Flat located in a very familiar and quiet community. It is ground floor with a large private garden and fantastic sea views, situated only 800 metres from Platja Fonda beach. Distributed in a spacious living-dining room with exit to the garden, a refurbished and equipped kitchen, a bathroom, two double bedrooms (one of them en suite and with bathroom) and one single bedroom.
