteren Außenbereich geben noch einen älteren Bauzustand wider.

This villa was perfect for me and my friends, it’s spacious with a great outdoor area and the pool is a great size. It’s in a really good location and the sunset views are beautiful - Paul was really easy to contact and very helpful, he was able to answer all our questions! Would recommend this villa to anyone! Wir mieten schon seit jahren häuser in ibiza und immer war trotz der eher hohen preise diverse sachen, welche uns gestört haben. Nicht aber in diesem haus. Sauber, super in schuss, ruhig, super schönes pool und chillout lounge. Aussicht genial, sehr viel privatsspähre und dank klimaanlage auper gut geschlafen. Jederzeit gerne wieder. Paul der vermieter ist jederzeit erreichbar und sehr sympatisch.

We had a wonderful holiday at Can Sol I Pau. The villa was how it appears in the photos - it was clean, had extremely comfortable beds and pillows and an excellent pool area. We would love to come back. Would recommend a hire car as the taxis are not reliable.

Fijn huis!

Het huis staat op een prachtige plek en was erg schoon en netjes. De zonsondergangen vanaf het terras zijn elke avond anders en adembenemend mooi. Het heeft een groot zwembad en de bedden zijn prima. Tweede badkamer is wel erg klein, maar de buitendouche maakt veel goed. Wij waren hier met 6 vriendinnen en hiervoor is het een perfect huis. Contact met de huiseigenaar verliep ook goed.

My Parents arrived here on Ibiza with my sister and I in 1972. They fell in love with the island and lost no time in buying land and building our first house. We used to move out every summer to a small apartment, so we could let the house. A few years later, we bought the land next door and gradually built 2 more villas, each with a large pool. We have been letting them successfully, renovating and improving them each year, ever since!
All villas are tourist registered and are of a high standard.
I like to greet my guests personally and am on hand to help with information and know-how, whenever necessary. Many guests return again and again!
