The Villa has been recently renovated!!! All amenities and facilities have remained the same (billiard table, socket table, table tennis, outside toys for children as a swing for small children and a swing for young children).

The villa is NOW more luxurious and comfortable with all the amenities for a carefree and dream holiday!!!

The villa has 3 levels. On the ground floor there is a separate studio (large bedroom) with 4 single beds, a sofa bed, a kitchenette with a small fridge and a full bathroom. There is also a room with two washing machines, a shower and a sink. Going up few stairs is the large living room with dining area, kitchen and outside veranda with a built barbeque. On the same level is the swimming pool area with a big veranda and the garden furniture. Going up a few steps, there is another bedroom with a large double bed, a sofa bed, a wooden baby bed and a full bathroom. On the next level, there are three more bedrooms. In one bedroom there is a large double bed, a sofa bed, a baby cot and a full bathroom. In the other bedroom there is a large double bed and a baby cot. In the other bedroom there are two single beds. The two bedrooms share a common full bathroom. All rooms have a wonderful view to the sea and the mountain with large terraces. All bedrooms, the living and the dining room have air conditioners.

The villa can accommodate up to 15 adults and two infants, because there are also two baby cots in the two large double rooms and 3 sofa beds. All bedrooms and the living and the dining room have air conditioners.
