家は1つのレベルで構成され、次のように構成されています。

The property was very nice, stocked, and clean. It is a bit remote and requires 225 stairs or a longer walk to access the main roads for taxi, bus, or shops. Francesco was great and helped coordinate transfers and checked in daily to make sure we had everything we needed. It was a wonderful stay and would recommend this villa (as long as you are okay with the location).

Terrace Views That Take Your Breath Away

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Sunset in Praiano! The outdoor terraces were absolutely stunning—sunsets over the water each evening were unforgettable. The home was very clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. Communication with SMAAC was excellent—clear, timely, and helpful throughout our stay. Although there were quite a few stairs to reach the unit, we honestly didn’t mind—it added to the charm and authenticity of staying in a beautiful hill town on the Amalfi Coast. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area! There was construction going on in the unit below during our stay, which we weren’t aware of ahead of time. Also, the showers had some inconsistency with hot and cold water, which could be improved.

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Sunset! The management was extremely responsive and very helpful. The guidebook has tons of useful information on it. We had some difficulty finding the house on when we arrived so perhaps sending guests a map pin to the front door would be more helpful than the video. The house was very comfortable. The view from the porch is as amazing as it looks in the photos. There are 230 steps to get down to the main road so be sure to wear sturdy sneakers but the restaurants in Praiano are worth it. Be sure to check out Miragalli, Km0, and I'll Pino.

We spent three nights at Casa Sunset. It has great views of its two patios. We loved that the bedrooms opened up onto the patio. Kitchen is super cute.

Exceptional house with a breathtaking view. Very clean and had everything that our family needed. The host was extremely helpful and always answered our questions and inquiries very quickly. The instructions to get to the house for the check in were clear. Be prepared for a lot of stairs, just like everywhere in this area. The parking was far from the house, but the tenants of the parking were very helpful and accommodating. We would definitely go back and we highly recommend this house, as well as the town of Praiano itself.

Fantastic views and location

This was the most beautiful VRBO! We loved its stunning views of Positano and Capri. The inside had beautiful Amalfi decor. Every bedroom had a balcony with a view. We didn’t want to leave!

A perfect area to stay and explore all of the Amalfi Coast

Excellent hosts who gave excellent instructions and were proactive in communication. We booked last minute and they were still ready for us, which went a long way. The view in this home is incredible. We spent almost all our time on the patio! We enjoyed the neighborhood because it is quiet and lovely. Good local cafes nearby and a very convenient grocery store (lots of stairs like everything in the Amalfi, but very close to the home.) Overall it is a good space with an incredible view and the location is close enough to everything you could want.

Very nice place with fantastic views of the Amalfi Coast.

Being positioned midway between Positano and Amalfi made it convenient to visit both. Yes, there are a lot of steps - but that’s typical in Praiano. Having two furnished terraces and a washing machine was a big plus. The house could use a little sprucing up but it’s comfortable and spacious. Rosa and especially Francesco were great - both in planning things before we arrived and in keeping in touch and helping book rides etc. while we were there.

As a last minute extension of our Italy trip we decided to go rest and enjoy the Amalfi Coast. The apartment was absolutely perfect!!! Two terraces overlooking Positano and the Mediterranean Sea. Two bedrooms with two bathrooms comfortable, clean, a pleasure to be in. The host was Magnificent!!! Helped us with reservations at a beach club - 10 min taxi drive or 25 min walk down to the water. Found the perfect 40ft boat for us to rent and enjoy lunch on Capri. Helped with parking and any questions we had within moments. Thank you so much Franchesco

A perfect location for Sunsets!

Overall this is a wonderful home. The views are amazing. Francesco and the SMAAC team were very attentive and accommodating. Great location to base out of for day trips South to Amalfi or North to Positano. Both were a 20-30 min drive in August. WiFi in the rear of the house and outside on the terraces was spotty.

Grossest place I've stayed in...EVER

Oh, where do I start? Unfortunately this listing is an example of the pictures being way better than the real experience. All of the furniture is old and tired and in need of updating. In fact, the entire flat needs a serious overhaul. Gross bathrooms, chipped tiles everywhere, blankets covering the couches like a frat house. We didn't unpack because we didn't want our clothes touching any of the surfaces in the place. The views are lovely but the furniture is uncomfortable. Also, the terrace outside the bedrooms has great space and views, however, condensation from the air conditioner leaks on to the tiles making it slippery, muddy, and sticky. Totally disgusting. Upon check-in we walked in and all of the shades were down and the AC was off. Not quite the welcoming you'd expect on a 90 degree day. We tried to book another place but were unable to find something since it was high season. Definitely would NOT recommend staying here. One positive note is that the property manager Francesco was very helpful and kind. We took cold showers the first day since no hot water but Francesco sent someone right over to fix the issue. We are both well-traveled and have experienced many different types of places and this was by FAR the worst place we've ever stayed. Do yourself a favor and do NOT book this place!!!

The manager that we dealt with, Francessco, was the best! He contacted us every day to make sure things were good! If we had a problem he responded immediately. We couldn’t have asked for better service. Town was quiet, quaint, and had everything we needed. Bus service was close by to travel to neighboring amalfi towns. We highly recommend.

We loved our stay at Casa Sunset

Finally made the dream a reality and visited the Amalfi Coast. Casa Sunset in Praiano was the perfect location for our family. The views were spectacular and the apartment was so cute. Loved the flooring, the layout with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and the two outdoor patios were great for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful sea. The location was great too. Praiano is a little quieter than some of the other towns but offers everything you could want: great restaurants, grocery, pharmacies, beaches, cafes and bars. It was 225 steps to the main street, but I viewed it as our daily workout (and who comes to Amalfi Coast not expecting stairs??). We enjoyed hiking Path of the Gods and the amazing concert organized there by the tourist office. Finally, can't say enough good things about Francesco and SMAAC. Outstanding service from the moment we booked. Their use of technology was impressive for ease and efficiency like the check-in video but their service always felt personalized which I really appreciated. We have already recommended them to friends and family. Thank you Francesco and the SMAAC team for making our dream trip such a pleasure!
