This awesome immaculately clean new apartment is set in the urbanisation Hacienda Naguelles, just a few minutes walk from Guadalpin Marbella Hotel and urbanisation of private villas of Casablanca in the beginning of the Golden Mile. It's about 400 m away from Casablanca Beach and 15 minutes walk to the old town of Marbella. The infrastructure is super developed, there are 3 supermarkets, pharmacy, children playgrounds, bars, cafes, bus stops, restaurants, including the very popular ones just in 5 minutes walk.
The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a large terrace for al-frecso dining. There is one double bed in one bedroom,, two single beds in the other bedroom and a convertible sofa in the living room. Sleeps 5 people in comfort. There are mature tropical gardens and swimming pools (for the kids as well as for the adults) in the territory of this gated 24-h security urbanisation.
Perfect place for family vacations and no car needed, although 1 parking space is included in the price!
