There are 2 Bedrooms, both with King beds, and 2 full baths. This is an elevator building. This unit comes with 25' of dock space located in Rudder Canal #76 to park your boat (off-site trailer parking available for a fee). Sound front master bedroom with 32" Flat screen LCD TV and private door leading to covered deck with furniture. 2nd bedroom also has Flat Screen TV. Full-size Convert-a-Sofa in living area. The condo contains a 39" flat screen in living room with DVD player, wireless high-speed internet, covered deck with furniture, and outdoor shower. Property is located in building directly across from fitness center. Panoramic view of Roanoke Sound from master bedroom, living room, dining area and covered deck. Parking for 2 vehicles maximum. Saturday turnover.

Amazing Property and Views

Our vacation at Buccaneer Village 1033 was amazing. Check in was easy, and the place was immaculate. Even the carpet was clean and oder free...aside from a few small faded stains which is not unusual for a pet friendly room. The bed and furniture were comfortable. The full sized kitchen was fully equipped. (We ate out most nights because... well... all of the incredible seafood restaurants nearby. But we did buy groceries to make breakfast and lunch a few times.) The property was very well maintained. Including the rec center/exercise room and the refreshing pool and hot tub for guests. It was also centrally located for a short drive to all the attractions. The view from our balcony was what made us choose this room. It was a spectacular view of the sound. One evening before sunset, we even spotted a pod of dolphins swimming and jumping in the water in front of our unit. It is a sight I'll never forget.

Lovely location

This property has a beautiful sound view where you can watch the boats go by! Place is well-maintained and the breeze was fantastic. The owners keep the property well appointed so we were able to cook ‘at home’ multiple days as well.

Amazing views

Had a wonderful stay here. The community is quiet and great location. View of the sound was relaxing and the place was perfect for my friend and I to work remotely. Would highly recommend!

Bad maintenance

We rented a condo that had a faulty ice maker (No ice), and leaked water down into the upper shelving of the refrigerator. My three notices to the Property Management team went unheeded. We were promised that a maintenance person would fix this issue. It was never fixed, hence, we went the whole week with no ice maker. Additionally, the interior of the elevator for Building 10 was a mess; obviously someone left mud and straw all over the carpet and interior walls of the elevator, This was reported to the Property Management team as well. During our stay the elevator was never cleaned.
