hermoso apartamento de 92 m2 con una terraza privada en el corazón de París, a 3 minutos a pie desde el metro Las salas o Pont Neuf. Pequeño paraíso tranquilo en el centro de París, en el distrito 1. Se encontrará a 5 minutos a pie del barrio latino o el distrito de Montorgueil. A diez minutos andando del centro Pompidou o el Louvre. 5 líneas de metro y RER 2 pase dentro de 5 minutos de la casa, se puede cruzar todo París con mucha facilidad. El apartamento da cursos sólo se mantiene tranquilo y silencioso, lejos del bullicio de París. Remanso de paz en el corazón de París. Allí el sol en la terraza de 11h a 17h, si usted quiere tener el almuerzo con el sonido de las aves o simplemente tomar una siesta después de una caminata. El apartamento se alquila entera con mi habitación y la entrada que sirve como mi oficina en el segundo dormitorio. Hay una sala de ducha y WC separados. Puedo hacer una tarifa preferencial si usted alquila 2 semanas durante el mes de julio y agosto.

Everything about this place was perfect. The host was helpful and a great communicator. The location could not be beat. We walked everywhere and every direction is fun and interesting.The bed was comfortable and it is a very quiet apartment.You won’t be disappointed

Close to everything

I walk/hike everywhere and this apartment was perfect for that. It is close to everything! And the apartment is large, very comfortable bed, large dining table, large comfortable couch in the lovely living room. The kitchen was easy to use. The apartment has many windows and is filled with light. Loved every minute there.

Good and bad

The unit was large, the terrace was a nice peaceful haven. There are several quirks that may or may not be an issue. There is no real TV so to speak, just a 30 year old TV you could see a video on. The floors were uneven and not good for 2 people with back issues. The unit was smoky and dusty. On the plus side the kitchen was fully equippwd, location is convenient to Notre Dame, the Louvre, a grocery store and countless restaurants and cafes. Considering the cost for a small hotel room, its a good value haven.

Spacious Industrial Apartment with Balcony

This apartment is spacious with a comfortable sectional, patio furniture & bed. It also has a lovely large patio which is coveted in Paris. The owner has a funky sense of taste for cool industrial furniture. The place is the ultimate location for reaching every site by foot - a plethora of restaurants & grocers very close by. However, the owner needs to clean out the clutter. She has a lamp collection, half which don’t work, bags of items stored under the bed, kitchen utensils jammed in the drawers. To top it off, she chained shut storage cupboards & put neon pink tape across cupboard doors forbidding use. Her photo backdrop board has a sign stating it could topple & she has signs on old chairs saying they are for setting linens only. Hence the VRBO photos look a lot better than the real apartment. I would rent this apartment again. However the apartment might not be suitable for a single woman as there is a homeless shelter across the street.

Perfect apartment

The apartment is perfect. It is large, bright, quiet and a perfect location. We walked everywhere. My husband and I stayed a week with our 18 year old granddaughter. She had a separate room which was great! If we return to Paris, we will definitely contact Melodie to stay here again

Incredible location, spacious, and comfortable flat

You could not find a more convenient location in Paris. Conveniently located in the center of everything, yet very quiet and peaceful inside. The apartment is clean and bright. It has plenty of space and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Melodie was helpful and very attentive. I would love to stay here again!

Beautiful home in Halles

This place was perfect. Large, sunlit, clean, and comfortable home with everything you could ask for. Close to absolutely everything, including transit. Great restaurants and supermarket a stones throw away. Check in was super easy and hassle free. Would definitely recommend and plan to stay again. Thank you Melodie!

Stay like a Parisian

This property was a fantastic base for our week-long stay in Paris, and made us feel like Parisians! It had it all: spacious, lots of room to spread out on the dining room table and the large sofa area, a comfortable bed, great WiFi, nice hot shower, updated washing machine, a reliable elevator, safe, secure entry, and a very nice outdoor patio (which we did not take advantage of, as we went in March when it was cold and rather wet). Mélodie was in touch with us the whole way in and greeted us at the. property with a good walkthrough and recommendations for the local area. The location is really fantastic, right in the heart of Paris, a few blocks away from the Pont Neuf, steps from Châtelet Metro; a sufficient convenience store is two doors down, and a large mall a few more steps away. Yes, there was a small contingent of homeless across the street, but they were more like neighbors. The flat is located within the body of the building, not fronting on the street, so any noise at night was muffled.

Excellent property and location

Mélodie was very helpful and made the rental process easy. She had great instructions for using the apartment (heating, washing machine, etc) and excellent recommendations for nearby resources like restaurants and shopping. The apartment is fully equipped and and in a perfect location, steps away from Châtelet Métro, Louvre, a supermarket, Eric Kayser boulangerie, Nicolas wine store, and the Louvre, and the list goes on. You couldn’t have a better host or property for your stay in Paris.

A Perfect location…yet quiet and so lovely.

My good friend and I stayed for nearly a week in this lovely apartment- Melodie was so completely responsible- made sure a good friend was available to check us on. The apartment is aesthetic and roomy with a fully functioning kitchen and adjoining terrace. We recommend it highly.

The perfect location!

This is a very spacious apartment in the perfect location. Just check out google maps and you will see all that is close by: a bakery just around the corner, 3 metro stations, Pont Neuf and Rue Saint Honore, lots of shops and a small grocery store next door. The decor is eclectic, but very interesting and comfortable. Much of the apartment is older and quirky, but it ultimately adds to the charm. I loved the outdoor garden. It is obvious that Melodie created it with love. There is jasmine, one of my favorite flowers, and it feels like an oasis in the middle of the busy city. For older guests, like me, know that the second bed is a futon on the floor and the primary bed is lower, but very comfortable. The elevator was essential, and worked perfectly. One thing to mention is that the street it is located on feels bit more deserted than the surrounding streets and there is a homeless center just across the street. Although there were a few homeless people sleeping on the street, I had no problems day, or night. I was a single, older woman traveling alone and felt fine coming and going. If it was very late, I just took an uber and was dropped at my door. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Melodie was so delightful to work with, and Melanie, who greeted me upon arrival, was so sweet and helpful. (You have to be met, there is no possibility for self check in.) My plane was an hour and a half late, and Melanie waited for me to arrive. I definitely recommend staying here whole heartedly, and I hope to have to opportunity to stay here again. It was perfect for me.

Spacious apartment with great outdoor space also. Apartment has all the amenities one would need. Centrally located with very close by Metro stations. Felt safe in neighborhood, coming and going throughout the day & night.
