Lovely location, could do with some work

The studio is nicely appointed, with plenty of storage. However, it is furnished with a sofa-bed, neither of which element is particularly comfortable. No WiFi. The kitchenette lacks a microwave, kettle and washing machine, which would have been useful. There is no sharp kitchen or bread knife, and only a tiny chopping board. It does have a small dishwasher. The shower door has been fixed on the wrong way, opening inward, instead of out, making it extremely difficult to get into, and then shut the door. Even then, it does not shut properly, as the seals do not make contact. The owner ignored repeated attempts to bring this to his attention. Additionally, the supplying tank is too small for a decent shower. There is not a comfortable seat in the place, either inside or on the large, wraparound balcony - which has stunning views. The outside table is very unstable.
