This superbly located villa is a 3 minute stroll to the Los Dolses Commercial with many restaurants, shops & bars. The property is beautifully furnished to cater for your every need. On the ground floor there is a lounge and dining area with Full UK Sky TV as well as free WI-FI, 1 twin bedroom, another twin bedroom is also situated on the ground floor, both with fitted wardrobes. Upstairs is a large double bedroom with en suite shower room, and plenty of storage. There are doors leading onto its own large sun terrace where you will find a sofa set to relax and enjoy the view, this area is also equipped with a BBQ. The villa comes with air conditioning cold or hot in all rooms. There is a further terrace leading from the lounge which will give you sunshine all day long.  Another terrace to the back of the villa will give you sunshine until it sets and overlooks the communal pool. The villa is also only a 3 min walk to the Los Dolses Commercial.  You will find many golf courses within the  area.  Blue flag beaches are located at La Zenia, Cabo Roig just a short drive from the property.  Car hire is recommended if you want to travel around however, there is a bus service from the main road which will take you to La Zenia Beach or the Boulevard.

The beautiful Zenia Boulevard shopping center has enriched the area not only giving you an array of clothes shops but many coffee bars and a whole floor dedicated to eating out which is open late into the night. The Boulevard very often has entertainment and is well worth a visit.

The Valencian region has introduced a new law where property rentals in this region are no longer allowed to rent out for more than 10 days, if you book for longer you will not be protected as the rental will not be legal.

Great property and location. Any problems and Sharon was quick to sort.Only negative was outside table and patio area which hadn't been cleaned properly. Apart from that small issue would definitely use again

Great Experience

To a person used to package holidays I was a little apprehensive about booking direct, I needn’t have worried because Sharon makes everything easy and stress free. The house is lovely and has everything you could need, there are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor perfect for our older children and a huge double bedroom with én suite and private terrace on the 1st floor. We hired a car and found the property is situated ideally for our needs which was visiting family. There is a great supermarket a couple of minutes walk away as well as bars and restaurants. The communal pool is fabulous and at times we were the only ones using it which was nice. Will definitely book direct in the future

Great property

Lovely pool pretty much outside the back door. Walking distance to supermarket and bars and restaurants in Los Dolses or Villa Martin. Also close to La Zenia Boulevard shopping centre. Could probably walk to it but a bit far in the heat. We had a car but it’s not necessary if you want to stay local. Be aware that the rear access to the pool area is through one of the bedrooms. You can walk round from the front and down the side of the next door villa if you want to. Villa well stocked with all you need including plenty of towels. Only problem we had was one of the sun beds was broken and unusable which left us taking turns to be on the grass or on a chair around the pool. Communication with property managers was easy and prompt. We would return here.

Spain August 2019

Very good Townhouse. A few minutes walk to a fabulous Supermarket with everything you need for a self catering holiday. There are also a number of Restaurants within walking distance, the Indian Restaurant is fabulous and so is the Italian. La Zenia Shopping Center is nearby, you could walk it but easier if you have a car. It has great shops and restaurants but get very busy in the afternoon/evening. You will need a car at this property as the beach is a 10 min drive away. We preferred Conor Roig beach as the sea is like a bath and there are plenty of water sports to do on this beach. It does have steep steps down to cove. The property it’s self was very clean and has a lovely pool which was lovely and warm. The only downside is you have to walk through the back bedroom to get out to it which is fine if you don’t have a lazy teenage sleeping in it and won’t get up. All rooms are air conditioned which it’s a welcome relief from the sun. The BBQ on the top terrace is a gas one and very good. All in all this is a great property the management team were very good and sorted out a few minor problems very promptly. Would stay again if I was coming back to Spain.

Lovely pool and community

The only rental amongst a residential area! Very dated and needs upgrading in many ways. A lot to be desired re oven-yuk! Throws on sofas need good wash! We had to hose down sunbeds for garden use, the patio table and chairs all had to be cleaned before use! Store box on rear patio -filthy!! Whole patio back and front need thorough clean!! I could mention lots more!!! Did send the host photos-hopefully lots has been rectified since we left-I do wonder why a 90euro cleaning charge is payable on arrival!!!!! Fortunately the host was amicable re us having to stay another night as our flight was cancelled-we appreciated this-obviously were able , as nobody arriving immediately. Out of all the nicely kept houses this was shabby-roof terrace not good-filthy! As doors to it are as well. The lower house next door was rather a tip too , which changed the look of general appearance to where we stayed too!!!upon entering the property-front garden could do with tidying too re weeds!!!!

Thanks for your review. Unfortunately it rained overnight and the rain here is often very dirty and leaves red dust everywhere outside. We understand this can be a problem but on the rare occasion it happens we are limited with how it can be dealt with in such a short time frame before an arrival. The 90€ fee is for the cleaning and laundry following your departure, we have taken on board your comments on the oven and spoken with the owner. Thank you for appreciating that we allowed you to stay an extra night free of charge as your flight was cancelled.

7/10 Needs some TLC

Booked this for 6 adults. 3 double bedrooms one ensuite and another bathroom made the stay a comfortable one. Fully stocked kitchen and plenty of crockery and cutlery. Supplies left for the dishwasher and washing machine and some essentials in the cupboards. The kettle could do with an upgrade as more of a travel kettle and took an age to boil. Towels provided but the beach towels were a mixture of sizes and a couple were too small for a fully grown adult. Only seating for 4 adults around tables in and out and same amount of sun beds. No good for a party of 6. The biggest disappointment was the upstairs veranda. This needs a good clean and furniture to be replaced. We did not spend anytime out there which was a shame. Although cold the pool area was lovely and is accessed from the rear of the villa. On this note the rear terrace and pool is only accessible through one of the bedrooms or out of the front door and walking around the side of the property. The location was excellent. Los Dolses was a 5 minute walk and has some bars and restaurants. While Villamartin is a 15 minute walk away and offers yet more bars and restaurants. Would thoroughly recommend Fa Li Du at Los Dolses and Da Vincis 2 at Villamartin. Supermarket is also a 5 minute walk. La Zenia beach is a 10 minute drive away and is a sandy beach and would be great for everyone as the water is clear and shallow.

La casa estaba muy limpia y ordenada. Está muy completa de vajilla y de electrodomesticos. El jadín y la piscina muy limpios. Poco ruido y a muy poca distancia de la playa y el centro comercial.

Great little place

Well equipped villa (dishwasher/wshuing machine/microwave/BBQ etc) in good location for various places, including waterpark, La Zenia Boulevard, San Pedro mud baths. We had a car, and I would recommend if you are going out and about, as a good 40minute walk to La Zenia beach. However, only 5 minute walk to DialPrix which is a great little supermarket to have that close. Large pool with lovely feature fountain which was practically empty the whole week.(although top rung missing from one of the steps, but 3 others to exit via so no biggy) Lovely roof terrace which was perfect for morning coffee and drying any washing! Lovely stay and would definitely book again.

Jolie maison, gentille dame pour l'acceuil, bonne situation petit bémol les terrasses ne sont pas propres carrelages très sales pour la terrasse du haut et meubles de jardin pas nettoyer nous avons laver ce que nous avons utiliser à savoir les bains de soleil et table et chaises de terrasse du bas donnant sur la piscine à revoir car nous payons un nettoyage.

location au top

Lovely property in quiet area

The property is situated in a quiet area but still close enough to livelier areas to enjoy a nice night out. La Zenia beach is approx 30 mins walk or 5 mins in car. The communal pool is really nice and does not get busy. It is a perfect pool to relax and read a book or have a swim.. There is a gas barbecue on the larger terrace which is really useful if you want to stay home and enjoy the evening sun. The property is well equipped with everything you need. There were a few maintenance issues but these were dealt with promptly by Sharon and her team and did not affect our stay. We only gave 4 star for cleanliness as we noticed the terrace next to the pool hadn’t been cleaned properly when we moved the sun beds. Apart from this the property was very clean and tidy. We had a lovely holiday and an excellent place to stay.

Lovely spacious villa

Lovely property and location , to improve could do with adequate sun loungers , more mirrors in bedrooms and seemed to be a problem with electricity tripping when more than two plugs being used at the same time . Overall we had a fab stay but property would benefit from up to date information pack about surrounding area and what’s on x we would stay again 👍 x

Great Get Away In The Sun

This was a fantastic stay and equipped with everything you need. The supermarket was just a 3 minute stroll and the shopping in La Zenia Boulevard is in walking distance. A great location for me as the actual villa was tucked away in a nice quiet spot with a beautiful pool. Will come back again :)
