This spacious and charming apartment is named "Residenza Contessa Angela" after the lady who lived here. She was a countess and a philanthropist. Her father was a French-Florentine painter active in the early '900 and his work - which his daughter preserved and promoted during all her life - still decorates the rooms.
Located at 100 metres from S.Maria Novella Square, five minutes walk from the Duomo, on the first floor - second for Americans - of a 15th Century Palazzo, the apartment is spacious, quiet and comfortable.
In this 150 square metre flat you will find a large main bedroom with a queen sized bed (170x190 cm.), a spacious lounge-dining room, a well equipped sunny kitchen with its original marble sink, a second bedroom with a queen sized bed, opening onto an small open air courtyard, one full bathroom and one half bathroom (with toilet and sink).
The entrance is on the first floor (no elevator), where most of the rooms are. From an inner staircase, you have access to the studio room opening onto a 50 square metre walled garden, where you can sit and relax in privacy and quiet under the palm, banana and oleander trees.
