Our stay here was wonderful! The house was clean and well stocked with kitchen items. Only a block from the beach and an easy walk!! Would stay here again!!

House is well maintained and kitchen is well appointed. Staff was very responsive to text questions and they were really nice. Backyard sand area had an overgrowth of plants, but not a problem unless you're desperate to play beach volleyball on site.

Great location. A few disappointments.

The home is beautiful. Very large, spacious, and nice. A few disappointments, however, during our stay. We checked in and noticed damage to the doors, and a smoke detector missing. We called to report this and the associate was extremely helpful. Additionally, as others have said there were no bed sheets on the top bunk, and sand on the bottom bunk upon checkin. The coffee maker was dirty (old moldy coffee filter and grounds). My largest disappointment, however, was that the pool was full of sand when we checked in. I called the property management, who assured me it was because we were located by the beach. A fair statement but it was also obvious the sand was all on the steps of the pool. They didn't send anyone to correct the situation, but one day before our departure a pool company came to clean the pool. Once the pool was clean it was wonderful.

Wonderful short vacation

House was beautiful, exactly what the pictures show, more than enough space for my husband, 3 kids, and myself. Very well decorated and the area was great only a 5 min or less walk to the beach, seeing the waves and ocean from the 3rd floor balcony was very nice. Did have a few issues that if they address than this would be an awesome 100% stay at this home.

Awesome vacation

Great house, as it was available last minute to us and we have a great time! The pool was awesome, they cleaned it the day we got there. Lots of room, the place was as described. It was my first time renting from Kees and I would do it again in the future!

DIRTY but good location

The house itself is a great location to the beach and shops. The property was gross. The house and pool were not cleaned prior to our arrival. Dirty underwear was in the outdoor shower, sand and rocks in the pool, chip and cracker crumbs in the drawers in the bedrooms, empty snack wrappers under the beds and couches, and dishes were put away dirty. Communication with the property management company was also poor.

Bikini Bottom Review

The home was well located and we enjoyed our stay, however, it was not clean. The carpet is terribly stained, mattress cover (one specifically) was very dirty with hair. I was assured that the property would be cleaned in accordance with CDC requirements due to COVID, but I don't think it was. I was glad I bought several cans of Lysol and disinfectant wipes. However, like I said the property is well located and we really enjoyed the pool. However, I would not return.

Excellent Stay!

We LOVED this house! So many amenities and offerings. Rooms were nicely decorated and clean. Bottom floor was really nicer than expected with a sectional and tv for some relax time. We were not sure how’d we’d like the sandpit off the pool, but it was great! Only negative was that the propane tank was out of gas, and we had planned all our meals around the grill. Also, the pool had a ton of sand in it, but I guess that’s expected with the surrounding sandpit. Not upset enough to take off a star. Really nice to be able to bring your pups too!

Very nice stay!

House was exactly what it says it is! Close to the beach, bikes available for use, and we loved it was pet friendly! Good recommend to others! Only downfall was I was told I would receive an email for check in and never did until I got there, even though I called a day before to confirm the check in process with a Kees employee. The Kees employee told me to just call when I got there, but when I got there and called (in the rain) and someone else told me I needed the email. Just a bit confusing.

May Vacation

The beach house was beautiful. Great location and a short walk to the beach. We would definitely stay again. The only complaints would be that the second floor shared bathroom tub had sand in it and was slow to drain. Also, the pool table was missing two balls so we were not able to play. I am sure those items will be addressed. I look forward to another vacation at Bikini Bottom.

Perfect Getaway

Perfect Getaway. My family and I stayed at Bikini Bottom for Spring Break. The house is gorgeous and conveniently located to the Beach, Ice Cream, Grocery Stores and other activities. We all had a blast and would definitely plan to return.

House was great for our family, all the amenities, having the beds made and the kitchen was great for cooking. We were missing a set of sheets for the twin bunk bed but since we didn't need it, it was no problem for us. Would be for someone who planned on using it and sure if called kees would have supplied us one.

Beautiful home

Bikini bottom did not dissapoint! My family (sox adults) stayed here for 3 nights the beginning of October. Enjoyed the pool as the weather was perfect, all the ladies were in love with the decor and comfort, took advantage of the bikes and kite in the garage! We will definitely be back again soon. Highly recommend this rental home!
