Recientemente renovado a partir del 4/8/19 !!! Nuevos pisos de porcelanato, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, lavadora y secadora nuevas, muebles de dormitorio, taburetes y juego de comedor.



¡Cerradura de puerta de entrada sin llave para que no tenga que mantenerse al día con las llaves durante su estancia!



Sé uno de los primeros en disfrutar de este hermoso condominio 3 BR renovado en 2019 en Phoenix VIII. Phoenix VIII es uno de los mejores complejos de condominios en el Golfo. Puede disfrutar de una vista espectacular del Golfo desde la sala de estar o desde el balcón del dormitorio principal. Con más de 1,500 pies cuadrados, la unidad es muy espaciosa.



Las vistas son increíbles desde este condominio en el cuarto piso, ya sea que esté descansando en el sofá o disfrutando de su bebida favorita en el balcón. Además, hay una cama king en el dormitorio principal, una reina en el segundo dormitorio, 2 camas matrimoniales en el tercer dormitorio y un sofá cama queen en la sala de estar. Hay un televisor de alta definición de 60 '' en la sala de estar, un televisor de 50 '' en el dormitorio principal y televisores de alta definición de 40 '' en el segundo y tercer dormitorio. ¡Hemos instalado todos los electrodomésticos nuevos, encimeras de granito y gabinetes personalizados!

We love this condo! It was very clean and updated, well stocked for any type of cooking you would wanna do. The condo was great. It had carts for groceries. A very functional and available elevator. It was quiet. The building was well air-conditioned and close to the beach we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.!

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very worn and used furniture. All of the beds were sagging, kitchen chairs were heavily stained, 2nd bathroom is TINY and closet door in the 2 beds was broken. The living room furniture is very worn, stained and recliners didn't work, cabinets were broken (all furniture looks 20 years old and not upkept). Housekeeper left chicken nuggets on coffee table in living room. We loved the location and the amenities offered. Unit is just very outdated and pictures in ad are not up to date. Bonus is people leave sand toys and chairs by the elevators when they check out so you really don't have to buy any! The check in desk had no record of us checking in because information was not sent to them.

Orange Beach family getaway

Cute condo in Orange Beach right on the Gulf. Our family really enjoyed the property and all it has to offer. Close to great restaurants, groceries and shopping. Close to the jetty and Perdido Pass.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very nice. It is as described. I was not impressed with the cleaning company that they use. We had some issues with the sink and dishwasher, which was handled quickly. But feel that the change over crew should have caught it. Most of the silverware was dirty and some dishes as well. There was not enough towels and washcloths stocked in our room for everyone to have one. The front desk is only open until 5pm and they had to call me when they were able to get the things we needed. We were given 2 dish towels and no dish cloth to wash dishes. So hopefully that is something that can be improved because the room is great, the balcony is wonderful and we very much enjoyed our stay after everything was in order.

Awesome vacation

We really enjoyed the condo. Beach access was easy, kids loved the pool area and the condo overall was nice. Beds were comfy, had plenty of room for our group of 7. Communication with the host was excellent and she is quick to respond. We would definitely book this place again!

Great family spring break stay

Our family had a wonderful time! The condo was clean, beds were comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked (blender, crock pot, cooking utensils, wine corkscrew, pans, etc. ) The patio was perfect for dolphin watching and chatting. Of course being right on the beach was a definite plus. We look forward to coming back.

Condo was nice. 55 for parking pass is over priced a lot. Closer attention to cleaning. Overall it was clean but dusting on light side. Patio doors very hard to open. Overall the resort was nice. Loved the pool area.

Phoenix VIII Oceanfront

Nice and spacious 3-bedroom condo with oceanfront views and nice size wrap-around balcony. We enjoyed the electric powered recliners and well-stocked kitchen (dishes, utensils, bowls, etc.). The downfalls—box springs on king-sized bed were terrible, the middle seat on the couch was not comfy, and it would have been nice to have a third bathroom, or to have the second bathroom attached to the bedroom(s).

Check in was awful

The property was absolutely great. Clean and comfortable. The check in was awful. No one was available to purchase our parking passes even though we were there long before 5pm on 2 separate days. We had to go next door to another condo to have it printed.

Good space and location, bad smell

The layout and location of the condo was very nice and convenient. The only thing is there was an odor in the house that I could not place. I felt like by the end of the week, I had the smell on my skin and clothes no matter how much we washed. The owner was very responsive to emails when the garbage disposal didn’t work and the sink was backing up creating more of a smell. He had someone out to fix it within 30 minutes so that was awesome of him. Other than the smell, great condo to stay in.

They provide nothing in the way of essentials which was stated but only one hand towel, disher soap, laundry soap. It was noisy with kids above us. It was clean when we arrived but floors weren't swept. Wifi only worked when we walked downstairs.

Phoenix 8 is nice

We arrived after business hours due to a layover issue. as a result when we got to the condo the front desk was closed. I used the screen at the front desk to chat with someone. The security guard was helpful and sent us next door to Phoenix 7 where we got a parking pass to cover us for the night...no big deal, just wasn't sure what the protocol was. Our room was nice but had a few fairly minor issues. They were: 1. the cleanliness of the place in general was not horrible but could have been better for what we paid 2. the dish washer was not very effective and is probably needing some attn 3. the kitchen sink gurgled on two occassions when not being used and smelled of sewer gas immediately afterwards - that was unpleasant. Overall these things were not the end of the world; the location and over all upkeep of the place as a whole is good, the staff are friendly, and our experience was a good one.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our experience at Phonix VIII was good. Communication was excellent and check in was a breeze. The location was excellent for the Wharf, watching the Blue Angels practice, FloraBama and Sweet Cone Alabama. Even though it was a little out of the way for The Hangout and Lulu's, the drive wasn't bad. The condo was well stocked but needed a deep clean. We found trash under a nightstand when it was moved to plug in a hair dryer, candy stuck to a headboard and sand in the living area. Some of the electrical outlets did not work. A patio chair was broken and a leg on the recliner had obviously been patched. All of the upholstery needed cleaning. We had plenty of space for six adults and one child.The staff was friendly and there was plenty of seating around the pool. The gazebo was great for a lunch by the pool and our little one loved the kiddie pool! I would stay here again, but owners need to be aware of the cleaning issues.

Love The Location, Condo Needs Updates

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Let me try to make this short and spite of a few complaints. Great location, clean on check in, kitchen adequately supplied, décor is pleasant, beds were comfortable, staff was nice; however, everything that involved mechanics was loud in this condo such as the exhaust fans and the washing machine spin cycle. Top dishwasher rack had so many broken prongs it was difficult to load glasses. Toilet handle needed to be held down for 20-30 seconds in order for tank to fill, master bath shower was dark as a cave. These things all seemed to be the original to the condo which must be going on 40 years old and just need to be replaced. Just showing it's age. It didn't ruin our stay, but we wouldn't request this condo unit again. Once the appliances and such are replaced, it will be just fine.

Thank you for the review. The condo is receiving a new washer/dryer, new toilets, along with a bigger more adequate light fixture for the master bathroom. The condo will receive new stainless steel appliances soon. We appreciate your business.
