エトルリア時代にさかのぼる素敵な街、コルトーナの丘のふもとにある大きな公園に位置するプライベートプール付きの美しいヴィラです。 ヴィラは16世紀まで���かのぼり、アンティークの家具で装飾された快適なインテリアを提供しています。 外側のエリアはとても広く、広々としたソラリウムエリア（プールの近く）と世紀の古い木陰で覆われたいくつかの魅力的なコーナーがある素敵な公園を提供しています。
ヴィラへのアクセスは、未舗装ではあるが手入れの行き届いた道路を経由しています。
距離：あらゆる種類のお店や鉄道駅が1km先のコルトーナ、コルトーナが5km、アレッツォが25km、シエナが45km、ペルージャまで。約45キロ、フィレンツェ（空港） 100キロ先です。
ご自由にご利用いただける場合：専用プール付きの広い家具付き庭園（12 x 6 m - 最低奥行き1,2 m - 最高奥行き2,4 m）、サンベッドのあるソラリウムエリア、パラソル、テーブル、望楼。

An old, country-style villa sympathetically restored in a quiet, private location within easy reach of Cortona and other sights. Nice pool and lots of outside space for relaxing, cooking (brick-built barbecue) and eating. We barely spent any time indoors except when sleep

Living in Villa elisa is like going back in time where genuine Italian details are well taken care of. Beautiful trees and planting on the grounds and the pool area are breathtaking. The owner lives in the neighboring building and is very helpful. The neighboring town of Cortona is incredibly beautiful and charming. A stay in Villa i Elisa is highly recommended!

Positives: An old romantic, winding farmhouse with plenty of space and a great pool in a large area with a fantastic view of Cortona. The hosts are friendly and the outdoor area is regularly maintained. The furnishings are romantic and antique, if a little rickety. The two kitchens are equipped with all the necessary utensils for self-catering. The location is great. Completely secluded, you really are on your own and have your privacy. Nevertheless, you can quickly reach the next town, which has a few supermarkets, and it doesn't take long to get to Cortona either. Negative: The access road is adventurous on a steep, narrow gravel track full of potholes. It becomes critical with oncoming traffic. The pictures in the description are glossed over. The photos of the interiors must have been taken with additional spotlights, because in reality the rooms are all very dark as they only have small windows with trees in front of them. You often need light even during the day. In two of the bedrooms, the air conditioning is so loud that we didn't switch it on. There is no air conditioning in the lounges - only high ceiling fans that do nothing. Unfortunately, the hosts hardly speak any English and when there are problems (e.g. handover of the house, 2 x power cuts, final bill) communication becomes difficult. Dogs are barking in the neighbourhood, even at night. Since there are also additional costs for final cleaning, tourist tax and all the electricity, the price-performance ratio is actually not good. Nevertheless, we felt comfortable and do not regret our stay.

Mystery villa

We got off to a bad start as it took me an hour to find the house. The name of the villa is not shown on any signpost or gatepost. We called at the villa next door and the had never heard of Villa Elisa. We asked various locals who were walking in the area but received only blank looks. We did not realise that it was part of Villa Salcotto - fortunately my son turned up and his google map led us to our destination. We received a very warm welcome from the owner and a guided tour of the property and grounds. The grounds and pool were very impressive. The accommodation was tested to the limit as the temperature during our stay was mid thirties to forty and we were plagued by mosquitoes. Our only complaint would be the lack of air-conditioning in most rooms. A problem with the dishwasher caused an upset as the owner did not want us to contact the agency - although there was a sign up in kitchen telling us to do so and our lack of Italian combined with her lack of English could not have resolved the problem. We had a wonderful week at Villa Elisa and little things such as bus timetables to Cortona, names of local taxi firms, recommended local restaurants would have been very useful. It is about a 20 minute walk to Camucia which has a number of very good restaurants and bars. The views of Cortona from the pool are spectacular as are the woodpeckers and hoopoe in the grounds. As light upgrading of air-conditioning and mosquito repellents would have given us the perfect holiday

Lack of air conditioning made sleeping in some bedrooms unbearable. Very hot weather during our stay - kitchen no AC. Dishwasher very unreliable. There are no signs for Villa Elisa - even the people next door had no idea where it was. There should be far more local information available as the owner speaks no English. Bus timetables , taxi firms, bike hire, etc. We had a wonderful time at Villa Elisa but the basic requirements for a 5 star rating are not being met.

Alte Villa mit großem Grundstück und sehr schönem pool

Das Grundstück ist riesig und es gibt viele Sitzmöglichkeiten direkt am Haus, im weitläufigen Garten und am Pool. Das Haus ist eine alte Villa mit tollen alten möbeln und genügend Platz für alle, auch genügend Bäder und Raum zum Rückzug. Die Lage unterhalb von Cortona ist perfekt und Cortona ein schönes altes Städtchen zum bummeln und essen gehen. Auch der Lago di trasimeno ist schnell zu erreichen mit perfektem Strand auch für kleine Kinder.

Beautiful villa in stunning rural setting walkable to amenities and a short drive / bus from Cortona. Gorgeous pool area. Cooking facilities very basic with ancient appliances. Bathrooms dated but clean. Fantastic characterful property in lovely setting but facilities dated.

Grand old property in the valley below Cortona

The property is a grand old farm with loads of both indoor and outdoor space and charm, a fabulous pool looking up on Cortona and with all the conveniences, however it seems a bit past it’s prime and in serious need of some updating in the house- especially the beds which were quite old and uncomfortable. There were several kitchens but the main one was in serious need of updating. The dishwasher for example was old and held together with tape. We were even charged 6 € per wash to use an old clothes washer. In all our many, many vrbo rentals we have never been charged to use the washer. There was also a 750€ deposit in cash and a 250€ cleaning fee, both of which along with the 6 € washer fee we only found out about after booking and paying Posarelli, which is disapointing. As I said we have rented many, many times and never had such high extra charges. The gardens are lovely and it is very private. One section with 3+ bedrooms has air conditioned bedrooms which is greatly appreciated in summer, but a second seperate section is not air conditioned.we were 6 adults (3couples) so we only used the air conditioned section yet we were chharged for the entire place even though we locked up and never used one entire section. The house is crammed full of antiques and objects ( perhaps partly explaining the 750€ Deposit,) but it made it seem very cluttered. The owner did take 50€ off the cleaning fee but it was still outrageously high. Beautifull, but in need of updating and too expensive for what it offered.

The view on Cortona from the pool will leave you breathless! Lots a wildlife (deers) and birds and such a peaceful athmosphere, it's really a piece of paradise in Tuscany. Elisa is a fantastic and warm person, caring, helping, always available with good tips. We will definitely come back!

We had a wonderful Tuscan family holiday at villa elisa. we felt like we were really immeted in tuscan life with 3 generations of our family dining on long tables in the beautiful gardens each evening. The view from the pool of historic Cortona is magnificent. The local food and wine is delicious and the Italians warm and welcoming.

we found Villa Elisa very accomendating for our family of 9, It was a great location and easy access to the train in Camucia and to Cortona.There were a few small issues, ie american coffee pot was not so good,a few times the hot water would come and go,and the past thru bedroom was difficult.but the gardens, pool and outdoor eating was awesome!!!,we loved drinking our morning coffee outside. one night we fixed an italian style dinner and ate on the big outdoor table. The owner did not speak any english so it was a bit of a challenge when we checked in,however in looking back thats what made our vacation so wonderful. new and different surroundings, kind people, great food and wine.
