A wonderful weekend!
We went to the Leland food and wine festival with another couple and stayed here for three nights. We were very happy with everything, cozy and clean with a well-stocked kitchen and comfy beds. We wanted a place where each bedroom had its own full bath and this fit the bill, with a bonus half bath on the main floor. We had a blast climbing Sugar Loaf mountain to enjoy a beautiful sunset, sharing ski stories from years gone by. We also had our bikes and biked from North Port to the Leelanau lighthouse, a great ride. Thanks Karl and Cathy for a wonderful stay!
Excellent location and lovely condo.
The condo is clean with up-to-date furnishings and very comfortable beds. The kitchen is, hands down, the best rental kitchen I've ever had. Cathy has thought of everything....and it's there for her guests to enjoy. The location is just minutes from the main road and everything the Leelanau Peninsula has to offer. Don't hesitate on this one, it's a gem!
Very nice place to stay! Little bit of a drive to dinning and shopping. Lots of places to visit for wine tasting if you are into that. The townhouse was well taken care of, and had everything you needed. They really thought of everything from kitchen supplies to bathroom supplies to games and cards for evening entertainment. The only complaint that I would have is the bed was a bit uncomfortable and it was really hot up stairs, but they did have a fan in each bedroom for us to use.
The owner Cathy was easier to communicate with and the complementary bottle of wine was a nice touch!
All in all it was a Great weekend spent!
Perfect location for all activities in the Leelanau Peninsula area
Nice and clean. Spacious and quiet. Close to Lake Michigan, wineries, Sleeping Bear, etc. Beats prices for most hotels in the Traverse City area during the summer peak time plus you can make your own food in a fully stocked kitchen. Will definitely go this route again.
Charmimg, Cozy, Clean Townhome!
Loved this Townhome! Property owners (Cathy) was a pleasure! Cutest place ever, from top to bottom. Loved the Michigan (not U of M, lol) décor throughout! The townhome was very clean, each bedroom has it's own full bath and a 1/2 bath on the maim level. The view out the sliding glass door of the pool was a pleasant bonus. Close to everything, twenty minutes or less to great golf, Suttons Bay, Traverse City, Casino's, Winery's! Would definitely stay again.
Thank you! We love the location too. It's away from the bustle of the towns in the summer, but easy to get anywhere when we want to visit shops, restaurants, beaches, etc.
Lovely well cared for place. Lots to do in the area. A beautiful view out the door. It's clean thoughtfully decorated and stocked Cathy was a joy to deal with. Hope to come back
Thank you Elizabeth! We're so happy you enjoyed your stay and the wealth of activities the area has to offer. Cathy
