Casa Rosa, steps away from 'North Beach' Wind Surfing and Kite Boarding Paradise. This comfortable villa boasts panoramic views of both the Sea of Cortez and the surrounding serene mountains of Laguna Del Sur. Casa Rosa is located at Buenos Airies, just one mile north of downtown Los Barriles.
The villa has three bedrooms, a large newly remodeled kitchen with seating for 8-10 guests, and living/dining room area which is ideal for entertaining. The detached master suite is located on the second floor furnished with king bed and beautiful Tallavera tile bath with large balcony. The second downstairs bedroom is furnished with king, the third bedroom offers a queen. The main house comfortably lodges six guests.
The guest house consists of one queen bedroom, one bath, kitchen/ dining area and living room may be added for parties over six. Sleeps 2 guests.
Wireless Internet is available. Double kayak included for guest use.
The Gulf of California offers incredible snorkeling, fishing, and kayaking among its many attractions. Los Barriles is well known for its beautiful, unspoiled sandy beaches as well as its off shore fishing opportunities. los Barriles offers an easy option for dining out, grocery shopping and tours.

Hi Marcia,we had the BEST time !!! Everything was perfect at Casa Rosa. We had no trouble finding the house,the directions are perfecto,and loved the beach,the town and the general vibe of the area.And yes we caught a lot of fish. Jim had directed me to Patti Morrison over at the Hotel de los Pescaderos and she arranged all of my charters. Her Capt Lavos turned out to be a "keeper" and Patti herself was like an old friend by the time I left.Thank you for all your help,and following up to make sure all went well. I'll be in touch as soon as I can make enough free time to get back to Los Barriles.Until then be well.

Casa rosa
Just finished a wonderful month in baja. For 2 weeks we stayed at casa rosa in los barrilles. This is a second year in los barrilles. We love the town and now we have a place to stay that meets our needs. The layout of property, landscaping and layout of the house is great. We spend some time in the rockers just reading. You can choose sun or shade for your rocking chair and enjoy the sun and breeze.
Some of the time our adult children were with us and then the layout of the house was a bonus. The two bedrooms downstairs are at different ends of the house so it helps with noise level especially if you have different sleep schedules. Each bedroom has its own bath. Our son was in the upstairs bedroom accessible from a pretty curving staircase outside. The upstairs bedroom had a nice patio where it was a good vantage point for the sunrise. There was enough space for us to be together in the living room or quiet space in the bedrooms.
We have stayed in a number of rental vacation properties over the years and this kitchen was well stocked. We probably cooked about 70% of the time and dined out the rest of time. I was able to do a several course dinner party for some friends. We ordered from the fish fellow, marcus, I believe. The shrimp and grouper were very good. I appreciate having the phone number so we could be assured marcus would stop. Mr and mrs brisco provided a sheet with good details on the house and activities in the east cape.
And you always need to keep the gate closed! Last year in a different house we saw the goats and cows every day. This year not so much until the last couple days. They would have a field day with all the landscaping.
There is a full bookcase of books for you to choose your reading pleasure. Or you can watch movies on the L shaped sofa.
A lot of thought and planning went into the development of this property. And it is near the beach. if you go during kite board season you can watch them from the beach.
Lot's of sporting activities in los barrilles. My son did kite boarding and my daughter did mountain biking with vella. Both happy with vella.

Perfect vacation home!
We've been coming here for a couple years and just got around to posting our review on VRBO. The home and grounds are very well kept and pleasing to the eye. We felt very safe! The proximity to the beach made for frequent visits and we were able to assist with the turtle releases! The home and kitchen are very well stocked with everything you need. We were pleased with the bi-lingual property manager and housekeeper. We highly recommend this home for your next vacation. We will be returning yearly! Thank you for an awesome experience!

Our family was very pleased to find that this beautiful home was far better than we had anticipated! Every room was extremely clean and well stocked with new towels and linens for the beds which were very comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need to make any meals when we chose to stay in. The manager was very quick to help with any and all of our needs. The beach view from the upstairs bedroom was exquisite to wake up to each morning. Loved the showers in each of the bathrooms, beautiful! We would certainly recommend this property to anyone and we will most definitely be booking our next stay there for the summer. The little seafood place next to the market has the best shrimp in town. Smokeys is fun and lively and has great margaritas. We rented ATV'S right near the market, very fun.
Casa Rosa
Casa Rosa's charm is only equaled by the spotless upkeep of each and every room, as well as of the garden. Our stay was luxuriously comfortable and the proximity of the beach made it so easy to enjoy the water, the sand and the wind. It was also remarkably quiet and peaceful, considering that the house is within walking distance to the main part of town. The property manager and the housekeeper were very courteous and helpful and made sure we had all our needs met.
We are very grateful for the wonderful experience of staying in such a beautiful and warm house.

Just wanted to say how wonderful safe and secure this home is, my wife and i stayed for eight days last year and after our daily fun, returning to casa rosa each evening was wonderful, truly a little slice of paradise!!!
