アパートは国の最も古い宮殿の1つで歴史的中心部に位置しています、バス停から数歩と駅の近く。 したがって、ローマ中心部へはわずか20分でアクセスできます。またはローマテルミニ駅への電車または地下鉄Anagnina駅へのバスで簡単にアクセスできます。 チャンピーノ空港までバスで15分です。

Property is centrally located in the town of Marino with train access to Rome Termini. Train station is a 10 min walk to the apartment, but there is also a small bus that waits at the train station when the train from Rome arrives. Our family was delighted with the apartment and the local culture and people. Special mention to our host, most gracious and attentive. We will return! Thank you!

Un très bel appartement magnifique très grand spacieux et confort avec une magnifique vue sur une fontaine. Proche de Rome avec une gare pour le train juste en bas de la ville un déplacement génial et des vacances très agréables.. avec des commerçants très agréables et très aimables.

Amazing stay in rome

This apartment was everything we could’ve asked for. The area is great if you need a break from the tourist traps in Rome, the host is so responsive and helpful, he gave amazing dinner recommendations and was always there if we needed any help. We would go back just to stay in this apartment. It’s super spacious, clean and close to the train station.

Tres bel appartement tres confortable en centre ville.nous prenions un train pour un trajet de 20 minutes jusqu'a la gare Termini de Rome en laissant notre voiture dans la rue de notre hebergement pour 5 eur par jour.la gare était a deux pas mais de raides escaliers y conduisaient.

Antikes Städtchen mit Flair

Ich war mit meinem Mann und einem anderen Pärchen da.Im Großen und ganzen war es sehr nett. Mit dem check in super geklappt.Vermieter über WhatsApp kommuniziert ,war sehr freundlich. Wir waren sowieso den ganzen Tag unterwegs. Die Wohnung ist ein Altbau etwas modernisiert ganz süß, aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Treppen sind ein bißchen gefährlich weil sie Tendenz nach vorne haben. Küche und Bad sollten etwas sorgfältiger gereinigt werden. Sonst alles okay. Marino ist sehr süß allerdings viel steile Straßen also für Leute mit Problemen Gebehinderung nicht so geeignet. Dafür ein sehr schöner Ausblick vom Balkon aus. Tipp die Trattoria gegenüber der Kirche kann man sehr gut Essen. Und die Kirche unbedingt anschauen ist vor der Nase wunderschöner Lichteinfall.

Awesome stay

We loved the location, went to a local restaurant, had dinner, and thoroughly enjoyed the food and atmosphere. We would love to go back. Just wish there had been some fans in each room, was very hot there.

Sleeps 5, clean, all new white crisp, lovely 2 bedroom with pullout sofa (double couch)

Marino is about 45 minutes by train to get to the Termini which is in Rome We arranged ahead of time that Renato would pick us up from the airport, Ciampino... for a regular taxi fee (or maybe better) which was very very kind of him because there was five of us. Marino is a quaint small town. the restaurant across the steet by fountain was amazing! the Italian food amazing! the little Fruit stand beside us wonderful! lemons, oranges, apricots, apples, bannanas..etc wonderfully priced fruit and vegetables, now to find our way to the train and to buy tickets was very confusing we had to walk up the hill down the hill around which is no fault of Renato that's just the way it is in Italy! So you do have to talk and you do have to ask.. "where do I buy tickets for the train" or you pay 60 70 euros for an Uber which I think is expensive when you can pay 2 Euro or 2.50 for a train But do be careful cuz everyone just points in certain directions and then you go and then you find out.. it's this way..or that way .. that's the Italian way lol. The place is an old stone building -- Beautiful apartment, all renovated wi fi's a bit slow everything was Super clean, washroom Clean!! comfy beds easily slept 5 people, hi original old ceilings beautiful! Huge ,heavy old Wood European French doors ! little balcony overlooking the little town I would definitely recommend this. I did suggest to Renato maybe put a fan in the one-bedroom facing the street (because of noise)because of the cars driving on the beautiful cobblestone streets you can hear quite a bit early in the morning as it does face a bit of a busy street it would just help mute out the sound and that would be wonderful! I think it was just overlooked some paper towels but everyone/thing else was super wonderful! Thank you!

Alloggio perfetto per una vacanza romana. Spazioso, confortevole e sopratutto arredato dai proprietari con tutto quello che puo' servire. Cucina molto illuminata e pratica, bagno in perfette condizioni, stanze da letto comode e soggiorno spazioso ed elegante. In pochi minuti la casa si attaglia ad ogni esigenza. Per non farci mancare niente il Sig, Renato & family si è dimostrato cortese, riservato e attento alla accoglienza. Tutto questo incastonato nel centro storico di Marino. Off the beaten path, charming town and lovely apartment

We stayed here at the end of our trip and enjoyed getting away from the larger cities and the tourists. Wonderful little Italian town with friendly people and beautiful views. Close to other fun little towns with lots to see and do. The apartment was prettier then the pictures showed and the balcony was a treat! Renato was wonderful and so pleasant. Wish we had more time to spend with him and in Marino!

Beautiful apartment. The owner kind and helpful. Ideal for visiting Rome. Train journey quick and comfortable in half an hour. This town is quiet and peaceful. Easy parking and the people are very friendly and welcoming.
