Our house "Can Pep de Sa Guaita" is a spacious and privileged villa located, in a very quiet area, 1 km from the picturesque town of Sant Joant de Labritja, famous for its hippy market, (located in the town square every Sunday from 10:30 am), and just 7 km from the well-known Benirrás beach in the north of the island of Ibiza, known worldwide for its spectacular sunsets and its hippy drum party on Sundays.
Outside the farm with a flat land of 17.700 m2 (fully fenced land) you can enjoy multiple free spaces for summer leisure, you will find the pool 14 x 4 m2, outdoor Jacuzzi, dining area - barbecue, lawn, and some wonderful Mediterranean gardens with fruit trees (orange, lemon, cherry, apple trees, quince, carob and centuries-old olive trees).
