Un maravilloso apartamento situado en el centro (190 metros cuadrados en el interior + terraza de 30 metros cuadrados) para 6 + 1 personas. Sentado en el comedor, en el cuarto piso o en la terraza en el mismo nivel mientras disfruta de la maravillosa vista del Foro Romano en Roma y el Capitolio: una experiencia inolvidable y una inmersión total en la historia. Perfecto para una copa de vino al atardecer y una gran cena italiana en casa. A petición también podemos organizar una cena con el chef en casa. El elegante comedor y cocina abierta están totalmente equipadas.
El apartamento en tres plantas (la planta baja está en el primer piso) ha sido recientemente renovado con gran atención al respeto de sus características históricas, lo que mantiene todo el encanto de la antigua y proporcionar comodidad para unas vacaciones exclusivas.
La decoración es sencilla y elegante, la gestión de combinar muy bien los muebles antiguos y modernos confort. La casa está equipada con calefacción, aire acondicionado, wi-fi, televisión en cada habitación.
Se compone de una amplia sala de estar con una gran cocina y terraza en la misma planta, tres hermosas suites de un dormitorio (uno tiene la oportunidad de compartir una cama en dos habitaciones individuales), cada uno con gran baño privado con ducha.
Junto a la sala de estar hay un cuarto dormitorio pequeño con una cama individual con su propio cuarto de baño.
Toda la casa está equipada con ropa de cama, toallas y jabones.
Dentro de las enormes ventanas con vistas a un hermoso patio con estatuas y plantas.

We had a wonderful time and the hosts were wonderful and helpful. As has been noted the location of the home is very conveniently located within walking distance of many great neighborhoods and attractions. The villa is very charming and provides a sense of Italian charm throughout. The view in the evening is great and the common rooms are perfect for friends or families. For those are used to air conditioning, obviously summers in Rome can be warm. The villa stays quite cool upstairs and downstairs but the middle rooms needed an additional fan to stay cool which the owners conveniently provided. I would definitely stay here again. Great place and great service.

best part of our trip to Rome

Stayed in Charme Foro Romano with four friends. The apartment is just as beautiful as the pictures. Carlo and Nicola were outstanding hosts - above and beyond. The location is perfect and I loved the quiet street. The views the balcony are incredible.

Die Wohnung ist super gelegen und genau wie in der Beschreibung. Eigentlich noch schöner. Die kleinen Details sind einfach nur schön. Die Kommunikation mit Simone war immer sehr freundlich und wertschätzend. Auch das Angebot für den Transfer können wir mit empfehlen. Wir würden der Wohnung und der Vermietung gern 10 Punkte geben und können sie nur ganz aufrichtig empfehlen.

Great Location

If you want to stay at a place that is quiet and right next to the ruins this is the place! Lots and lots of stairs so not great for the elderly. Has Old world Charm! And very nice rooftop patio!

Magnificent

Nothing could beat looking out at the Forum while having a coffee in the morning. Perfect location to explore all that Rome has to offer. Appreciate the high level of responsiveness of the property manager. Would definitely stay again.

Short Stay in Rome

This beautiful and wonderfully located apartment was our home for three beautiful days in Rome. Its location, adjacent to the Forum, made it ideally located to walk almost everywhere as well as being in a quiet area without any traffic. Carlo was so easy and wonderful to work with and can arrange transportation or suggest a great restaurant (we loved our carbonara from ‘In Roma’ just around the corner). As is almost everything in Rome, the apartment building is quite old with plumbing from the 18th century, however, it is beautifully maintained and provided everyone with space and their own bathroom. Thank you, Carlo, for helping us make some great memories together in Rome.

Perfect stay in Rome

We had a perfect 3 night stay in this beautiful home . Carlo was so helpful during check in & check out . Excellent communication ! The house is stocked with everything you need and the roof top terrace is just beautiful to relax after a busy day . We loved that you are tucked down a little street that is nice & quiet . There is a cafe & restaurant right down the block for an early morning cappuccino . There are a lot of steps but that helps to give it a private feel on each level . There is no need to overpack as there is a washer & dryer for use . Stay here ,you won't be disappointed !

A beatiful week overlooking the Roman Forum

We were absolutely delighted with our stay, and Carlo & Co were gracious and extremely helpful hosts! The property itself is superb, and every evening we had apertivos on the rooftop terrace overlooking the Roman Forum- incredible, truly. Our hosts arranged a fabulous golf cart tour of the city, and assisted with train scheduling, etc- they were very patient with my many questions. We would absolutely come back for another stay in this special place, and would highly recommend this property.

Wonderful and Charming

The apartment is absolutely charming and comfortable. I would definitely recommend. There are several sets of stairs, so be aware of this if stairs are an issue for anyone in your group. We were a family of 5 adults and everyone enjoyed staying there. It’s also close to about everything.

When in Rome…Choose this Apartment!

We positively loved our stay here and would recommend it to anyone. The apartment is beautiful and unique. The décor makes you feel as though you have the privilege of living in a museum. It lies across three floors, which offers couples their privacy, but everyone can gather in the kitchen and enjoy balcony space overlooking the Forum. (Forum views from my bedroom window felt very surreal.) The apartment lies on a quiet, charming, safe street that is conveniently located near excellent restaurants and historical sights. It is a 10-20 minute walk to almost all of the “main” attractions. Simply strolling the neighborhood itself offers a plethora of history. We had incredible meals down the street at Ad Hoc and In Roma. We utilized the local market almost daily – very convenient. Our host Carlos was incredibly communicative and helpful, assisting with my planning in the weeks leading up to our travel and arranging various transportation for our group. An all-around perfect experience and we feel so lucky to have enjoyed this amazing apartment. If you have the opportunity to book this remarkable place, do not hesitate! And our sincere gratitude to Carlos!

Incredible location and incredibly Roman

We had an absolute great time in Rome in large part due to this apartment. The location overlooking the Roman Forum was just incredible. The attention to detail in every room was amazing and wouldn’t let you forget you were in Rome. Carlo was a great host with great insight for restaurants, Our advice - eat in at least one night and take advantage of the awesome kitchen/terrace view. FYI - the Air Conditioning rocked also:).

Beautiful authentic Roman home in perfect location.

This is an exceptionally good holiday home. Situated adjacent to the antiquities of the Forum putting you in easy reach of all the major sites. Although very central the location still feels quiet and tucked away from the hustle and bustle. The house is tastefully dressed with many paintings and interesting ornaments and furnishings. But it is also practical with good kitchen and bathrooms plus nice comfortable beds. The roof terrace is a further bonus with amazing views including parts of The Forum itself. Communication with the hosts was excellent. Carlo was particularly thoughtful and helpful and arranged our transfers etc. brilliantly. I will hope to come back here again one day if we are lucky enough! Thank you for having us.

Roman Family Holiday

This property is just sensational. The three ensemble bedrooms offer privacy and comfort, while the first floor sitting room and the upstairs open space kitchen provides space for getting together. The kitchen area opens on to a delightful terrazzo with a great view of the Forum and Capitoline Hill area and the top deck with lounge chairs is a place you lie down and read. The location is perfect - easy access to the Forum, Coliseum, Circus Maximus, Capitoline Hill, etc.., and yet quiet. We are walkers, many days exceeding 17,000 steps, but always came home to an inviting, relaxing space where there was air-conditioning and hot water. Carlo, the property manager, was outstanding in every regard, helping us with arranging trips and making us feel very welcome. After two weeks we knew the neighborhood well and felt like we had really experienced life in this marvelous city. Much of this was due to this five star residence, really a treasure. Thank you Carlo and Maria Theresa.

Nice place, lots of steps, quiet, near many main sights in Rome

We booked this property for a family stay. There is lots of art and many old antiques within the apartment. Terrace is nice. We didn’t have really great AC in one bedroom and would have enjoyed more shared spaces with less stairs. If you’re looking for a reasonable property near the big sights- it is a great spot. If you are older or have any knee issues this may not be your place as there are 3 flights of stairs you’re constantly up and down. Nice farmers market close on the weekends.

Spectacular Property

This was an incredible property. Carlo was there to greet us and to orient us to the property which was exquisite. He carried all the many pieces of luggage up the stairs to our rooms. The sense of history present in the furniture and setting were perfect. The kitchen and rooftop patio were wonderful and the views of the Forum were spectacular. The entire property was clean. The air-conditioning appreciated in the heat. Restaurants were steps away. Checkout was as easy as check in. I highly recommend this unique, beautiful and quiet setting for a visit to Rome.

Perfect Apartment in Rome

We stayed only 5 nights and this apartment is beautiful and within walking distance to/from everything. Carlo assisted with transportation to/from airport and greeted us early so that we could store our bags before check in. The rooms are beautifully decorated and the view of The Forum from the balcony was a perfect way to end a long day of walking with a glass of wine. There are a few really great restaurants (Ad Hoc) a few blocks away. We will definitely book this place again.

Excellent location and wonderful apartment

The apartment is wonderful, close to sites and restaurants. The host responds instantly and can arrange drivers as well. The balcony overlooking the forum is a delightful place to enjoy breakfast or look at the stars.

Quiet neighborhood in the heart of Rome

Perfect location and apartment for three couples. The three en suite bedrooms have terrific privacy (one on first floor adjacent to living room and small office space. Two on second floor) The very small bedroom and bathroom off the kitchen were perfect for our 14 year old grandson. Neighborhood had wonderful small grocer (Lorenzo is charming) a tabachi and InRome restaurant (delicious) Incredible to have this very quiet location and yet we are on our terrace with the forum in sight. Kitchen was well equipped, wifi excellent in the little office (harder with lots of users outside the office ). We will happily rent again for a family visit to Rome.

Great Views!

We loved the spaciousness of the property and the quietness. The rooms are big and comfy with large bathrooms. The terrace has a great view. Kitchen has a full size refrigerator and fully stocked dishware. The owners responded quickly and efficiently. Check-in a breeze. There are 3 flights of stairs to the top kitchen and patio area. We had back-packs so not a problem for us.

Hidden gem in Rome

Quiet, undiscovered street a short and easy walk to the heart of Rome. The deck overlooks the Forum, beautiful at night. Carlos is a gracious host. We hope to return, the Christmas and New Year holidays are a wonderful time to visit!
