Can Xumeu is a detached country house set on a large, fenced-in plot, located just 2.5 km from Port des Torrent beach and only 4–5 km from the beaches of Cala Bassa and Cala Conta. The area is quiet and very close to towns such as San José and San Agustín. It is a cool, well-located house, simple in style but equipped with all modern conveniences.

It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds, and two full bathrooms. It features a spacious separate kitchen, which also serves as the main entrance to the house. The dining room is a separate room situated between the kitchen and the living room. The living room has a TV, a fireplace and access to a terrace, equipped with outdoor sofas and a table, from which you can see the sea.

There is space on the property to park several vehicles, and access is controlled by an automatic gate.

To the south of the house is the barbecue area, the sun terrace and the swimming pool. You can also access the upper terrace of the house, which offers a better panoramic view of the countryside and the sea. Children must always be supervised by a responsible adult.
The bedrooms and living room are air-conditioned, and there is Wi-Fi and satellite TV.
The nearest supermarket is just 1.2 km away and is open every day of the week; on Sundays it closes at 2 pm. A 5-minute drive away there are several restaurants, a gym, a pharmacy, banks, etc.
