This is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom with a full eat in kitchen. Located just minutes away from Barefoot Landing, Tanger Outlet Mall, Broadway at the Beach and the Boardwalk. This cozy and family-friendly condo community has all the amenities including updated electronics and free wifi. The pool and patio area include charcoal grills and picnic tables for all condo guests and laundry facilities are on the first floor.

Great location

Our family really enjoyed staying in this condo. The owner was great to communicate with and was very helpful with everything and responded quickly to any questions we had. The condo was the right size for our family of five. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Great 40th birthday vacation

Had a great stay for my wife’s 40th birthday celebration. Alan is a fantastic host. He provides accurate, detailed instructions for the property and the surrounding area. Had absolutely no issues, as Alan provided all the needed info and set proper expectations. If I could give our stay 6 stars I would. The family is looking to plan next year’s vacation! Thanks Alan, we made some great memories!

Close to the Beach

Right on the beach, depending what room you stay in less than a 5 minute walk to Ocean. Check in was a breeze, code for key, unlock door, your in! Neighborhood during our time there was Quiet, Fireworks usually, but done by 11pm. Not much for eating right there but close to main road about 2miles away. Property Manager? if that is the owner of Unit, Awesome communication, If there is actually a Property manager, never met them. Cleanliness, it's on the beach, Only major on this was I did not see anyone clean or check water in pool and the walkway carpet in some areas needed a good clean. Otherwise it was Okay, everyone has different standards for cleanliness :) I would go back. ( with this place or our unit, you did need to bring your own Bed linens, towels, bath mat, soaps, TP, Kleenex,) Kitchen and bath. and of course your food and drinks :)

Great Location

Nice place within walking distance to many restaurants and bars. Only con is having to bring your own towels and linens. Owner seemed very friendly and easy to communicate with. 😊

We absolutely LOVED our time in the condo! Easy access to the beach, quiet, beautiful weather. The condo was exactly what it stated! Has so much of a “home” feeling! Alan is an amazing host! Great location, cozy condo

My family and I had a wonderful vacation in Myrtle Beach! A Place at the Beach VI is a very nice property, and the location is perfect right by the ocean. We really enjoyed being able to watch the beach and ocean every morning from the balcony while sipping our coffee, in addition to having a nightly cocktail overlooking the pool. It's literally a two minute walk from the front door to the beach, and you don't have to cross any streets. There's no shortage of nearby restaurants to choose from, and plenty of shopping nearby as well. The condo was the ideal size for our family of four plus one friend. Alan is a great owner and he was always very responsive to any questions I had both pre-stay and during our stay. I would definitely look to book this condo with Alan again.

Really nice overlooking the ocean, white sand and the pool.

I recommend anyone to stay at this location for vacation anytime. It is close to everything especially the beach and restaurants. Everything is provided for you and is very comfortable. Host Alan is very gracious and you can reach him anytime. Enjoy!

Great location. The condo had everything in it and a fully stocked kitchen.

This was our best vacation ever. The owner Alan Yeschenko was great to deal with. Great communication and quick response time. The condo is located on Shore drive close to everything, shopping, Walmart, ,Kroger, Tanger outlets, mall, restaurants, all within 5 min. Lots of golf options close by. Beach was great, walk for ever in any direction. Felt very safe in the area and relaxed. Vacation rentals have lots of options to chose from. Definitely looking at coming back to the area next year.

Great location

We came from Canada and spent the entire month of March 2017 at this condo. The unit was well stocked with everything required from dishes to coffee makers. Brand new dishwasher was installed during our stay. Al was very easy to deal with when booking the condo and replied promptly if we had any questions or concerns. Definitely recommend this unit and would certainly stay at it again. Thanks to Al and his wife for allowing us to use your condo as our home for the month

Amazing Location and Condo!!

This condo far exceeded any expectations we had. It was by far the BEST Myrtle Beach vacation we have ever taken - out of many. You can not beat the location. Shore drive is a great beach and this condo has a wonderful view of the ocean and overlooks the pool. The pictures just don't do it justice! The beds and couches in the living room were very comfortable. We had everything we needed to make meals and we also really enjoyed having a Kuerig to use so could enjoy coffee every morning while sitting on the balcony. In addition Alan the owner was so great with answering our many questions and was very helpful to our family. We can not wait to go back next year!!

We are both teachers and own a business and love to spend our summers in Myrtle Beach our true home away from home. We love our local sports teams especially when our boys are playing.

Why they chose this property

Our family has visited APATB VI for many years and we wanted to keep the memories fresh for our 2 young boys. Our time spent at this location has built many friendships and we want to help our guests make the same memories that we have.

What makes this property unique

As a young family, we have included some extras that we feel are beneficial to young families. Electric outlet safety covers in the drawer for your use. Playstation 2 in the living room to help with that down time for give or take that middle school age. Keurig coffee maker and ninja blender will add convenience to that morning or after dinner warm coffee or that beach or pool side smoothy!
