This beautiful and very spacious 2-bedroom condo, located in the famous Kaanapali Beach Resort area is the perfect getaway for your next Maui vacation! Just walking distance to the beach, Whalers Village, and all the Kaanapali Restaurants, this property sits back on the golf course away from the crowds so you can spend your days on the beach, and go back to your quiet secluded condo to relax and enjoy the breathtaking sunsets from your lanai!

There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom and bathroom are upstairs, and the second bedroom and bathroom are downstairs. There is a lanai on both levels, one just off of the master bedroom, the perfect place to have your morning coffee and listen to the birds as you prepare for the day ahead!

The owners just updated the lanai with a brand new gas grill, a BBQ station with a tile counter top, and upper and lower cabinet space. They also added a brand new Pier One outdoor sectional couch!!

The condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen, central air-conditioning, cable TV, washer/dryer, telephone, and spacious lanai. The grounds are beautiful and offer a heated pool, hot tub, barbecue grills, picnic area, and lighted tennis courts.

Everything We Wanted!

Thank you Nick for assisting us with a great stay at your condo. It was very big and very welcoming, and actually a lot bigger than expected (the pics didn't do it justice). Nice and clean , had a great time cooking many delicious meals on the lanai and good size kitchen. Spacious bedrooms and the private lanai was nice as well. The location of the condo was very convenient to get to places as well. The pool and hot tub was a bonus after late nights . Would definitely recommend this place to anyone who who like to stay in the kaanapali area for a fraction of the cost. Mahalo again Nick!

Great Place

This review is for H303 at Kaanapali Royal. I would highly recommend this unit to folks. The condo is well furnished, clean, very comfortable and has an outstanding and pleasing view of the ocean and golf course. If you have toddlers, keep in mind, there is a balcony (its on the third floor) and staircase. The team gave us a fully equipped house such as necessary utensils in the kitchen, wifi, washer, dryer, amenities in the bathroom and even extras like beach chairs, ice trays, water activity stuff, etc. Nick and Kelly were accessible via phone and sms and checked in on us to see if everything was okay. Another plus point is the location, it is walkable to the beach, coffee shops and whalers village.

Felt Like Home

Absolutely wonderful. We felt like we were in a home, not a rental unit. Great views and there wasn't anything lacking in the unit. Fully equipped kitchen, nice furnishings even boogie boards to take to the beach. We will request the same unit every time we come back. We had one very minor issue that was dealt with quickly and professionally. The communication with us was excellent.

Happy Holidays Indeed!

Our family of five adults spent two weeks at this location over the Christmas holidays. We found the suite to be spacious, clean, well maintained and very well equipped. Great balcony that provided ocean, golf course and sunset views as well as the opportunity to bbq. Management was very responsive to the only issue we had and service was provided the same day.

Perfect Stay :)

It was a perfect location from the wedding we were attending at Olowalu Plantation. The home was spacious, clean, quiet, and beautiful. The location was walking distance to Ka'anapali Beach and a short drive to Baby Beach for the kids. Checkin & Checkout were a breeze. We enjoyed the pool area for night swims, BBQ'd on the lanai, enjoyed sunrise/sunsets on the gorgeous lanai. We loved it here!! We would love to stay here again on our future trips to Maui.

30th Anniversary Vacation

Beautiful unfit. Close to everything. Has all the amenities you could want. Will always ask for this unit in the future. Walking distance to Whalers Village and the beach. Tennis and pickle all courts.
