Situated directly on the sands of the popular 55th Street beach, this year-round, upstairs vacation destination has been thoughtfully prepared to provide a pleasant coastal atmosphere with practical comfort to accommodate family getaways. Completely renovated from top to bottom, with simple yet striking furnishings, this upper-level vacation home offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the beautiful Pacific Ocean, and a shared downstairs patio to take in the sun. The pictures tell the story - here's what you'll find:
LIVING/DINING AREA:
- Sofa
- Cable TV
- Dining table w/ seating for 4 w/ additional chairs and table extensions on-site.
- 2 barstools at nearby kitchen counter
- Large windows showcasing breathtaking ocean views.
KITCHEN:
- Fully stocked w/ dishes, utensils, cookware, bakeware
- All major appliances; small appliances
- Guests must supply their own food, drinks (including coffee), spices, condiments, and paper goods (napkins, plastic wrap, etc.)
BEDROOMS:
- Bedroom #1: King bed; large library of books for your enjoyment during your stay
- Bedroom #2: Queen bed
- Bedroom #3: 2 Twin beds; doors out to small side balcony
BATHROOMS:

LINENS:
All bed, bath, kitchen, and beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided as part of the cleaning and linen fee and are neatly prepared for your arrival.

- Each unit has its own designated dining table, seating, umbrella and propane BBQ grill. A screen of foliage discreetly separates the patio spaces.

- 4 low-profile beach chairs; hair dryer; iron/ironing board
- starter supplies: liquid hand soap; dish soap; dishwasher caps; sponge; kitchen trash bags; 2-4 rolls toilet paper; 1 paper towel roll (guests must supply additional amounts, along with their own personal toiletries/shampoo/conditioner)
DUE TO THE TYPICALLY MODERATE COASTAL CLIMATE, THIS HOUSE - LIKE MOST IN THE AREA - DOES NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONING.
LAUNDRY:
Laundry facilities on-site. Guests must provide their own supplies.
PARKING:
- 1 garage space for small to mid-sized vehicles.
- General neighborhood street parking can also be utilized when spaces are available (metered & unmetered)

Just steps from the area's best beachfront, there is great surfing and lots of sea life on the nearby jetties. An easy stroll or bike ride to restaurants and shopping. Tennis, racquet ball and basketball courts nearby; 3 parks within walking distance. Easy day excursions to Disneyland/California Adventures, Knott's Berry Farm, Universal Studios, Hollywood, San Diego Zoo and Wild Animal Park, Legoland, and more! World class shopping at Fashion Island and South Coast Plaza only 10-15 minutes away.
RECREATIONAL GEAR:
Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from the management at very reasonable rates for our guests: large ice chests, wagons, Pack n Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, twin rollaway beds and much more! Contact us for more information.
CITY TAX:
A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals, (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.

This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces, and/or entrances to the property, as well as noise monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect the property, guests, and ensuring compliance with local ordinances.
