This apartment gives spectacular views towards the sea and beyond and you can enjoy wonderful sunrises from its large balcony,
It has 2 double bedrooms, both with Air conditioning, ceiling fans and their own balconies, a spacious bathroom and fully fitted kitchen including washing machine, microwave and coffee machine. Open-plan living/dining area leading out to the balcony which provides swimming pool and sea views. Smart TV with internet and English/Spanish channels. Free wi-fi.
The private complex has well-maintained gardens, 3 swimming pools all with separate children's pools, a tennis court and allocated parking, and the beach, bars, and restaurants are all within a 5-minute walk.

It has beautiful blue flag beaches, a unique climate all year round, amazing golf courses, and a great range of activities, restaurants, and beach-bars to keep all ages entertained. Above Mojacar Playa sits the beautiful hilltop village of Mojacar Pueblo which has been named as one of the most beautiful villages in Spain. This wonderful old town retains its original character, with cobbled streets, whitewashed buildings and panoramic views of the mountains, sea, and desert. Excellent value for money

We read one bad revue before we booked. Don't let it put you off as its highly exaggerated. The Apartment was clean ,tidy and has all you will need. Dean and Donna were fantastic and at the end of the phone should you need them. Would we return?? Absolutely

La casa estaba genial y la ubicacion tambien. La comunicacion con el administrador muy mala, nosotros no sabemos Ingles y ellos ni gota d español.Hubo que buscar un intermediario para las llaves

Bien, sino hubiésemos entrado a las 18,30 en lugar de a las 16h. Y querían que abandonasemos el apartamento a las 10h. cuando la salida era a las 11h.

Thank you for your comments. I have spoken to our property manager and your apartment was ready for you at 4 pm but you did not arrive for your check-in until much later. You then refused to check out on time. August is an extremely busy time for holiday rentals and we try to be as flexible as possible with our guests.

Disappointing, not great for families or secure

Really disappointed with this apartment for the money. We were only given 1 set of keys which means that you can't go out separately as all access is locked doors and you have to even have a key to get out of the complex. Its potentially a safety hazard, I'd hate to think if there was a fire! Also the Air Conditioning unit was not working in the main bedroom, we reported this to the property manager who couldn't fix it as said it was old and wouldn't blow out cold air, so barely got any sleep all holiday as so hot. Also the Patio doors and windows did not lock unless the huge shutters were pulled down, this then meant you were in darkness all the time. The electrics kept tripping but there was no information provided about this or advice. The Pool is not great for kids, they can't jump, play ball, use inflatables or have any fun! We tried taking this up with the property owner when we got back but she wasn't interested. I wouldn't recommend going to this apartment.

Thank you for your comment’s, constructive reviews are always welcome so we can make any relevant changes to ensure all our guests have a great stay. However, the points you have made are not accurate and do not give a balanced review of the property. 1. All doors can be opened from the inside without keys, so you can leave the property in case of an emergency. 2. The property manager adjusted the air con. setting for you and it was blowing cold air, there are also ceiling fans in the rooms. 3. The shutters need to be down when you leave the apartment for security and to keep the apartment cool, you then switch a light on so you are not in darkness. 4. During July and August, a lifeguard is on duty at the pools to ensure the safety of all guests. 5. Two sets of keys are available to all guests. Apart from the air-con. in the bedroom, you did not raise any other points at the time of your stay, when they could have been resolved and on leaving the apartment you left behind your whole stays worth of rubbish. We have been renting this property for a couple of years now and none of the points you made have been raised by previous guests and we have had very good reviews.

Great family holiday

This was the first holiday we have had with our 1 year old son we had such a great time with the pools being great fun for us to play and relax, the apartment was very homely and has everything we needed. Mojácar is a lovely place with some great places to drink and eat. I would recommend this to all my friends and family

Fantastic, clean apartment with amazing sea views!

Myself and my boyfriend stayed at this apartment in June and had such a fantastic time. The apartment was perfect for our needs and more importantly it was clean, something you don't always get when you go to Spain. A lot of thought had gone in to what the guests might need during their time here including helpful local information, hairdryer, towels, a clothes airer, English TV (if you wanted to watch it) and the kitchen had every utensil you could think of. The most amazing thing about this apartment is the stunning sea view from the balcony. We spent many hours just looking out at the incredible views and watching the sun rise over the water. It was beautiful and truly relaxing. There are also a few pools on the complex which you can use - they are great!! It was never busy there and you can tell how well looked after the place is. The beach is only a few mins drive away and so are the bars and restaurants. We ate out a few times and had drinks most evenings in the bars along the beach. There is so much choice, all within walking distance. I would definitely recommend the Blu Cafe as they do the most amazing ice cream! Yummy Also, if you have time, I would also recommend driving up to Mojacar Pueblo which we did a few times as it is beautiful and has the most amazing views across the area. I wouldn't hesitate booking this apartment - we'll be back again soon!! Thanks so much

Dated and much smaller then the picture show

In need of some tender loving care, the bathroom needed updating, the boiler had a jug underneath as it was dripping, the Airconditioning units were very old and noisy also had bottles collecting water which we had to empty ever other day, it stated there was a iron and ironing board but the ironing board was a little table top one which was very difficult to iron on, there was no bathroom light working and only 1 spot light working in the kitchen which we reported to the managing agent on the first day but was never sorted for the whole 2 weeks, we bumped in to him several times during our holiday and I made a joke saying still no lights and he said yes he will sort but never did. The towel rail fell off the wall in the bathroom on the second day and the wardrobe doors came of their running rails every time you opened them.

Fantastic location, well maintained grounds, perfect flat with a view to die for!

Had a fantastic time in Mojacar Playa. The apartment is perfectly located near the beach and restaurants. Luckily there is A/C in the bedrooms, otherwise summer nights would have been too hot to sleep. There is plenty of storage and the flat is well equipped. The promenade along the beach is just perfect for running in the mornings and lazy strolls in the evening. Totally recommendable for families and couples alike, excellent communication with the owner and the contact person in Mojacar is absolutely lovely!
