BLUE & WHITE MAISONETTE OVER THE SEA NEAR SOUNIO

Niko's and Ellie's house is a very special place.It is a place where guests come to feel at home,relax,be surprised and walk away with a memorable experience that will stay with them for a very long time.
Our home is a lovely two storey maisonette(100sm),offering a great view over the sea.We are located in a very quiet and peaceful place near Sounio area.You have an amazing view over the sea of Saronic Gulf,which gives you the opportunity to relax and rest being on your vacation.
Our home is fully equipped for every need,able to comfortably accommodate up to 8 people in three bedrooms(plus two extra beds) and the residental complex.
BEDROOMS:
There are 3 bedrooms in our house.Two bedrooms are equipped with a queen sized bed each and bedroom three has two single beds.Six people in total can sleep in 3 bedrooms.Two more(for a total of 8)can sleep in extra beds that we can place for you in bedrooms or common spaces(uppon request).
BATHROOMS:
Two bathrooms are in the house.A large bathroom/WC and a second shower/WC.All spaces are clean and fully equipped.We also offer free of charge fresh and clean towels,linen and various essentials such as shampoo,soap,toilet paper,bath foam e.t.c.
KITCHEN:
Our kitchen is fully equipped with all essentials small and large electrical appliances and is ready for you to use and prepare any meal you feel like.At the outdoors of the house you will also find fully functional barbeque facilities.
OUTDOORS:
Large verandas offering an amazing view of the sea of the Saronic Gulf.Outdoor furniture for you to relax during your siestas or lot enjoying your breakfasts.Sunset moments are unique and the view absolutely breathtaking.Orange-purple colors bath the whole house.Feelings of serenity and calmness of the Greek nature will soothe all your senses.

Niko's and Elli's home is located in Ormos Katafigi.Palaia Fokaia,Greece.The area we are located is a quiet and peacefull settlement next to the sea at the Saronic Gulf.You can visit all nearby famous locations such as Sounio,Lavrio,Poseidon Temple,great beaches, a number of taverns traditional cafes,beach bars and experience Greece life and nature at its best.

The most recommendable way to get to and from our house is by car.After agreement we are willing to transfer you from the airport to home.Bus stop from our place to Athens is in short walking distance from home(150m).
