super Unterkunft in Strandnähe

Etwas ins Alter gekommene Anlage,aber sehr gut renoviert und gepflegt. Parkmöglichkeiten und Tiefgaragenplatz vorhanden.Wir konnten unser check out unkompliziertüber Luis auf 14 Uhr verlegen.Als Verbesserungsvorschlagwäre ein kleiner Safe wünschenswert.

Joli appartement mais dommage que la piscine n'était pas fonctionnelle (en plus elle n'est pas en face l'appartement comme sur les photos). La cuisine procède une terrasse avec beaucoup de vis à vis et une vue sur des murs. Sinon apparemment spacieux agréable proche de la mer. L'accueil a été très rapide avec un problème de compréhension.....

Séjour au calme

Très bel appartement maison, dans un quartier résidentiel très calme. Parfait pour se reposer. La résidence est très bien entretenue et très agréable. Le quartier manque un peu de commerces. Il est préférable d'avoir une voiture pour se déplacer. Cependant le logement est situé à 15 mn en bus du centre de Marbella Luis est très accueillant, serviable et agréable. Parfait pour des vacances ensoleillée sans la foule touristique.

Séjour très agréable

L’appartement est très bien équipé et spacieux. Le propriétaire est sympa et disponible. La mer est à 5 min à pied et la résidence est très sympa.

Great location and garden

We really enjoyed the location so near to the beach by walking distance and beautiful garden and pool that was never crowded! Also the bar next to the pool was great and the kitchen very new and very well equipped! Thanks a lot to the house owners that were very nice and always very reachable!

Estancia muy agradable.

El alojamiento muy cómodo y agradable, con todo tipo de menaje, hemos disfrutado mucho de su porche. La urbanización muy cuidada, jardines preciosos, piscina muy bonita y grande. La playa muy cerquita, un camino bonito. En general una estancia de 10.

Urbanización las brisas Marbella

El apartamento está muy bien tanto para ir con personas mayores,niños y mascotas. La piscina es ideal para ir con personas mayores por su fácil acceso. La playa se encuentra cerca de la urbanización para poder ir a pie. No como dice el anuncio nada más salir del jardín pero si a unos 600m. Dentro de la urbanización hay un bar restaurante. La dueña es muy agradable . La valoración ha sido totalmente positiva

Lovely family holiday

An easy process to rent Luis’ home. There was everything we needed there for our family, all within easy reach of the beach (on foot) and a short drive to surrounding areas of the coast. Luis was quick to reply to and sort queries. We were disappointed at the closure of the larger pool on October 1st but pleased the smaller one remained open. Of course, the beach is a 10 minute walk away too. This is a property I would definitely like to return to in the future. Thank you :)

Nice apartment, but no facilities.

The apartment itself was lovely - all 'mod cons' - washer, freezer, dishwasher, hairdryer etc. Rooms a good size and good security for the car. Towels need an update but there were plenty for the shower and the pool. Also there were only 2 sunloungers - but we 'borrowed' some from the sun terrace. Unfortunately the main pool is closed until mid-July, leaving 4 adults the use of the childrens pool only. This is such a waste as it is just sitting there - with padlocks on all the gates and a security guard who removes anyone just climbing the fence to access a sun lounger. The childrens pool was either jam-packed full or empty - but you certainly get some funny looks when you turn up child less. The café/restaurant outside the apartment (next to the childrens pool) is also closed for building work for approx. 5 more weeks. So no snacks, pool table etc. There is a restaurant about 5 minutes away on the beach - but he charges for sun loungers. Additionally the builders were using the side gate ( right outside the apartment) for deliveries, skips and wheelbarrowing soil etc all day - so laying by the childrens pool during the week involved dust and noise also - they generally started by 8.30am each day (Mon to Fri). We resorted to going into Marbella and finding a snack bar with sun loungers, or a hotel (who charged for non residents)this involved parking charges etc. We did try using one of the other pools, but some security guards would let us in - and others wouldn't. Nice apartment in lovely grounds - but considering we wanted a reasonably 'cheap week' laying by the pool, reading a book and enjoying some peace and quiet - we were disappointed, ended up going out 5 out of the 7 days due to lack of facilities. Disappointing, and expensive overall. To anyone going later in the season - the work may well be finished, but it would have been nice to know it was going on, and to be given the choice to cancel had we known.

El apartamento precioso muy cuidado. Con todos los detalles para que no falte de nada. Está en una zona tranquila. Con zonas comunes amplias. Ideal para familias. La proximidad de la playa hace que no tengas que coger el coche. Para repetir.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage

Insgesamt schöne Ferienwohnung mit tollem Garten und nagelneuer, voll ausgestatteter Küche in ruhiger ud sehr gepflegter Anlage etwas außerhalb von Marbella. Leider sind die Pools nur im Juli und August geöffnet. Das hätte in der Anzeige stehen sollen. Ansonsten gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Empfehlenswert!

100% Satisfaction

We have spend 9 wonderful days beginning of October 2014 at Las Brisas apartment. Everything went perfect. Apartment located just 5 walking minutes from the beach. WiFi connection was sufficient for video streaming.
