Kauniisti uusittu ja päivitetty uusilla laitteilla ja mukavilla olohuonekalusteilla !!

Hauskaa koko perheelle, yksikkömme on lähellä tärkeimpiä ostospaikkoja, ravintoloita, elokuvateattereita, Destinin keskustaa ja mikä parasta, että AVAA, täydelliset esteetön näköala lahdelle.

Ylimmässä (4.) kerroksessa, kulmayksikössä halutuimmassa Persianlahden eturakennuksessa ja näköalalla uima-altaalle. Tätä varten tulit rannalle !! Aivan uusilla kalusteilla et usko, että tämä on vuokra. Halusimme, että yksikkömme olisi poikkeuksellinen ja loimme erityisen kodin poissa kotoa, jotta voit nauttia.


Maravilla Beachfront Resort on 33. 7 hehtaarin yhteisö, joka sijaitsee Destinin lahden edessä sijaitsevassa parhaassa kiinteistössä Scenic Highway 98: lla. Siellä on 2. 5 hehtaarin suuruinen Persianlahden edessä sijaitseva puisto, oma yksityinen uimaranta, kaksi ylellistä uima-allasta, tennis- ja shuffleboardkentät sekä klubitalo, jossa on kuntosali.

Jos arvostat hyvää makua, puhtautta, uusia patjoja, uusia makuuhuonekokonaisuuksia, kaikkia uusia huonekaluja, uusia alueen mattoja, uusia ikkunahoitoja, uusia keittiövälineitä) ja Upeaa Persianlahden näkymää, tämä on seuraava lomakohteesi.

Yksi sateenvarjo ja 2 tuolia ovat mukana jokaisessa vuokrapäivässä maaliskuun puolivälistä 31. lokakuuta asti ammattimaisen rantapalvelumme kautta.

Panhandle Get-A-Way

The location for everything possible was excellent. A lot of things to do. Beach & pool right there. Restaurants and shops are everywhere. You could walk or bike for miles in any direction. Very dog friendly which was an added plus for us. Only drawback was that the exterior of the building was in the process of a major renovation and the noise was terrible from grinding and misc. construction. No fault of VRBO. However, I wish they would've advertised that was going on. We might of then switch to another property. The condo on the inside could use a little tlc upgrade (shower & tub). Overall, the condo was very clean. We would stay there again if choosing that part of Florida again.

Pleased with access to beach. Unit was clean and well stocked for cooking. First time we’ve stayed across the street from the beach. View was great and access was easy. Pool was great! Would stay again for sure!

Relaxing Vacation

Great location, great communication. Was exactly as advertised. Host was extremely supportive and even when we had an issue with the TV it was fixed the very next morning. Would definitely stay again.

Loved this place ..

There were 3 of us but easily could have accommodated 4...plenty of everything you need...view and location is gr8...facilities at maravilla are just the right amount...easy check in and out..lived the added bonus of the beach club.. definitely coming back!

Our unit had the best view of the beach and water. We enjoyed the umbrella and chair set up offered, thr large pool and grilling out one evening.

Perfect spring getaway

The condo has a great ocean and pool view. I could see the waves from sitting on the couch or cooking in the kitchen even. The extra east windows offered morning sunlight. The internet was lightening fast and allowed me to work and stream videos. The condo was also super quiet and well equipped for dining in. There are a few restaurants within walking distance. There’s a bike path along scenic gulf boulevard that made it easy for taking my dog for walks and riding rental bikes.

Great proximity to the beach

Beautiful location. Condo was as described in listing. Could use a set of actual drinking glasses, we do no enjoy drinking out of plastic. We sis leave a couple of wine glasees that we purchased for the next guests :)

Perfect Location!

We like to visit Maravilla in the winter months. This condo's location being the end unit on the 4th floor, has more windows giving more views from the condo. Also, being able to sit on the balcony overlooking the ocean, enjoy the sunshine, sunrise, and sunset was an added plus. The elevator access for this condo made it easy to come and go. We would visit this condo again!

Great condo with great views!

Excellent stay at this newly furnished condo on top floor. Views and accommodations were very nice. Tempurpedic mattress in bedroom was excellent. Owner had everything you would need for your stay from beach chairs to kitchen utensils/ washer dryer Only complaint is that the cable company came into our unit without any notice to install direct tv upgrades. A heads up would be nice as valuables were left out. We called the office about it when we noticed and they said it was “out of their control”…..piss poor communication. Overall a very good experience and condo for up to 4 guests. Would rent again.

Great Stay!

Overall good experience. Bunk bed sheets were full of sand and food crumbs from previous stay. Electrical outlets did not work in both bathrooms making it difficult to blow dry and style your hair. Elevator closest to our unit was out of order 4 out of the 7 days of our stay. Could have used an extra trash bag and additional toilet paper as a convenience. Overall, great view from balcony and Destin was a great destination. Thanks for letting us stay!

3+ stars if they offered plus. We’ve stayed at Maravilla several times over the years. Some of the units have been cleaner than others. This unit had dirty cobweb like yuck hanging all over the ceiling of the bedroom. It was kind of gross seeing that while going to bed each night. Other than that, everything was in working order and nice. Lovely view.

Awesome view, a few issues

Very enjoyable stay. The location was great, it was a little more laid back area and not super busy like some areas. It has a sidewalk for walking, biking and it was a very nice area. The bedroom was very comfortable, one thing I was drawn to in the listing photos was the bathroom furnishings, and really the overall furnishings with the colors used and being updated. The view was just beautiful, you can see the ocean from the living area and even the kitchen, and the access to the beach was very easy. The beach service was very nice also, we are at the beach all day everyday. The balcony was great also, plenty of room. The kitchen was really nice and had everything you would need. There were a few issues with it though. There was mold in the showers of both bathrooms. The chair covers at the dining table were stained up. Also the couch was dirty, stained up and had a noticeable odor to it. We put bunk bed covers on the couch. It was disappointing but overall we had a great getaway.

Great condo with amazing view!!

We had a wonderful stay at 2413 Maravilla! The condo is beautifully decorated & stocked with everything you need for a great vacation. The gulf view was amazing & it was so quiet as it's an end unit on the top floor. Our fur baby loved looking out at the ocean & taking walks around the complex. The sectional couch was very comfy & great for laying around & watching t.v. The bed was also comfy & it was so nice for my husband & I to each have our own bathroom for the week. Maravilla is a really nice complex & felt very safe being a gated community. We enjoyed laying by the pool in the front of the complex & it was wonderful to have the 2 chairs/umbrella available at the private beach. They are set-up every morning around 7:00 so you don't have to wait when you get to the beach - it's great! There are so many great restaurants in the area & a really nice Publix within 5 minutes for your grocery needs. Renee Clayton at Beach Condos in Destin is incredible to work with! The rental process was so organized & easy which made our vacation even more enjoyable. I did a lot of searching online & found their rentals to be reasonably priced & nicely decorated/maintained. I've already started looking at their larger units in hopes of coming back in the fall with our kids & grandkids. This is a wonderful vacation spot & we will definitely be back!!

Wonderful Condo

We enjoyed our stay at Maravilla! The condo is really beautiful and well equipped. It was very comfortable for ourselves and 2 of our children, who are in their 20s. They used the hall bunks and never complained. We are not currently pet owners, but the unit had no hint of being pet friendly cleanliness-wise, so that was a plus for non pet owners who are worried it may smell like furry friends! I hope to return with a pet one day! It was wonderful to use the beach chairs in the unit for our kids at the beach. It was also terrific that there were tennis rackets and balls for our use at the tennis courts. We played for the first time in years and it was great. The basketball court was also in use much of the week. Lots of families were enjoying all the amenities. The location is very convenient to local attractions and restaurants. The view from the unit is spectacular. We loved the balcony and were out there a lot. The keypad instead of keys was pretty great too. Less to carry/lose. The large pool directly in front of the unit is not heated. This was the only disappointment for us because it's so close and would have been great to swim in. I'm sure it's a non-issue in the summer, but it was only in the 70's during spring break. We walked to the pool behind the property and across the parking lot, but it was super crowded. We were unable to get a chair and there were about 30 people in the pool. The hot tub was also full. I'm sure it was the most crowded week of the year and luckily it did clear out in the evening, but that was the only thing that kept it from being a 5 star experience. Other than that, it was just perfect. We definitely would like to return to this lovely condo.
