Impressive penthouse with terrace and beautiful views in the heart of Palma de Mallorca. Magnificent roof terrace with sofas to have a gin and tonic after a day at the beach or shopping in the capital. Hammocks to sunbathe or read a good book next to the bell tower of the famous Church of San Miguel. Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating.

The apartment, ideal for a maximum of 2 people, has an extraordinary decoration with motifs that take us to the ocean, it has a double bed and a comfortable sofa bed for 2. Bathroom with shower and French kitchen equipped with ceramic hob, refrigerator, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, kettle, toaster, washing machine and all the necessary utensils for your vacation. From the kitchen window you can enjoy the views of Bellver Castle while preparing dishes to enjoy with friends on any of the several terraces where you will enjoy the blue sky of the island.

The attic is part of the Sant Miquel Homes building from 1900, whose structure preserves the typical character of buildings of the time. It is perfectly renovated and our apartments are equipped and conditioned and have everything you need for your vacation (kitchenware, sheets, towels...).

It is located in one of the most commercial streets in the Mallorcan capital, with all kinds of shops, cafes and restaurants around, as well as live music, street artists and a lot of atmosphere in the area. The center of Palma literally at your feet. At the end of the street is the Plaza Mayor. Plaza España, from which you can take buses or trains to any place on the island, is just a few meters away.

The famous Mercat de l'Olivar is located two blocks away and there you can buy all kinds of top quality products. You will enjoy all the services in the area: supermarkets a 2-minute walk away, bars and restaurants, pharmacies, opticians, etc. In less than 10 minutes you will be at the Cathedral or you can visit the Town Hall.
It is very important that you keep in mind that you can only access the apartment by stairs, since it is located on the fourth floor of a building that does not have an elevator.

Amazing stay!

The 63 steps are worth it up to this little gem of an apartment. The private rooftop deck is everything. Such a beautiful view. I loved eating dinner on the patio by the living room too. Peaceful. Quiet in the evening. Loved the easy access to stores, groceries and restaurants right outside my front door. Everything about this apartment was perfect for me. Great little place for one or two people.

Great unit, great location, and great price. In the middle of everything. Person who checked us in (Gaston), was amazing. He was in constant communication and gave us great recommendation. Also, he helped us carry up the bags. The unit was comfortable (3 balconies), clean, and well laid out. Only issue is that you need to be able to do about 60 steps to get to the the unit. I am a bit older and was able to do it multiple times per day so not a big issue for me. Very much recommend.

Fantastiskt boende

Fyra vuxna hade en superbra vistelse i lägenheten och i Palma. Läget på lägenheten är mycket bra, mitt i stan. Bäddsoffan fungerar bra till två vuxna. Takterassen är fantastisk, både morgon och kväll. Kyrkklockan bredvid var inget som störde oss. Värden är hjälpsam och trevlig. Vi fick bra perfekt service. Det är ganska många trappor upp till lägenheten, men inga problem för pigga ben.

Schöne Unterkunft

Gastfreundlicher Anbieter, schöne Aufenthaltsbedingungen; wie schon beschrieben 64 steile Treppen, wie in vielen Südländern altes Stromnetz (nicht alle Geräte auf einmal einschalten:)), aber auch das gehört zum Flaire der Unterkunft. Immer wieder gerne würden wir dort verweilen!

Nice, small apartment

Perfectly ok ap. for two-three people. Big plus for filtered water tap in the kitchen. Terrace was ok, but a little bare. Walking up 65 (!) steps gave us some daily exercise. A lot of noise from the street in the early evening, but very quiet in the morning.
