Un maravilloso apartamento grande (185 metros cuadrados dentro + 70 metros cuadrados de terraza) que se encuentra en una posición única en el corazón del centro histórico entre Piazza Navona y Piazza Campo de Fiori. Este lujoso apartamento de tres niveles en Roma, con elevador de equipaje, acaba de ser renovado con especial atención al respeto por sus características históricas, a fin de conservar todo el encanto de lo antiguo y al mismo tiempo proporcionar comodidad para unas vacaciones exclusivas.
Perfecto para una copa de vino al atardecer en la terraza y una gran cena italiana en casa.
El apartamento es ideal para cinco personas.
La casa está equipada con calefacción, aire acondicionado, wifi, TV.

Se compone de un gran salón con 4 grandes ventanales con vistas a la hermosa Piazza del Paradiso. La sala de TV privada adyacente, el comedor con una gran cocina bien equipada y la terraza en el mismo piso donde se puede comer o tomar una copa bajo la pérgola verde sombreada y 3 dormitorios con tres baños.

1. HABITACIÓN DOBLE: cama king size (200 cm de ancho), baño privado con ducha y bañera de hidromasaje.

2. HABITACIÓN DOBLE: cama doble (160 cm de ancho), baño privado con ducha.

Amazing stay!

We had an amazing stay at this home. We were near everything we wanted to do and see and at night (after miles of walking) we could come home and sit outside on the terrace and eat local pizza and enjoy a glass of wine before starting all over again! The Free Now app worked great in Rome. When we were too tired to walk, a taxi would come right to the home and take us to our next destination! We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely property, conveniently located, great hosts.

We loved our stay at this property which was centrally located and within an easy walk to almost every place we visited. Carlo was very helpful with check in/check out and arranging for taxis. There are several markets close by which made it convenient to pick up groceries and dozens of restaurants and cafes nearby. There are quite a few steps up to the apartment, but we didn’t mind that and there is a lift for anyone who needs it. We would definitely stay here again.

In the heart of historic Rome. The apartment/villa was simply beautiful! We had exceptional communication with the owner, who assisted us on several different items, such as transportation from the airport to the villa. Once we arrived, the property manager was there to assist us with our luggage and to discuss the villa. We were BEYOND impressed with this villa and the management! A must stay!

Perfect spot to enjoy all of Rome's sights, at the edge of Campo di Fiori.Owners helped with airport transportation and kitchen was equipped with coffee etc to be enjoyed at the rooftop terrace. A small lift helped bring luggage up as circular staircase would be tough. Perfect home to enjoy the city...grazie

Perfect Location and Room to Spread Out

This flat is as advertised and Carlo was excellent. He handled our transfers from the train station to the unit and then from the unit to the airport flawlessly. Upon check in, Carlo explained the house rules and also directed us to a few very nice restaurants nearby and also where the supermarket was located. There is a 2 person lift that helped out greatly and the rooftop garden was a great place to enjoy coffee in the morning or a nightcap in the evening. Hope to get back here sometime. Finally, Piazza Navona was a 5 minute walk and Trevi was about 10.

Loved our stay at this beautiful apartment. Such a unique property - the decor really sets this place apart. Six of us stayed (3 couples) and we loved the privacy of the bedrooms and that we each had our own bathroom. Morning coffee and evening cocktails on the rooftop terrace was delightful. The apartment is on the upper levels of the building so just be prepared for the hike up the spiral staircase. We thought the staircase added to the experience! Two of us are in our 60s and we handled the staircase fine. There is also a very small elevator but we never used it. Amenities were excellent with very modern bathrooms and comfortable beds. Highly recommend this apartment for your stay in Rome. Location could not be beat - we walked everywhere and were pleasantly surprised at how close it was to Trastevere, one of our favorite areas of Rome.

Fabulous location

This is a quaint period fourth story apartment stretched upwards across 3 floors loaded with dated memorabilia situated above the actual ruins of the Pompey theatre—the three bedrooms are accurately described on VRBO —we are elderly and appreciated a quaint elevator for “2” ( think one and a half) which takes out 2/3 rds of the climb —patio is charming and if you like adventure and unique living experience we recommend this —if we return to Rome I cannot think of a better location and we have been assured that the cleanliness deficiency will be resolved

Overall clean apartment taking three floors with a patio. Be aware that there are numerous stairs. Would not recommend this flat for elderly or young children. Otherwise wonderful!

This place is amazing!

This was our favorite VRBO rental ever! It is hard to say what is better, the apartment or the location. Both are outstanding. The apartment has character, all the modern amenities and a rooftop garden patio! We loved having coffee in the morning, or drinks in the evening al fresco. Honestly I was sad when we had to leave, I might make a trip to Rome just to stay in the apartment again. Highly recommended. We do 4-6 rentals per year and this one is at the top of the list. Very flexible host, great communication and beautiful apartment.

First of, the apartment was wonderfully located, Carlos was very kind and extremely helpful during the stay. However, we had problems with the washer and the dryer which were both moldy, which is quite a shame for this standing. Moreover the second level bedroom with its own bathroom

Beautiful apartment and perfect location

The apartment has three floors and there was plenty of space for everyone. The bonuses were: the bedrooms are air conditioned and very quiet, there is a beautiful terrace off the kitchen (well equipped) on the top floor and there is a washer and dryer. There are a lot of stairs (circular) to get to the apartment so that might be difficult for some people but was not a problem for us. There is a small elevator for luggage about eight stairs up from the entrance which was a big help. We look forward to returning.

Can’t beat location!!

Beautiful apartment with an interesting history. Plenty spacious, great beds, huge patio. Hosts very friendly, easy check in and out. The location flat out cannot be beaten. Everything is walkable; superb restaurants and bars, taxi stand, pharmacy all within 5 mins walk. Our only issues of note were: people who can’t navigate stairs well would have a tough time, we couldn’t find a way to run a computer or i device to the tv, and water temp in showers was a little tough to control. But those were trivial issues compared to the outstanding experience in the whole. We hope to return one day!

Elegant Roman Home

The home is everything described in the listing and then some. The location is excellent. Even though the home is only a few steps from Camp di Fiori, the home is quiet. We walked from the home to the Vatican, to the Villa Borghese Gallery, and to St. John Lateran. The furnishings of the home are beautiful. Both the living room and he master bedroom are large and very comfortable. And the terrace is lovely. The kitchen is well-supplied with applicances, dishes, and with cooking supplies, e.g., oil, vinegar, salt, and coffee. Carlo was waiting for us at the home when we arrived by taxi from train station. Carlo helped us with our baggage and helped us settle in. He answered all of our many questions about the apartment, taxis, ATMs, etc. Carlo also arranged for us an early morning taxi from the home to the airport. Our stay was everything we hoped.

Perfect apartment, perfect location!

This apartment definitely exceeded our high expectations. We had discussed whether the photos would accurately capture the location. They certainly do. The home is exquisitely furnished and decorated. All conveniences are present and functional. Air conditioning keeps the entire home comfortable, even on warm days. The location is convenient to several significant sites, and taxis and buses are available close by. There are several nice restaurants a minute away, as well as coffee shops and bakeries. There is also a grocery store ( Carrefour Express) right around the corner. The rooftop terrace was an added treat, perfect for morning coffee and an evening glass of wine. We found nothing lacking. Carlo made check in/out painless and quick and arranged trouble-free airport transfers. We would definitely love to stay here again!

One of our favorite apartments ever!

This was my seventh stay in Rome and my fifth time renting an apartment in the city. It’s definitely my favorite place I’ve ever rented in Rome! Carlo that checked us in was great. We followed his restaurant recommendations and we were very glad we did. We were a family of my husband and sister and two children ages 8 & 9. Lots of room to have private time and an incredible roof top terrace to gather and have some fresh air and enjoy our daily finds at the next door Campo market. This was our first time staying so central. I was concerned about the noise before we booked but the double windows made it absolutely not an issue. The apartment is of a very historical character and is beautifully decorated and it feels as though someone has lived there, not sterile like many rentals feel. Every wall, corner, bookshelf, and table remind you that you are in Rome. My children loved it! They kept saying it was like staying in a museum. There are a few stairs but our personal experience in staying in historical properties this home is not nearly as difficult. The kitchen is fitted for anything you would need and there’s a full laundry room which I’ve never had before in a rental. We absolutely plan on returning!
