150 sqm house located on the first floor in a wine estate close to the bay of Porto Ferro and Capo Caccia, consisting of two large bedrooms, one of which is a double bed and one double with a single bed.
Fully furnished in Sardinian style with large bathroom with shower and tub, spacious living room with a large sofa to relax in and flat screen TV.
The functional kitchen is equipped with everything you need: oven, four burners, micron, water boiler, freezer and fridge.
The 40sqm terrace facing the garden is ideal for outdoor dinners in relaxation with family or friends, equipped with table with chairs, relaxation corner and sofa with armchair to relax over a glass of good wine. Barbeque.

We stayed two weeks in Dario's place at the end of April and felt very safe.Parking was easy. The apartment is very well located, half way between Alghero and Sassari and is very close to the beaches. Dario as a host was extremely helpful and obliging. All in all, a very good place to stay for a summer holliday.

Sehr schöner Urlaub im Nordwesten

Wir (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) haben 12 Tage auf Sardinien verbracht und durften in Darios Wohnung unterkommen. Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig und bietet viel Platz. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und sauber. Die große überdachte Terrasse bietet bei Regen guten Schutz und im Hochsommer bestimmt auch angenehmen Schatten. Dario ist ein freundlicher, unaufdringlicher Gastgeber. Als Ausgangspunkt zu verschiedenen Zielen hat die Wohnung ebenfalls eine gute Lage. Alghero ist in 15 min mit dem Auto zu erreichen, Capo Caccia (Neptungrotte) in 20 min, Stintino in 45 min. Es gibt auch einige Strände in der näheren Umgebung, z.B. die Spiaggia di Porticciolo (kann man sehr gut Schnorcheln) erreicht man in 5 min mit dem Auto und die Spiaggia di Porto Ferro in 10 min. Beide Strände sind zumindest im Mai/Anfang Juni relativ leer.

Schöner und erholsamer Urlaub

Bereits zu unserer Ankunft wurden wir sehr herzlich von Dario empfangen. Wir bekamen Karten und Informationsmaterial der Umgebung zur Verfügung gestellt und Dario war stets für unsere Fragen erreichbar. Unsere Kinder haben sich direkt mit den beiden Hunden angefreundet und konnten das große Grundstück erkunden, selber Feigen, Khakis und Weintrauben pflücken. Die Wohnung bot viel Raum und hat unseren Erwartungen voll entsprochen. Durch die ländliche Lage war der Sternenhimmel ein absoluter Traum. Wir können die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen. P.S.: Lieber Dario, vielen Dank für die schönen Tage in deinem Haus, wir erinnern uns gern daran zurück. Das Honigglas hat die Rückreise unbeschadet überstanden. Wir wünschen dir alles Gute!
