Let’s Do It Again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Older unit that did need some love but well worth renting again!

My first Florida stay

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room I felt was alittle out dated but was fine. I did find it crazy that we had to wash our own towels and never got bedding changed and had to get our own toilet paper. I’ve never been to a hotel like that before. Also while my family was staying their bracelet broke and they went to get another one and was told they couldn’t find us even though this was day three of our stay and wouldn’t give us the bracelet till I was down and re registered just to get the bracelets. But over all my family had a blast on our first Florida trip.

View was amazing and condo has great space. The only issue we had was the kitchen. If you plan on cooking, you might bring your own supplies. It did have one pan and two pots. No seasoning and lacks in storage containers. Made it difficult to do much cooking but we made it work. Only one trash bag was supplied, so we had to buy more.The rooms were very comfortable and bathroom spacious. I have rented condos before and this is the first place that didn't have seasonings and other kitchen items in it.

Perfect family resort, beach views excellent, the chair guys were very nice and accommodating. Our host was great, and we needed maintenance as to no hot water in master resolved following day due to noticed it out on Sunday. Bathroom in other master was more than ample to accommodate the family for a day and half. The suite was perfect in size, and decorated beautifully. However there needs to be attention to cleaning. I had to clean mold off shower faucet, the dishwasher has mold to I would say need to replace. I wash dishes by hand at home so nit a big deal. Under the sink has much issues from a previous water leak and the oven needs repair and is scratched. Paint is peeling on cabinets under sink and in on ceiling in bathroom. Tiles have big cracks and the kitchen table and chairs need more than a wipe down. It wasn't nasty but dont think the cleaners are paying attention to details much, for the price of cleaning if I was the owner I would want to know. But the beds are great and overall a wonderful stay.

Great ocean views from both bedrooms and living room. Pools were really nice and the hot tub. The room was amazing. The water pressure was awesome and the beds were so comfy. Really enjoyed our time there.

Overall , splash resort was really nice. Staff was friendly, rooms were nice. I really like the decor in our room( very bright and cheery) pools and water park were nice for the kids. Good location. There was a little bit of maintenance that should be done in the unit we stayed in.A couple of times during our weeks stay , there were problems with the elevators. The workout room was sweltering. Other than that, it was a fun place

Room was exactly as pictured. The room made our week in Panama City a wonderful experience. Absolutely loved it! Cooked our meals, rested and coffee on the balcony just made my day. I felt the price was very reasonable and would absolutely book here again. Thank you.

The view was spectacular. The corner unit view was unbeatable. The pools were pretty cold, so the kids didnt want to swim too much but other than that it was great!

The location was excellent. The facility was friendly and nice. The condo could use a good cleaning of the kitchen and dining room furniture. The beds were very comfortable. Condo was very spacious.

Great ocean view, lots of sf. Ran out of hot water once...not a big deal, but annoying. BRING YOUR HAIR DRYER - they aren't furnished. 2026 parking rate for stay has increased from 35 to 40. A very safe place to stay and the staff was friendly - Splash has a good vacation vibe and is close to some very good restaurants in Inlet Beach and 30A.

Beautiful, unobstructed beach views from each room in a spacious corner unit just minutes away from everything your heart could desire. Right on the oceanfront. Great communication with the host, clean and easy to find. Directions and communication were great, would definitely recommend.

April stay in nice unit

Very nice unit. All rooms and decks were very large and roomy. Kitchen had a nice pantry closet. Deck had great views of ocean and Panama City Beach area. I would definitely recommend as place to stay

Great Condo at Great Resort

Splash is a great resort for children. They have a lot of water activities for the younger children. The condo we stayed in was very clean and spacious. I would recommend staying here to anyone.
