Beautiful apartment of 110 sqm., Just renovated and furnished, has 2 double bedrooms and a small bedroom, large lounge with sofa bed and large kitchen. Two bathrooms, one with shower and one with bathtub. A very fresh and welcoming courtyard at the back with a large table, a small room with a drain and a washing machine. Garden on the front with umbrella and relaxation area. Kitchen with dishwasher, stove and microwave. It can accommodate from 6 to 9 people. Very close to the pine forest and the sea.

Very nice

We spend 2 weeks in viareggio. The appartement was perfect located to spend the days at the beach and to the city. All restaurants amd supermarkets were nearby. All we need for holiday was in the appartement, the contact with Luca was very friendly. He gave us all informations we needed. We will come back

Unzumutbar

Gezwungenermaßen, aufgrund des Zustandes der Wohnung und dem Schimmel mussten wir den Urlaub von zwei Wochen auf eine Übernachtung reduzieren. Stark abgenutzt und abgewohnt. Die Fotos im Netz sind alt und beschreiben keinesfalls den tatsächlichen Zustand. Schimmel in den Zimmern an den Wänden, ebenfalls in der Klimaanlage. Verschmutzte Wände. Wir haben uns so unwohl gefühlt, dass wir es als unangenehm empfanden, nur eine Nacht dortbleiben zu müssen. Auch die Bäder waren in einem schlechten Zustand. Die Terrasse ist aufgrund der schlechten Möblierung und den Splittern im Boden nicht zu benutzen gewesen. Ein ungepflegter und verschmutzter Zustand mit Verletzungsgefahr. Die drei Schlafzimmer sind zur Straße ausgerichtet und entsprechend laut. Die Möbel waren ebenfalls völlig abgenutzt und unansehnlich. Einen Grill, wie abgebildet gab es auch nicht vor Ort. Die bereitgestellten Handtücher waren alt und unansehnlich. Küchenutensilien zu knapp bemessen und stark abgenutzt. Es gibt kaum Parkplätze in der Nähe der Wohnung. Leider entsprach die Wohnung nicht unseren Erwartungen, da die Unterkunft in keinem akzeptablen Zustand war und keinerlei Urlaubsatmosphäre aufkam. Das zufügen der Bilder ist leider nur auf acht begrenzt. Diese spiegeln jedoch schon ganz gut die Atmosphäre und den Zustand der Wohnung wieder.

Eine tolle Unterkunft in der es an nichts fehlt

Die Wohnung war exakt wie beschrieben. Wir hatten dort eine schöne Zeit und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, es gab bei der Anreise einige Tipps von den sehr netten Vermietern, sodass z.B. am Abend der Anreise noch ein Bagno gebucht werden konnte. Die Kommunikation lief ansonsten unkompliziert via WhatsApp. Es sind Klimaanlagen in der Wohnung und es gibt zwei schöne Außenbereiche, z.B. zum Essen und um einen ruhigeren Abend zu verbringen. Das WiFi war schnell und die Küche gut ausgestattet, uns (Familie mit 3 Kindern) hat es hier sehr gut gefallen, Vielen Dank an die Vermieter!

Incheckningen skulle ha kunnat göras smidigare. Då det var förseningar för oss med flyg och taxi till boendet så blev det stressande för oss att veta att de väntade på oss i lägenheten. Mer info om vad som ingick i hyran skulle vara bra, som städning, sänglakan och handdukar.

A very clean, spacious and beautiful apartment.

The apartment itself was very clean and tidy. There was a lot of clean linens and towels. The landlady met us on arrival and showed us around the apartment and made very clear where everything was. The are outside is great for little children to go play safely in and an amazing opportunity to soak up some sun. The apartment was very close to the beach as well as a variety of shops, restaurants and bars. The train station was also just a short walk away. We enjoyed it very much and will be visiting again soon. Thanks.
