Sleeps 10 + cot or z bed 5 bedroom luxury villa with private pool. Only 500 metres from Coelha beach, which has an excellent beach bar restaurant. One of the few new builds so close to the beach. Located at the end of a quiet cul de sac, in a private gated development of 5 other similar rental villas. Furnished and equipped to a very high standard with private pool and sea views.Pets considered only in winter months.Close to the old town of Albufeira which is an old fishing port steeped in history.One of our favorite eateries is also only a few minutes walk and very child friendly.
There is also one of the best restaurants 2 star Vila Joya in the area and 2 other favorites are very close by.Most are walking distance so no need for a car. Tennis courts are just a few minutes away as is a small shop with fresh pastries daily.Special event ? We can book for you,please ask.WINTER MONTHLY RATES please ask.
Great family villa,safe for children.Close to all amenities,restaurants shops and bars.Spacious, light airy rooms.

!0 mins Jompra and Belo Piato .The other way is Scoobys mini golf and sncks O Amigo and others. There is a large supermarket close by and plenty of other coves to explore.The old town is just a 10 min taxi

October 2022 stay

We had a lovely stay at the villa, we were a party of 10 with 4 small children and still had plenty of room. Having the outside pool was fantastic and we lucked out getting 5 of the 7 days being full sunshine in October! Manfred and Tracy had kindly stocked us up with the some supplies in the fridge and cupboards, which was much appreciated and also brought us some croissants and lemon tarts mid way through, which were amazing! A real advantage of the villa is having the small beach and beach bar so close. The beach was just perfect for the kids and the beach bar staff were very friendly and accommodating and we enjoyed many a meal / drink there. We used Antonio for all our taxis, we were only approx 10 mins drive from the old town and marina, so great for meals out. We also used the Spa at Pine Cliffs resort, again only approx 15 mins in a taxi from the villa.

Excellent accommodation

My husband & I booked the villa for a two week holiday for us and our grown up children, partners and friend, the villa was perfect with 5 double bedroom all with en-suite/own bathroom, although two of the bedrooms could be either twin or double to suit requirements. The living area was spacious, the kitchen had everything you could need and there was an added bonus of a separate utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and sink. Outside there was plenty of room for the 10 of us to dine or relax on sun beds in the sun and the pool was of a good size. The beach is half a kilometre walk away with sunbeds and the beach bar served an array of drinks and food throughout the day and evening. There are more beaches a short drive away and the Marina is also only a few minutes away in the car with an array of restaurants and bars and a great place to book boat trips. We found a number restaurant in walking distance from the villa and a fantastic sushi restaurant a couple of minutes up the road by car being just too far to walk in the heat. We would highly recommend this villa, the hosts were wonderful from the start of the booking to us leaving the villa at the end of our holiday. A perfect time away.

Fijne villa met veel privacy

Wij hebben een fijne tijd gehad in de villa, en vooral het verwarmde zwembad is een aanrader in oktober/november. De villa voldeed geheel aan onze verwachtingen.

Excelente para famílias.

Excelente casa para famílias com crianças pequenas e grupo de amigos. A localização da casa permite ir a pé até à praia da Coelha ou, ir a praias de maior dimensão a 5/10 minutos de carro. Excelente comunicação e simpatia por parte do Manfred e da Tracy. Com certeza, uma opção a considerar novamente no futuro.

Great home for an amazing family vacation

I rented Tracy and Manfred’s property for 2 weeks to join my family together from all over the United States. It was perfect for us!! It had all the amenities needed, the property and house are very well taken care of. Any questions or concerns I had in the first few days were always responded to very quickly.. it was also very convenient for the beach and in generator getting around the Algarve. I will definitely be back!! Thank you so much for your hospitality.

Top class in every way, inside out and round about

What an amazing place to stay. Well worth every penny. Spacious rooms so we all fitted without getting on oneanother's way. Beautifully decorated and well maintained. Proper beds with proper sheets and towels. Nicely equipped kitchen. Often the kitchen ware is very basic, but we found we could easily cook and eat several times at the villa. We will be back. Tracy and Manfred were helpful and friendly from start to finish. Nicely situated and close to all main beaches including a little one it is easy to walk to.

Absolute Perfection!!!

I was very impressed with the villa. It was everything and more! The property is beautifully furnished and well-maintained. The beach, many restaurants and supermarket are all easily accessed. The managers go above and beyond and I can not wait to visit again. Definitely recommend to all!

great for a large family gathering

Our family of ten - two toddlers, one three year old and one very nearly 4 year old, four parents and two grandparents - enjoyed a wonderful 10 day stay at Villa Oasis 6. The villa was very well appointed and the only minor improvements we would suggest is a larger bin in the kitchen and at least one more hairdryer (only 1 provided), larger beach towels and perhaps clean sheets halfway through the stay. Very minor improvements on what was a truly memorable holiday. Antonio and his taxi service exceptionally good as was Manfred's attention. Thank you all.
