Gulfstream 201 is non-smoking & does allow guests to bring 1 mature dog. There are 3 Bedrooms, accommodating 8 people and offers one covered parking space for vehicle or golf cart (2 vehicles permitted in total). Trailers/Boats/Jet-Skis cannot be stored under the building and must be kept off-site unless placed in a dock space. A slip can be rented on the Marina from the ship store. Slips by the Real Estate office are available on a first-come/first-serve basis and cannot be reserved in advance. Master Bedroom has a King bed with tub and walk-in shower in their private bathroom. The 2 bedroom also holds a King bed while the final bedroom offers a Queen bed with private en-suite bathroom. Living space offers plenty of seating and large flat-screen TV. The condo has stainless-steel appliances and a dining space that seats 5. There is high-speed WiFi throughout home and on deck, making work & play a breeze on your vacation. Furnished deck offers stunning views and is right in the action of Pirate's Cove's World-Class marina. Soak up the sun by our community pool, get your heart-racing in our fitness center, or take a stroll around our community using the miles of lighted dock. The townhome is a Vacation-My-Way property (Requires a 3-night minimum stay year-round, excluding the 2nd full week of August which needs a stay to be 7-nights). Parking for 2 vehicles. Queen Blow-up Mattress also available.
