The remodeled kitchen is fully stocked with everything required for family meals and snack preparation, with an adjacent dining area which seats 6-8 guests. A sliding glass door from this vantage point opens up to a side patio where the propane gas barbecue is easily accessed.
All three bedrooms are situated along a hallway leading from the living room. The master bedroom suite takes center stage at the end of the hall, and is furnished with a king size bed, large wall-mounted TV, and sliding glass door that leads to the side patio. The beautiful master bath provides a shower and large vanity area with expansive cabinet space and room to keep your luggage.
Both additional bedrooms are each outfitted with a comfortable queen size bed, and accessories. All bedrooms contain remote-controlled ceiling fans for your comfort, nice-sized dressers and night stands. The hallway bathroom provides a tub shower combo.
Additional sleeping accommodations are provided via 2 twin trifold floor mats, along with extra linens/pillows. (these mats are better suited for children) Twin rollaway beds can be rented if adult sleeping accommodations are desired. We ask that arrangements be made in advance, so delivery can be scheduled for the day of arrival.
Enjoy the breezy front patio complete with dining table and umbrella with seating for 6 on one side of the main entry door, plus a cushioned outdoor conversation area on the other side.
Guests may book this lower unit simultaneously with the equally desirable upper 3 bedroom/2 bath unit, when available, to accommodate up to 16 maximum overnight guests for large family getaways.
PARKING: One parking space is designated per unit, in a shared double-car garage, measurments 81"H x 190" W accessed by the rear alley. Fits most standard vehicles--no oversized SUVs. General street parking can also be utilized in the area (meter and non-meter).
Due to the moderate coastal climate, this house (like most in the area) DOES NOT have air conditioning.
