Pristine beach getaway perfect for big family with 3 good sized bedrooms plus a breezeway/guest room with trundle bed - Sleeps 8. Master has large flat screen TV and walk-in closet. Two other bedrooms with twin beds in each. 2 full bathrooms and hardwood floors. Eat in Kitchen with granite counter-tops and GE appliances. Two front sitting rooms one with large HD tv, wifi included.

Beautiful custom constructed outdoor shower is perfect for rinsing off the day's sand under the setting sun. Large front porch with big chairs for relaxing early morning or after beach. Oversized private back yard with English garden. On the brick patio you will find a large teak table with umbrella that seats 8, conveniently located next to a new Weber grill.

Central air-conditioning & family sized washer and dryer. We have a one car garage, the driveway fits 2 SUVs & if you need additional, street parking is not an issue. 5 Beach badges for Spring Lake's beach & 2 pools, including a beach storage box so you do not have to lug beach chairs and umbrellas to and from the house everyday. Enjoy 4 Beach Cruisers to ride all around town. We are two blocks from the main part of town and 4 blocks to the beach.

Lovely stay

We had a great and convenient stay. Adorable, clean, well maintained home! Bikes provided to get to the beach. Great relaxing getaway. Enjoyed R&R on the porch or in the lovely backyard when not at the beach. Cabana/locker on the beach a huge positive! Not necessary to carry chairs, umbrellas or boogie boards back and forth!

Great all around

We enjoyed our stay at this home in Spring Lake the past two weeks, the location was fantastic (close to everything) and the house was immaculate. No need to drive for anything in town-all is accessible by walking or bike. Owners were readily available for anything we needed (though we didn't need anything). Highly recommend this property if you are looking to rent in Spring Lake.

Spring Lake Perfection!

We enjoyed every minute of our stay at this property! From the enormous, beautiful yard to the cozy den, we adored this house! The location was perfect with a short bike ride though a stunning park and even shorter ride to town. Thank you for making our summer vacation one we will always cherish!

awesome family vacation!!!

the house was perfect for our family.. location to town and beach no more than 5 blocks.. walk or take the bikes the were available for us. We loved the lockers on the beach for chairs and surfboards. Didn't have to lug them back and forth from the house!

Great location, great town!

House is in a perfect spot, easy walk or bike ride to beach and town. Backyard was amazing with lots of seating and space for family bbq’s. We so enjoyed spring lake and hope to be back again next year!

Superb location in Spring Lake. One block from Spring Lake park where a quick cross of the pedestrian bridges take you right into downtown or down to the beach. House is a Cape Cod Charmer - lives up to the photos and more. Large, covered, open air front porch is perfect. Backyard is private, lush, with mature trees and flowering garden beds. Patio is large and has outdoor dining and seating areas. We used the bikes everyday and having a beach locker was a big plus to keep all the beach gear at the beach. Clean and well cared for home that more than meets the mark in this price range for SL.

Simply the BEST House and Location in Spring Lake!

This vacation house has everything a happy family or couple needs to spend quality time together. We traveled from our home in NH where peace and tranquility is part of our every day lives. Little did we know that the Jersey Shore would offer the same and so much more! We were staying in the area to attend a wedding at St Catharine's Church ( a must see Basilica in the heart of Spring Lake) and reception at the Bath and Tennis Club overlooking the immaculate Spring Lake beach and ocean right on Ocean Ave. Both were just a few blocks away and so the location could not have been more perfect or convenient. We barely needed to get back in our car from the moment we pulled into the driveway. The homeowners were so careful and thoughtful in providing us with a home that was fully functional offering amenities fit for relaxation and fun! Each morning we brewed our coffee in our bright and modern kitchen overlooking the expansive patio and gardens that was fully equipped with anything one would need to prepare a gourmet feast. We would then sit on the large covered front porch - surrounded by more gardens on large comfortable Adirondack chairs while we enjoyed the peacefulness of a lovely residential street. Breakfast time we walked across the street and just beyond the park to the Authentic Italian Deli to order our scrumptious breakfast sandwiches. We would then decide if we should enjoy the beach cruiser bicycles, walk down the quaint and idyllic streets to the ocean boardwalk, or shop in one of the quaint shops on the main street. Plan to feast your eyes on mansion after mansion and garden after garden all along the streets and ocean. Later we would come back and enjoy the comfortable cushioned patio chairs or hammock and the large outdoor shower where sunshine and gentle breezes were in abundance every day we were there. We would sometimes grill outdoors on the large Weber grill or enjoy one of the many friendly and delicious restaurants right in Spring Lake. We couldn't have had a better time in any place at any other time! Simply a perfect home in one of the most picturesque parts of the Jersey Shore. We are already planning our next trip back and wouldn't even consider staying in another home. ENJOY!
