Spacious, luxury 2 bedroom apartment on the spectacular Praia D’el Rey golf and beach resort on the beautiful Portuguese Silver Coast fifty five minutes from Lisbon airport.

The generously apportioned 1st floor apartment offers:
• two large double bedrooms (one with en suite) all linen included. High chair and cot available on request.
• separate shower room with toilet and sink.
• fully equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, oven & hob, microwave, dishwasher, table and chairs etc
• large, comfortable open plan living room with ample seating, stereo, flat screen TV & DVD player, dining table and chairs for 6, access to two separate sunny balconies
• outdoor furniture for alfresco dining and sun bathing
• balconies off all rooms
• use of nearby shared heated swimming pool (including childrens pool)

The manicured resort offers one of the finest golf courses in Europe with its beautiful clubhouse, a tennis complex, the facilities of the wonderful Marriot hotel, miles of unbroken golden beach, a fine fish restaurant and stunning sunset views.

There are many attractions within a short drive of the resort including the magnificent medieval walled village of Obidos with its imposing castle and selection of quality restaurants, the picture book Obidos sea water lagoon, many traditional Portuguese villages and towns which are a timeless reminder of the areas rich cultural past. The area is host to many excellent restaurants.

A magical place to relax and enjoy the sunshine and all that this beautiful part of Portugal has to offer.

This property has been cleaned with chemicals that are effective against Coronavirus. Our staff are following all safety protocols as directed by the local authorities. Physical distancing rules apply for check in and check out. For visitors staying more than 10 days, clean sheets and towels will be provided, but the maids can not come and clean and change linen during your stay. We must leave at least 24 hours between visitors. Please do not book on a day that someone else is leaving. This is in line with current local rules.

Beautiful holidays in a lovely apartment

We spent a great time in this beautiful apartment. Sunny terraces facing the garden and the pine trees and also the balconies with the bedrooms and the kitchen provided magnificent views. For us it was one of the best locations in Praia d‘el Rey. We will certainly try to come back next year!

Great Apartment in Lovely area of Portugal

We stayed fo 10 days at this wonderful apartment. The apartment is large and modern with 4 different balconies in a great resort. You definitely need a car but you can get to the beach, hotel and clubhouse in around 15 mins or so by foot, but a car is a must to visit all the wonder areas. Obidos was stunning and Lisbon (only an hour away) was a delight - definitely worth at least one day trip if not two. Lots of lovely restaurants and the hotel is lovely with a great spa if you like that sort of tihng. Would definately recommend and if you do go in June there are miles of empty beaches and most of the time we had the pool to ourselves. No noise and a nice temperature at that time of the year. Komfortable Wohnung in einer sehr gepflegten Umgebung

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt und haben die Großzügigkeit der Wohnung und die Oase des gesamten Ressorts sehr genossen. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Lediglich die Matratzen sind etwas hart. Den Verkehr empfanden wir nicht als störend. Die Terrasse liegt noch ein wenig im Lichtstrahl der untergehenden Sonne im Juli. Der Pool hat von morgens bis zum Nachmittag Sonne.

Precioso apartamento, decorado con mucho gusto, amplias habitaciones y muy bien equipado. El resort en el que se ubica es una maravilla. Además de un campo de golf de primerísimo nivel, cuenta con una preciosa playa en una de las zonas más bellas de la costa portuguesa. Los anfitriones, Catherin y Mike, fueron muy amables y nos facilitaron un montón de información útil para hacer aún mejor nuestra estancia y disfrutar más de nuestras vacaciones. Tuvimos un pequeño problema a nuestra llegada, pero la persona encargada de recibirnos se encargó de resolverlo de manera ágil y muy profesional. ¡Muchas gracias! Schöne Wohnung

Die Lage des Appartements innerhalb des Ressort ist schlecht, da es an der Haupteinfallstrasse liegt, somit viel Verkehrslärm herrscht. Das Ressort selber ist sehr gepflegt, Strand ist fussläufig erreichbar, der Pool ist gut. Einkaufsmöglichkeit bestand ausserhalb der Hauptsaison innerhalb des Ressorts nicht. Viele lohnenswerte Ausflugsziele in kurzer Distanz. Küchenausstattung mangelhaft (schlechte Messer, Schneebesen etc.), auch die Federkernmatrazen waren unbequem und gehören ausgetauscht.

We bought this family apartment as it offered us all something special. Each time we visit, we find a new treasure and explore a new region as it’s an ideal base to go north, south, east or stay nearby.

We all have our favourite places to go and we all enjoy the fine food and wine available, without it costing us a fortune!

The property is ideally located for us to enjoy many parts of Portugal, it enjoys the beach location and the nearby lagoon, the quiet and clean environment that is well cared for and maintained to a high standard.

The apartment is located on a friendly development, we and our neighbours all have pride in properties and the locals are helpful and friendly.
