Lovely apartment just two minutes from San Pedro Beach. The apartment is located in San Pedro de Alcantara, Marbella, in a very nice urbanization, 200m from the beach. Perfect location for those who want to stay close to the beach and the promenade to Puerto Banus. The urbanization has a large pool, see pictures.
There are plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance and the town of San Pedro and Puerto Banus with its wide range of shops, is a short walk away. The golf valley is around the corner and offers golfers the opportunity to choose from over thirty different courses. The closest course is Guadalmina only 5 minutes away.
The apartment offers modern and comfortable accommodation in a fantastic location. The apartment has an open floor plan with a private terrace. There are dining furniture on the terrace. There are three bedrooms with double beds, the masterbedroom has its own bathroom and there is an additional bathroom with shower and guest toilet.
