House/Villa 100mt. from the sea-Near the sea -CONDITIONAL AIR CONDITIONING

My accommodation is located 100m away. from the sea of Tonnarella in a very quiet residential area. It is suitable for couples, families (with children), large groups and furry friends (pets).
Space
Outside there is access to a large space where there is the possibility to park under a convenient canopy up to 3 cars. The 150 sqm villa, inside instead, is composed of five rooms, one of which is a spacious entrance-living room, with TV, which opens onto a covered veranda which can be used safely for dinners or outdoor lunches. Further on, a corridor leads to the sleeping area where there are three large bedrooms equipped with a double bed and a cot for each bedroom which are equipped with fans and a bathroom where the washing machine is located. In the living area we have a kitchen equipped with everything you need, complete with fridge, freezer, oven and hob. The kitchen leads to the external floor where there is a comfortable outdoor shower complete with sanitary ware, a BBQ area, a cockpit with tap and an external staircase which leads to the terrace from which you can enjoy a splendid view of the Mediterranean sea. Prices vary according to the season and the number of people.
Interaction with guests
At Check-in I will personally welcome you and answer all your questions. During their stay they are available to guests both by phone and physically for any eventuality from 10.00 to 22.00.
Neighborhood overview
The accommodation is located in Tonnarella, a very quiet residential neighborhood, close to the SIC (Site of Community Importance) Capo Feto where there is also the beach for Kitesurfers;
The residential area of Tonnarella is not served by public transport.
