Large villa with excellent pool

We had a fantastic stay here, the pool makes the villa and easily fit all 15 of us in. The free car hire worked great and they were always on hand if we had a query.

Fantastic stay

We had an absolutely fantastic stay in the Villa! We were skeptical booking but the great reviews really encouraged us and we were not disappointed! From start to finish everythjng was 5* They arranged transport to and from the airport efficiently, gave us use of the car and were on hand with any questions/issues we had during our stay. A big shout out to the kind and helpful Rep that was always available and came by with goodies and crafts for the kids!

Great location We'll equipped clean property Little tired looking & dated but everything needed was supplied Host/representative easy to contact if necessary & flexible about arrival/departure times Family holiday celebration ages ranging from 70 down to 11yrs Something for everyone (11 in party) Short drive to Coral Bay & walking distance to Peyia village with plenty cafes/bars Great local hypermarket Everyone had a fab time & very sad to leave

Lovely villa, great space with good size pool

We were so happy with our stay here. We were greated by the hosts when we arrived and they had arranged for transfers to and from the villa which was a massive help. We had use of a car, which i would say is a must especially if you want to go to coral bay and even the supermarket as there was no path on one of the the roads up to the supermarket. Mid way through our stay the host brought us fresh bakery goods (went down a treat with everyone) on the last day we were able to stay abit longer due to our flight being late and also the hosts bought some goodies for the children which was a lovely touch. The pool is a good size and as a group of 15 we didnt feel on top of eachother! We will be returning. Thank you for helping us make some lovely memories with our family

The owner was amazing couldn’t do anymore for our family. Organised airport transfer, all the children had presents when we arrived and we had a little ones birthday when we were there and she brought more presents. Villa was big, there were 12 of us. Villa a little dated but didn’t bother us, pool area was lovely. The little park wasn’t as shown in the pictures but there is a public park just across the road. We were offered a family car, however the car was tiny and not what I would class as a family car. Coral bay is about a 20 minute walk away, however there are no paths and too hot to walk. But if you can look passed the minor issues with the villa it’s a great place to stay

Lovely Family Holiday

As a big family we needed a villa to accommodate 14. The age range from 3 to 65. We arrived late into paphos and from start to finish the communication with the reps at the villa was amazing, they contacted us and advised how to get the keys, then came to visit us in the morning to check all was ok. This is a lovely villa and we would highly recommend for families, there is a lot of space and it didn’t feel cramped or like we were on top of each other. The location is 5 minutes away from coral bay and the use of the car was very handy and needed for supermarket runs. The rep we had was brilliant and she deserves a lot of praise she brought us some lovely sweet treats half way through and upon arrival arranged a welcome pack and some gifts for the little ones, was such a lovely touch. The villa could be updated around the pool area but this didn’t change how we felt overall. The pool was our sanctuary in the July heat! We will definitely be back. Thank you for a great stay!

Great large villa in good location

The villa is beautiful and really big. We stayed there in October for 2 weeks and there were 15 of us (8 adults and 7 kids) and there was enough space with big communal areas inside and outside. Bedrooms are nice...some much nicer than others but they do the job and all have ensuite bathrooms or a bathroom next door. Pool area is really nice with a working barbecue and hot tub. Location is great but you do need a car. The owners gave us use of 2 cars included in the price of the villa which was excellent. The owners are lovely and visited a couple of times to check all was ok and to bring gifts for the kids. Overall we had a fantastic time and would recommend the villa. There are a couple of minor issues but if you can look beyond those you will have a great stay. Examples are dated bedrooms and furniture, a leaky shower and a broken shower door. Owners respond quickly though to any requests. We sent an email requesting extra Sun shade umbrellas and within a few hours she was on the doorstep with 2 new sunshades! Enjoy this lovely villa just 5 minute drive from Coral Bay restaurants, bars and nice beach.

Kids paradise

seven children ranging from 4years to 14 years and nine adults visited the villa for my husbands 60 th birthday. What a fantastic place this is. Location perfect 5 minutes from supermarket and Coral Bay. Easy access to all other places as well. The photographs on the website do not give justice to this incredible place. The ladies who looked after us were forever bringing cakes and presents for the children. The kids were either in the pool or downstairs in the more than ample games room whilst the adults chilled on the sun loungers or sat around at the various tables and chairs provided. Their was also a great barbeque where we spent most of our nights partying. The supermarket sells gorgeous meats for this. Overall , what an experience we all had. Will definitely be back

The villa is everything you need for a large family holiday. Rep was amazing always on hand if needed, bought presents for the children. Would definitely use again and recommend.

Very happy holiday

I absolutely recommend this huge villa I hired the villa from 23/06/19 for 11 days For my family as we were attending my daughters wedding at Cap st George. The best thing for me at the villa was the huge pool. We had a very happy stay, made even more enjoyable by the lovely lady who looked after the villa, she attended to our every need, she was always available for anything we wanted to know or wanted.... such a friendly happy person If I ever visit Cyprus again I will certainly be booking with this company Happy holidays everyone Denise ....

Clean and friendly

We returned for this villa just over a week ago. The villa was very big and well equipped for large groups. When we arrived the villa was very clean and had a fridge and cupboard full of necessities which was great as we arrived late at night. The lady who dealt with us was very friendly and looked after our every need even bringing us gifts for the children on the day we left.

Fantastic Villa

Stayed here over Christmas with family and friends a group of 11, plenty of space and things to do in the villa. The villa is in need of a little updating but is clean and spacious, there’s plenty of seating areas, the beds are comfy and the outside area bbq, hot tub and pool is fantastic. The lovely couple who greeted us are very welcoming and helpful. The supermarket and coral bay is about a 20min walk however we didn’t mind this as when you spend over a certain amount at the supermarket you get a free lift home. There also a great taxi/ minibus service in coral bay. We all had a great time in this villa over Christmas and are hopefully going to book again in the summer. We would definitely return to this villa.

Great Holiday

Just back and had a great time. The villa is a bit tired but clean we prefer it like this as we go as a family of 20 with children so don't worry to much about breakages. I don't think its a holiday when your constantly on edge about the children breaking things as guaranteed they will. The people who look after the villa are very nice and friendly and are always very helpful. I would highly recommend this villa if your not to fussy and always looking for faults as there are some faults but nothing major that will hinder your holiday.

Great holiday villa

Party of 12 family & friends who stayed at the villa for my son's wedding. Plenty of space for everyone with more than sufficient crockery, cutlery etc. Large pool big enough for everyone, including 10 more members of family who visited for a BBQ just before the wedding. Plenty of outdoor seating, including a large shaded terrace with cooling breezes & beautiful views over the mountains & sea. We all enjoyed playing on the pool, table tennis & football games. Owner & reps very friendly & helpful, organised airport transfers at reasonable rates & responded to questions straight away. The only point we would make is that the villa is starting to look a little tired, beds & bedding could be updated but furniture in main living areas all fine. We had a really good & relaxing stay at this villa which is in a lovely quiet location but only 5 mins by car from Coral Bay, beach & restaurants
